The sewage drain in front of my house is Full and blocked, and as a result the sewage system in my house is not functional. I had complained at the BWSSB office at Frazer town on 26 / 08/2019 to the Assistant Engineer Mr Patil but no one has sent the machine to clear the sewage drain.

Today IN THE AFTERNOON - the Asst Engineer Mr Sachin Patil had come, and had brought along the machine for sewage drain clearance. But the problem is that the Sewage pipe further down the road is broken and damaged - and needs to be replaced. Only then will the problem be resolved.

    Hi,

    I had paid 620 rupees for account number E-400412. The house owner's name is Roshan appanna. The money is taken from my bank account but on the Bangalore water service and sewage board website, it says transaction failed. Could you please check on this and get back to me? If the transaction is failed, do I need to pay it again? What will happen to the money that has already gone from my account?

    Please call me at [protected] as soon as possible with any update on this. I tried calling customer care but it wasn't going through.

      There is leakage overflow of sewage water from manhole from past one week at 3rd main, samruddhi layout, near iskcon temple, kumaraswamy layout 2nd stage, bangalore - 560111. If tried to ring 2294 5114 it is busy while no response on 2223 8888. You are requested to look into the matter and attend to the problem which is of public concern and safety.
      The UGD is not connected and left directly to road. The entire road is filled with filth.

          Paymentmade on bangalore one agent paid less amount of 50₹ by typing mistake, my arrears should be 50₹ but i got the entire last month bill as arrears.

          Arrears started from june 2019 bill where the amount paid was 244 instead of 294 by typing mistake by bangalore one agent leaving arrears of 50₹

          July 2019 i got the bill of 294 with arrears and made the payment with the arrears after the due date, payment is showing as paid on online

          Aug 2019 bill i got arrears as 294 added even after the payment was made, when enquired at office they say it will be adjusted by am still not confident until it is corrected in online.

          I have also compliant on this through bwssb website but no luck

          Please help in solving this problem.

            I have paid bill amount 285 for last month twice because online bill payment failed. I have checked with bank but they have asked me to check with bwssb because amount has been debited already.

                For the past 6 months we are not getting single drop of borewell water and less supply of kaveri water so we are struggling in our daily life. We have already given complaint to customer care and also they gave specific person contact number we have informed them also but still now no steps taken.

                So please take necessary action as soon as possible.

                  I have received water bill for the month of August for amount of Rs 988. Whereas I have already paid previous bill of Rs 696 for the bill 690 vide paytm order number [protected] on 02 August 2019. But this month bill reflects previous bill of Rs 690 as previous bill not paid with added amount of Rs 988 is received. Please look into this matter as we already paid the previous month (picture attached for your reference) bill of Rs 696.

                    I want to know about the amount which is given in arrears tab of every month bill. Every month we are paying some amount of money which is given as arrears in the water bill. Since all bills are paid monthly what is the arrears amount indicate? Can we get valid reason for paying arrears for every month? What is the need of arrears in water bill?

                    I live near a Colive building in Somusondarapalya HSR Sector-2. I can hear water running outside the building via broken pipes 24*7. Kindly warn them about the same as Bangalore is already suffering from shortage of water.

Please confirm why are paying same amount again and again when we have already made payment.. why we have to pay extra this month because of incorrect billing.                         Rr number e-359402 we are staying in rented house

                        I have paid bill amount of 782 rupees on july 27th 2019 through paytm however in august bill it is reflecting as arrears we again paid 782 on august 17th 2019 through google pay.. Please confirm why are paying same amount again and again when we have already made payment.. Now we have 140 extra this month because of incorrect billing. I have attached screenshots of reference please look into it and confirm asap before the next bill comes. And confrim if 140 rupees vl it add to next month bill or will it be refunded.                           We have rented a flat in december in jogappa layout in veerannapalya.in the month of may, we received water bill of ₹24000. We have been not been using kaveri water. We checked the water bill online every month and it says every month the gate was locked. We got the first reading as 200000 litres and usage as 22000 litres. I just have one doubt, when they took the 1st reading, how they decided the usage. And according to the bill, the next month reading was 450000 litres. And i have just one confusion how come few people who are mostly at office would have used 250000 litres even when we were not using supply water. And again next month's reading was 650000 litres which just sounds impossible.

