The sewage problem in hsr layout is persisting from october 2017. The roads are dug up and the drainage is kept open from then till this date. Even after multiple reminders and complaints, the sewage remains open in front of our school consisting of very young kids from the age group of 1 year till 5 years. Off late our kids are falling sick and there is a foul smell of the drainage always in our school area. Kindly act upon this immediately and help us keep our kids and visitors safe and healthy.

The man hole and the sewerage line just in front of my house located at 430, 5th cross jrd tatanagar bangalore is blocked pushing sewerage water to my home connecting line. I am not able to use the toilets as water is not flowing out. This type of blockage repeatedly occurs & though it has been brought to the notice of bwssb no corrective action for a permanent solution appears to have been taken up. I have been suffering for about 6 years. I have been suffering from age related health problems & cardiac illness & therefore i am not able to run to their office again & again to sort out such problems

We are from vidyamanya nagar, andrahalli from 3rd cross. First of all we are not getting adequate water for drinking purpose but water supplier person is supplying water for house construction when we ask water supplier person he tells don't have adequate water. On what basis is he supplying water for construction purpose that too drinking water. Please take necessary action.

There is an blockage in the sewage line due to which the is lot of trouble health hazards and well water is contaminated in area address, #no29, 12th road, ‘a’ cross vinayaka layout, battarahalli, sonnatammanahalli, t. C. Palya road, banglore ward 52, banglore 560036.
Previously i have risen complain regarding the same issue on 16. Mar.2019. The bwssb complaint cell there is no response from their end, please resolve the issue.

The soak pit tank is just outside the premises of malnad regency. And it is full for which now the drainage water coming back to apartment from the internal chambers. This is happening since a week.

I request you consider this as priority and take the necessary action as earliest.

No water supply even after several compliants to ae - santosh prasad and all the lineman, engineer, je but there has been no adequate water supply due to mere negligence of line man and mr. Santosh.

Several phone calls, compliants and warning from head office has been given to the respective engineer santosh the incharge je for our area - hongasandra but its of no use and every time we end up in calling him to resolve the issue.

This is not the first time we are facing an issue wrt to lack of water supply in btm layout.

Poor coordination from the bwssb contact person name harish, siddayya, shashikumar. All of them just don't care about the problem we are facing here instead siddayya (Valvemen) was asking for bribe to send the water tanker.
We need a permanent solution for all these

Sir, we are a about 700 odd group of residents staying in cpwd quarters, hsr layout, bangalore and working for various departments in government of india. We are facing accute shortage of water (Only in our cpwd complex) from many days. The concerned civil authorities are saying that bwssb, the authorities are not responding and providing water. Please consider this as a kind request and help us to get our basic need as a lot of people including young children and ladies are finding it really difficult to survive without water. Appreciate your quick help.

I would like to bring to your kind notice, we residents of 2nd cross, srinivasa reddy layout, nyanappanahalli, arekere, were facing severe water problems in last 25 days. Was are getting water every 3rd day, but water is coming only drops. The flow is too low, hardly getting 2000 litres every 3 days once per house in the street. Earlier we use to get our sumps filled in 4 hours, almost got 10000 litres every alternate day.
There were so many apartments here nearby who are using water pump to suck water.

This complaint was made to our valve man, but he is helpless, as the higher officials are bribed by these apartments.

I urge you to take immediate action against those indulge in unlawful activities, this breaks the moral of our residents, since without this basic amenity, people in my street think o[censored]sing motors for getting water just like how the apartments are doing.

We have only 2 families in building and we get water once in 8 days and sometimes it extends till 15 days and whenever we get water we can fill only 4-5 containers which is not sufficient for drinking and we are forced to bring water from out. Even though we don't get 1000 litres of water every month but meter reads 4000 litres consumption of water every month and we have to pay 300rs or more everytime. Please solve this problem and come and see the speed of water. There is no equal distribution of water to all house's. Please solve this issue as soon as possible.

Our id number is w-402824, actually since many months we were getting minimum of 6 to 7thousand every month we don't know, and we were getting two bills every month and we were paying 12, 000 for just 2 families the other number is w-402825. Dad use to pay it every month this was not in my notice. Recently he was saying we paying so much. And after i checking i raised complaint recently and i haven't get any feedback. The other bill which were paying many year. I need that amount and check y it's coming our home. Please rectify it as soon possible. Try to refund the amount which we paid since 4 to 5 years. If not tell me which action need to be taken..

Water supply to 46th cross, 4th block,
Near saibaba temple, rajajinagar 560010 is very sparse forcing the residents who do not have bore water to rely on expensive water tankers. Alternate day water supply is in the form of a trickle for few hours. I hope the authorities look into the matter and find where the fault lies and kindly do the needful at the earliest.

I used to get my water bill every month around 100 to 150 rs.
But in this feb mont bill just because my meter stopped working so bill provider person provided me his own calculation bill around rs. 600
Kindly look into this matter.

From past 10mounths kaveri water and cmc water is not coming. Already informed to monthly bill giving person but no response. As all our neighbors are getting water and they put moters by which we are not getting water from past 10 months.

So kindly request you to resolve my issue asap which will be appreciated.

We get usually only twice a week and that too is dried up. Kindly help us

The sewerage is also full that noone comes to clean. The combi man comes very irregular. We pay hefty bills to bwssb but would appreciate if service matches it.

We, the residents of jayanagar first block area are facing acute shortage of water for the last two months. The person who controls the supply is unaware of the problem. They are giving false assurance that it will be rectified. It's therefore our earnest hope that the concerned person will fix the issue immediately and ensure that sufficient quantity of water is released.

Hi this is in regards to inform you that we are receiving very less kaveri water where as all our neighbours are receiving completely. The water what we receive is not even sufficient for 10 min. Due to this we are literally facing a tough time. As you know without rain there is very less amount of water under soil. Bore is not pumping the water due to that. Kindly look into this asap.

Since 5 days there is no water supply in our area. When we tried calling bwssb jp nagar ward, there is no response. Please make arrangements to supply water immediately. We tried toll fee number 1191 which is also invalid number. Please arrange atleast tanker to provide drinking water. Provide contact number of concern person/water man to lodge or inform about irregularities in water supply.

Today i got bill of rs.4151& reading is 37000 consumed litets. Bill reading date is wrong 25_03_2019 which is yet to come. Secondly bill says pay before 25_2_2019 that is again one month prior date of last date. Further they have charged rs.3107 as othet charges & pending amount is rs.207. All bills are paid through - ecs and last bill was rs.485.

Details of other charges not given any where & and in any news paper_tv etc.

There is a massive overflow of manhole on the 23rd cross road 7th sector hsr layout towards 9th main road. The authorities are totally blind about the situation. Lots of complaint and phone calls have been registered but no action has been taken.

This has caused inconvenience to the pedestrians and also to the residents as the overflow of sewage water has been for almost 6 months and happens daily
