I am complaining about kaveri water issue in banashankari 3rd stage ward number 161- hoskerehalli. Since from three months kaveri water is not coming properly, even we have no water to drink. Please don't neglect this issue please as soon as possible take action or change the person who have taken incharged to leave kaveri water. Please take serious action.

Water leakage near the metering board has caused the bill to be increased every month and is bill is amounted to 2000rs every month. When the payments are done it is not accounted properly and the engineer who was billing us told us to complaint about the same so that the right amount of bill can be amounted to us. Our rr number is s-474544 and we are staying in shastri nagar bangalore.

I have applied for borewell drilling in cauvery bhavan (Mysore bank) for more than a month back which is on 29th dec 2018.
I was been asked by the geological department to show the site which i have done and they told they have processed the file to bwssb department back.
Again i went to bwssb office in cauvery bhavan and i was told to contact indiranagar bwssb office and they gave contact number [protected] and asked to contact.
I tried calling this number several time but no one is picking so i am writing this mail so that to know the status of inspection/verification so that i can get my borewell digging approval asap.

Complaint with regard to this location... Basavalingappa layout don't have kaveri water connection only borewell water.. N here some gang person unauthorizly collecting huge money from residents for opening walls of borewell water supply to the homes to supply water.. Iwant to know who is responsible to provide borewell water here few people saying they belong to yelhanka politicians mr. Vishvanath side n thy can do what ever thy want.. Here no bbmp appointmented person to take care of borewell water management.. Thy made so many walls to borewell water n collecting huge money from all the residents for water.. N one person who always says he is politicians vishwanath side n he is behaving like gunda to this area.. Every now and then come near our house n casuing nuisance n threatening to us warning us he ll break our house.. He ll kill us if we don't listen to him.. All he is threatening coz we asked him on what authority he is doing all unauthorized work.. Does he been authorized to collect money from the residents for water n other things.. Is he authorized by the govt or any appropriate govt authority to take money from the resident n do gundagiri for not giving heeds to his demand..

Kindly send a bbmp appointmented person to manage borewell water here.. N pls provide us kaveri water connection to this area as we do not have kaveri water connection in this area n look in to this matter as unauthorized person collecting unauthoriz money from residents

Sewage water is leaking continuously and the entire road is filled with it.. The entire area is smelling and even mosquitoes are increasing now.. If it is not resolved soon i fear the sewage water will start entering our houses.. It is not possible to even cross the road of foot without getting your legs dirty... Pls help

I am currently staying at 169b 3rd stage, 2nd block, 3rd f cross, basaveshwaranagar, bengaluru-79 and have been facing very irregular water supply for the last 15 days (Since 01-feb-2019). We did not have water supply at all for the last 3 days. Request you to kindly look into this as quickly as possible as we are facing severe shortage of water supply.

From last 1 month we have a problem in our area in 2-3 houses that whenever the kaveri water comes it smells like gutter and sewer water and also the color is very dirty. We try to wait for even for 1 hr thinking that if we will let the water flow then clean water comes but even for flowing water for 1 or more hrs also we get the gutter water. And we pay for that water. It is so smelly that if we touch our hand then the smell didn't go for 3 days. Our children are getting ill day by day and it is very dangerous. Request you to take immediate proper action otherwise it will cost our's and our's children lives.

Sw3 s[protected]th main srinagar near jalageramma temple. Some body has put value in the middle of road and half of the houses are not getting water supply in the road since last one week. There is no response for the issue either from the concerned engineer valve man kindly look into the problem and there is no single drop of water left. There is n o specified timings also for water supply

Myself a resident of palace guttahalli ward no. 64 facing the problem of insufficient valve pressure. From the past two days the water supply was cut & today (19/02/2019) the water which was released is released in such low pressure that it is insufficient to fill the underground tank & more over unable to collect water even for drinking. So plz do increase the valve pressure.

I am from anandnagar, hebbal ward 21.

We have been staying here for over 40 years and not faced major issues. However, due to ever increasing population in bengaluru and due to people following unscrupulous means, everyone are having to suffer from water shortage.

Thanks to bbmp for their unscientific ways to maintain roads and roadside. There is no place for rain water to seep into the ground and recharge the water table. We are all taking water through borewells and not doing sensible things to recharge ground water. This is a very serious matter and bbmp & bwssb should work together to save bengaluru and its residents

We are facing the above problem since long oral complaints given by the residents not responded. Now the problem is that the drainage in 9th cross road is overflowing and water is blocked in 8th cross and will cause the dirty and bad smell and mosqito breeding has started. There is possibilities of spreading diseases hence my humble request to set right the problem as early as possible

No proper watersupply in our area. Raised complaint to our aee also, no changes. They did not take any action.
We need water during this summer only because our borewell has no water. We all rely on corporation water. Kindly take it seriously and help us getting water regularly.

There is no water in krinappablock ganganagar area near mla nagaraj house from past 3 days as there are people who want to go to children for school and water issue even going for toilet. As in yelahanka new town the sanitary pipes are being fixed newly.. Everything was going on good but yesterday the workers did a partiality... Every house was getting a connection of 4inch pipe... Since few people bribed the contractor and the labor and only to that particular house they have given a 6inch connection which is unfair..!!! And they have done some other extra work to..!! I kindly request you to take severe step to this..!! And let everyone have same equality!!! Thank you...!!

2nd time this is happening and possible potential contamination.

Kindly help conserve water as soon as possible, it will affect health & also help bwssb to increase revenue.

This problem was observed almost 2 year back and it was said to be rectified.

I thing the problem has surfaced now, but inherently problem existed earlier when the problem originated, it may be just covered, this problem may need attention on priority.

I am a lonely old lady without any male support living in#6/22, ist main, gandhi - grama, sreerampuram, bangalore-560021. The sanitary pipe leading to your main stream from my house has been blocked. Your sanitary people headed by mr.. Sanjeevaiah, sreerampuram service station are very much reluctant to attend the complaint.in spite of taking rs.800/-during dec 18 he did not clean it properly. This is the 3rd time it is happening. Hence. The sanitary waste from my house is not being cleared and as a result my sanitary chamber inside my house is frequently filled up and being manually cleared frequently and my entire house is filled with nasty smell leading to health hazards of the people around me apart from myself. I am prepared to pay the necessary charges for cleaning/ repla-cing the said pipe and solve the problem permanently. Complaint has already been booked several times and they are of "don't care". Private plumbers are not coming forward to touch this pipe as it is passing through the road.

As this is a critical situation, i request the concerned to kindly respond to immedi - ately.

We resident in 91 2nd main 8th cross sanjivinagar new carmel school hegganahalli bengaluru.
Water supply was in our surrounding area irregular and not particular time of water supply. People here in this area they are small industrial labours 9am to 5pm they are gone to duty during this time we are not ablle store the water for drinking water supply from the board between 3days. Please take any action for sufficient water supply

I reside in thaverekere since 20years with total of 3houses as rented one's, i always used to get the water bill of[protected]/- per month and usage used to be[protected] liters of consumption, but in month of january i've got the bill of 3797/- which is really shocking, when i check the consumption it shows as 91000 liters used..
I seriously don't understand are these guys playing fool, mentioning meter reading details as per their wish.. I didn't even have any function or anything to get this bill amount..
When i discuss with people, they ask me whether, am i running a hotel business or having a individual house..

I try to complaint over these guys or discuss over the call, none are responding to me properly.. I'm seriously very pissed with the bills..

I want immediate resolution on this..
