Hi bwssb,

We are facing one of the worst problem where all the sewage water is overflowing from one gutter into the road.

We wish to get this issue fixed as soon as possible.

This is a main road which connects to the airport.
The water overflows everyday and makes it very unhygienic to live and we are forced to walk over the sewage water every day.

We request you to take action.

On 9th February, Saturday, BWSSB employees came to lay sewage pipe line at No 5th A Cross, P and T Layout, Horamavu, Bangalore 560043. After laying the pipe line, they left without filling the dug trench. Though they promised to return to fill the trench on the very next day, they have still not returned. And since then, there are no workers of BWSSB in the area. Request for immediate action so that the road can be used again. The repaired electricity and water connection, (which were damaged during the work) would again get damaged if the trenches are not filled immediately.

They sent workers this morning to level the road. however, i am not sure whether the action was taken due to the complaint!

In my road there is resident house and they have borewell and every day they are supplying water from own tanker and surrounding borewell are getting dry. And pump so much water from borewell and sell for commercial buildings. Please take necessary action towards that

Hi mam/sir i'm located in no.26 bhuvaneshwari nilayam shivamandir main road 1st main 2nd cross udayanagar bangalore 560016 there is drainage blockage and i had complained about it the first day itself and had written the complain in the office itself but no one showed up i called the person many times he said he is coming from past one week he speaks as if he is drunk his name is venkatesh and while speaking itself they hang up the call it is now raining in bangalore which may worsen the situation please solve this problem as soon as possible thank you.

A water pipe is broken at the Cubbon Park and it is been leaking from yesterday and there is no one to care about it please please have a look at it the leaking pipe is located at the exit near the UB City Building thank you thank you please please have a look at it I have even tried calling you but there was no response

Hello sir,

We suppose to get water every 4th day unfortunately due to pipe breakage problem bwssb said water was not provided. But atleast the next day they should provide the water but they say we have to wait another four days that means we have to suffer complete 8 days to receive it. This happens most of the time.
Please take some action on this matter.

Its been one week no proper water releasing in our area not even alternate days also facing lot of issue being paid no use to the service. Kindly look into the issue address is 8th B main New Gurrappana palya bannerghatta road .

There is leakage in manhole which is overflowing in front of our house.. This is so unhygenic as the sewage water is all over the road.The garbage is also all over the road. Out neighbour had complaining to BWSSB BTM LAYOUT since 3 days but there is no movement.
Please take action and do the needfull.

Drainage blocked and not moving. Due to which our toilets are blocked and not usable.

This problem is occurred due to drainage system made in our layout. The drainage is not moving behind our layout. Hence it is rotating in our layout only.

Complaint registered to BBMP but bbmp advised to register with bwssb

I've spoke with Sri Narayana Swamy who advised me to speak with madam shankari. So I spoke with shankari madam also but she told that our layout not comes under her perview

From last one month in cauvery water sewage water is mixing the watercolor is black and reddish and it is very stinking. Kindly we are requesting what is the issue in the water check it as soon as possible and rectifier it. From one month we are not getting cauvery water to drink it this is issue is only in our street.

Respected sir/madam,

We are facing lot of water scarcity inspite of having cauvery connection. This problem has persisted for the past 4-5 years and nothing has been done in this regard.

There is just 1 water tank in the layout and there are about 12 to 13 thousand houses just in h. S. R layout and few nearby villages. Catering to these people with just 1 water tank will not just do good.

Hence requesting higher ups to please help resolve this problem.

In past month, the water bill was 280/- and for january, it is 4000/-. How can this occur? There is some issue with the bill or there may be any breakage due to which some kind of problem has occured.in january, some bwssb work was going on outside our house due to which electricity wire was cut and there was no light for 2 days and now another problem has occured. Pls check the issue and resolve it as soon as possible. I am literally pissed off with such kind of things happening.

Sir, monthly water bill comes to rs.800 usually but for the month of january we have received a bill for rs.7000. There was been no response from the concerned authority. Please rectify the issue. We havent met the person who comes to take readings and many a times false reading has been taken. Its be coming an issue as cauvery water is coming on only alternate days for 2 to 3hrs. Please address this issue at the earliest.

The water bill which i have recieved is too high for the litres consumed.
In the previous bill the amount was 400 rupees for 2600 lts.
This month the litres consumed is 2700 and the bill has come upto 2800???.
What's the math here. Does the bbmp department have a special formula?

We paid 2800 rs in january too.
Please do resolve this issue asap.

I stay in bhavani nagar and there is no water from past 3 days here. I have heard that due to metro work water has been stopped but now since the work has been completed kindly resume the water supply. It is very difficult for us survive without water. Along with me all the residents are facing the problem.
Also goverment water vending mmachine has been closed since yesterday due to which we don't have drinking water too.
Please help.

From past five days drainage water coming in couvery water pipe I complaint so many times but they are not respond either not taken any action on this issue unfortunately we're using this water to drink what we can ahead???

Sir,

We are provided bwssb water only for 2 days in a week that to for less than 2hrs. Which is not sufficient for managing the routine day to day work. Request you to increase the frequency atleast 3 days in a week as all the surrounding places water is provided every alternative day, then why our area been deprived by water or increase the number of hours atleast 5 hrs.

All the borewel l in the area is dried up because of surrounding apartments borewell dig more than 1000 feets and without using any ground water we are paying the borewell charges also in our monthly bill.

If we go for private tankers the cost per tanker cost around 800 to 1000 which is not affordable by common people.

Please take issue and resolve it

Please be informed that the water to our lane (described below) is released irregularly at an interval of 10 to 15 days when compared to the next lane where it is released weekly. When enquired to the lineman Mr. Ananda ([protected]) he says he has been instructed by the higher authorities not to release water to this lane. He denies to name the authorities who has instructed him. This is very indiscriminate, arbitrary and violation of law. I hereby requesting the appropriate authority through this complainant to take cognizance of the same and instruct the concerned lineman to release the water regularly.

We are facing a lot of water issue in our residence as we are not getting the water, every time we are bringing from tanker, but without fail we are getting the bill which i am not using, lodged complaint two times no one has come till now and checked the meter, but we are receiving the bill saying that suspected meter please rectify asap. Hopefully will take a strict action about this issue will be rectified as per priority.

We are getting very low supply of water with inconsistent water supply frequency.

We are hardly able to carry out daily routines due to this.

The water supply is slow and very less in quantity but the metered bill is coming very high.