                            I made the payment towards june water bill (Rr no se312541) on 24.07.2019 through paytm app. However, i received another bill on 02.08.2019 with arrears of rs 2682/-. I checked the website of bangalore one for the correct status of the bill and therein the june month water bill i. E rs 2703/- was outstanding. I made the payment of inr 2703/- in hope of getting it adjusted with july month invoice. I also filed a complaint on 06.08.2019 but to no avail. I have not received any update from bangalore one regarding the bill issue and double payment of june water bill till now.

                            near the Bangalore golf club road side drainage tank is blocked so water is leaking so we are kindly requesting to you to take a action soon because near the Sophia school is there so children's are walking near the tank so please kindly do a need full

                              There has been road digging going on at Reliable Residency, Haralur, for installation of sewage manholes. Road have been dug up and left in an unusable state for more than two weeks now and many houses are inaccessible by vehicles. The rains have made the entire roads completely unusable, where even walking on them is a herculean task. Please resolve this matter at the earliest. Attaching a photo of one of the roads. Thanks!

                                Greenish-black stinking water supplied by bwssb. Had the sump and overhead tanks cleaned with chlorine and potassium permanganate. Cleaners said it's chamber water! Sewage water is mixed with cauvery water.

                                This is unsanitary and disgusting! We checked the water coming in from the supply lines after cleaning and it continues to be greenish and stinking!

                                Today is a sunday and tomorrow government holiday for bakrid! Wonder when bwssb is going to resolve this!

                                  Hello sir, i am a resident of andhra muniyappa layout, chelekere extension, kalyan nagar. I wish to update/inform that since feb 2019 there has been no water supply to our sumps in our society. Only in jun'19, water was supplied twice or thrice. Again from july 2019, no water has been supplied to our sumps. This has hampered our quality of life and peace of mind, not to mention proving costly to staying here. Please do something in this regard. Expecting some concrete steps. Thank you.

                                    I have paid the water bill of rupees 5086/- on 08/07/2019 with transaction number ne[protected].

                                    Now again we have received a bill of rupees 5476/-. It seems it is not updated on the bwssb website.
                                    However when i visited the water service station with the online payment receipt they are not accepting that bill.

                                    Please help on how to resolve this issue.
                                    BWSSB had initiated installing sewage pipes using JCB, and have broken most of the pipelines in our street, all the lines connecting to the septic tank are broke,

                                    After lying the pipes, they simply closed the dug holes and left and in spite of raising the complain, there is nobody who is come to have this fixed.

                                        Greetings!

                                        I am dinesh, resident of 1st main 3rd cross bda layout, pategarpalya bangalore 560079. This is to keep you informed that the sewage chambers are broken and it is gettting blocked often. Moreover we have made 47 complaints last year and this year from jan to till date we have made 4 complaints on the same... 15 days once the pipe is blocked and the chamber is filled with the mud and other waste... Where as the workers donot clean the chamber and they just work on the block and go... People staying in the same lane are feeling very bad and causing health issue... They see rodents and rats in the toilet coming through pipes and it has bitten some person in the road when he was passing motion in the toilet.

                                        Hoping the best that you do something and construct the chambers and alter the pipes... When ever it is blocked, after giving the complaint they come and work after two days and waste water will be flowing like anything... We have made complains about it to all the office of bwssb. But no action is taken till date. Atleast this time we expect fast remedy. Please find the complain letter attached and the photographs taken today.

                                        I would suggest you to construct the new chamber and replace new pipes so thatwe can avoid the sewage blockages
