Dear Sir/Madam
We are receiving high bill amount with penalty to our commercial BWSSB connection, Since its mentioned as all kinds of business while it is just a three seater momos shop, we would not be able to afford that high bill along with the penalty, amount request you to change it to a normal shop or domestic and wave the penalties and deduct the bill to resolve this current ongoing issue since November.
And on December we received a bill with error in meter reading of Rupees 10000 higher, request you to wave it off so that we can settle the bill immediately. Attaching the bills of December with meter image with reading errors and the current bill for this month.

Dear sir,
I want to bring to your notice, in marathalli 1st main sewage is blocked from a week. Inspite of giving written complaint, officials have not bothered to clear it.
Water is flowing back in many resident houses. It is affecting the health and hygiene of people.
It's been a week issue is not solved.
Bwssb officials have shown deaf ears to our problem.
Kindly intervene and get the work done.

30 *40 site 6 house holds. Since irregular supply of water, we dig bore wellj, which runs half an hour. Bwssb charging at apartment rates. One bore well charging at 600 / instead of 100. For 1kl they are charging at 26 and sanitary thereon. Similar houses in our area are charged at domestic. What prompted them to penalise me. Did i not approach right agent?

I used the website https://www.bwssb.gov.in/login in quick pay mode to make the below payment of my outstanding bill for bangalore water supply and sewage board.
I made a payment of rs. 6685.69 through google pay. (See attachment). My rr number is e-224737 (See attachment). This transaction was successful in google pay and the amount also got debited. However, your website showed that the transaction has failed with no proper details (See attachment).

It has been a rather frustrating experience for 3 days to see that the amount is clearly debited from my account but your website still shows that the transaction didn't go through.

Please process this transaction or refund my amount at the earliest.

The sanitary main line of our road has been blocked, we are suffering from the pungent smell, request you to take necessary action to clear the blockage. We have called bwssb office once but they have not sent any assistance. Our house chamber is cleaned and the blockage is in the main chamber. Since it is raining nowadays, hope the excess do not come out, please take immediate measures

Sewage chamber on 6th main aecs - 'b' block, singasandra – 560 068 (Ward no. 191) was overflowing since 7-5-19, which was reported and cleaning machine was dispatched twice by the ae, the latest being 16-5-19. The problem stands unresolved and has escalated to other chambers up this road overflowing since yesterday night. The field staff are unable to resolve this due to lack of machinery like jetpump etc... We were told by the ae. Please take action to solve this immediately. Thank you.

With reference to the above i am syed resident of j. P nagar 5th phase kapila road for the past 15 days facing severer sanitation blockage problem i have visted bwssb kanthanur office and reg my compliant on 5th may 2019 at 9 am and on the ward office also and even visited and lodge 5 to 6 complaint in the reg book
As the mansoon approching fast a great misery in waiting god help us and save us and even in telephonic contact to the van members not anwering or contacting us in this regards and in goodhope that the concern authority look in to the matter and solve the issue

Have registered a complaint on 5th may.. Complaint no:[protected] for koramangala 5th to 8th block area. After repeated calls to the driver anjaniah ([protected]) who has been just making false promises that he will come for past 2 days. Even a visit to the bwssb office has not been of any use. It's been more than a week we have been running around for this issue., but no solution has come through only the condition of the sewerage drain is getting worst with the filthy water getting mixed with the drinking water.

Kindly look into the same at the earliest

Hi BWSSB WORKERS,

Shame on you within a Radius of 600 meters from Pulikeshnagar water Tank office No water supply since 3 months,

I request to all the High Post officers to take immediate action on the workers and line man for not opening the water Wall on Regular bases,

If they are working only for getting salary on time, Please remove them from the Job,

The meter reader sri ram, ably supported by his superiors is indulging in classifying non domestic bills as domestic bills.in 3rd cross and 2nd cross hrbr layout, there are n number of commercial buildings which are charged on domestic tariff. There is a huge revenue loss to bwssb, nonetheless the staff at ground levels are getting properly rewarded by the commercial building owners. Whether bwssb will form a squad to do through checking and plug the revenue loss?

One old cmc borewell in the end of rhe street. Currently this borewell is abondanded by bwssb. Some individuals in the are use their influence and put pipeline for separately and used by selectively and made money from it. Local water man bwssb also taking commission from them. This is comming under basawanapura and devasamdra service station. The location is very near to the bwssb service station. Bwssb notbothet about. The same street one or two suffering with acute water shortage. Pl do the needful and give connection to everybody and everybody gain from this govt borewell.

Place : puttenahalli lake road, nataraja layout, santrupthi nagar, jp nagar 7th phase, arekere, bengaluru, karnataka 560076.

The sewer main line is clogged, resulting in gutter water overflowing from 3 man holes man holes on this lake road. Many big vehicles including numerous water tankers use this road, a part of this road inundated with sewer water. This is going for a very long time & it is worse whenever it rains. Please attend to this perennial problem asap.

Hi, i reside in sunkandkatte, srighandhanagar 6th cross boda bande anjaneya temple road.. Line man from water board opens road valves for every road except as our road people dont give him extra money... He purposefully won't turn we call him 100 times he tells tomorrow morning 6am and again in morning till 8am we wait he won't we call up every half an hour he say he is busy he has meeting and he won't open valve we are really out of our mind. We dont get resolution we will take this compliant higher level of escalation

Please be informed that i, jebakumar israel residing at 6th cross, chinnapanahalli, bangalore-560037 have already registered multiple complaints about water theft in our street, where two or three residents owning multiple residences have monopolised the kaveri water supply by taking two connections fitted with pumps and have stopped water supply to other residents by installing a separate valve on the main supply line into our street.

Dear sir, inspite of repeated complaints no action from your side, water left is not equitably distributed, people in lower gradient are getting all the water you are leaving, we a set of 20 houses are left high and dry bwssb engineers have not heard of valves and it a pathetic condition for such a big organisation, while we are suffering for their ineptitude behaviour.. Please address this issue..

We are a set of 20-30 families not receiving any water but getting bills for no fault of ours, concerned authorities are turning a blind eye to our problem, we are receiving no water only bills and are forced to buy unhygienic borewell water which is not potable or usable, due to slope and gradient water is flowing towards lower areas and authorities and higher ups are doing politics of our misery instead of putting a valve, no reply or action even for written complaints,

This complaint is with the subject of failure of water supply. The supply of water here is very disappointing. Usually water is supplied every alternate day. But since few weeks its been a case that the water is not supplied for weeks together.
Another problem faced is if the regular water fails to get supplied we used government borewells as an alternative. But those lines are also disconnected permanently. We are striving through those issues since months. I request you sir/madam to please meet our request as soon as possible.

I need to use BWSSB Utility bill as a tool to correct my other addresses. My next billing cycle will be on 3rd and request you to make this small correction and help me.

I am resident of lingarajapuram from past 3 months public borewell has failed and no efforts are made to either repair it or get new borewell digging, BWSSB 24/7 telephone numbers will never work,
Further no BWSSB officer is checking the logged compaints and no actions are taken to resolve the water problem in my area, Kaveri water is given near to nil,
only 2 days in 1 week water comes that to some people use pumpsets near main road, to suck water as a result water that reaches our homes are very very less and not enough .
Please fix the borewell problem asap.
