The cauvery water has not been supplied for two weeks in arekere 2nd main road, behind mitra academy school.
We get usually only twice a week and that too is dried up. Kindly help us

The sewerage is also full that noone comes to clean. The combi man comes very irregular. We pay hefty bills to bwssb but would appreciate if service matches it.

We, the residents of jayanagar first block area are facing acute shortage of water for the last two months. The person who controls the supply is unaware of the problem. They are giving false assurance that it will be rectified. It's therefore our earnest hope that the concerned person will fix the issue immediately and ensure that sufficient quantity of water is released....

Hi this is in regards to inform you that we are receiving very less kaveri water where as all our neighbours are receiving completely. The water what we receive is not even sufficient for 10 min. Due to this we are literally facing a tough time. As you know without rain there is very less amount of water under soil. Bore is not pumping the water due to that. Kindly look into this asap....

Since 5 days there is no water supply in our area. When we tried calling bwssb jp nagar ward, there is no response. Please make arrangements to supply water immediately. We tried toll fee number 1191 which is also invalid number. Please arrange atleast tanker to provide drinking water. Provide contact number of concern person/water man to lodge or inform about irregularities in water supply....

Today i got bill of rs.4151& reading is 37000 consumed litets. Bill reading date is wrong 25_03_2019 which is yet to come. Secondly bill says pay before 25_2_2019 that is again one month prior date of last date. Further they have charged rs.3107 as othet charges & pending amount is rs.207. All bills are paid through - ecs and last bill was rs.485.

Details of other charges not given any where & and in any news paper_tv etc....

There is a massive overflow of manhole on the 23rd cross road 7th sector hsr layout towards 9th main road. The authorities are totally blind about the situation. Lots of complaint and phone calls have been registered but no action has been taken.

This has caused inconvenience to the pedestrians and also to the residents as the overflow of sewage water has been for almost 6 months and happens daily...

Hi, am resident of manoranapalya rt nagar, i own an apartment in 4th cross seethappa layout. I pay minimum charges of rs.2800/- for bwssb every month.
They supply against the minimum is not achieved due to many reasons given from the line man.
The flow of water is also low when complete to near by houses. This is prolonged from past 20days. Pls look into and resolve asap

The bwssb hall tickets 2019 were issued on march 11th 2019. But the applicant with application id mtr80053436 is facing a issue to get the admit card. When i enter the application id and date of birth it says invalid application id or date of birth. Please verify the above mentioned application id and help me retrieve my admit card. The bwssb official website server response is also very bad....

This is to inform you that, i pay my water bill through paytm or google pay every month. This month the total bill for feb 19 month is rs.116 which i have already paid on 9th mar 19.

But the bill which has been sent to home showing rs.400.

There has been a sever block of sewage in the main line of sewage on the cj venkestesh dasa road, near nu hospital and the line from the houses are getting chocked and sewage water coming back into the houses.

This complaint has been made multiple times but the problem seems to persist, the sewage vehicle comes but does a temporary work and within a couple of days the problem reappears.

I am from 15th c cross 1st stage chandralayout. There is no water supply from last one month. We have submitted complaint online, by calling and by written. But no use. Every time officials tell everything sorted out will receive water today. Till now there is no water supply.

Dear sir - this is second compliant about the same matter. Due to departmental works in previous years, the drainage line on service road opposite intel, global technology park and hotel marriott is often found flooded with sewage water causing heavy problems. The blockage causes huge traffic problems and is environmental hazard as lakhs of people have to cross these blockage areas. I am also posting a live video and photos captured today...

Few houses has been supplying water from its borewell to water tankers for commercial distribution. I believe this commercial utilization of a residential borewell is against the law. The house has conspicuously placed pipes for easy tanker filling. The owner of the building has been providing water to as many as 20 - 30 tankers every day also traffic jams because of water tankers. This is causing rapid depletion of the groundwater level...

We get cauvery water twice in a week for about 90 mnts with very very less pressure. There is an illegally running school who connect the motor directly to the cauvery water pipe by which we dont get the water at all.
