Apartment behind hp petrol bunk, kundalahalli, bangalore 560037.
We have been struggling for water for many years. We had bore connection in our apartment but water contaminated so we donot have any other choice but to rely upon kaveri water only. We got the connection few years back. Initially water was provided once in 2 days but now it is not been released to our lane months together. When we approached lineman he said he will release but again same. Water tanker guys also not coming timely so we are facing serious water scarcity and need help to provide kaveri water as we have already taken connection. Its just matter of lineman releasing the water to our lane by opening gate valve. Though we are not getting kaveri water we are paying 2000 rupees every month and also spending on water tankers which is huge expenses. Need bwssb to consider this request and help releasing water for us.

The bwssb hall tickets 2019 were issued on march 11th 2019. But the applicant with application id mtr80053436 is facing a issue to get the admit card. When i enter the application id and date of birth it says invalid application id or date of birth. Please verify the above mentioned application id and help me retrieve my admit card. The bwssb official website server response is also very bad.

Since a month the water supply has been very erratic in our area. On alternate days, we hardly get just half hour supply, that too with poor pressure. We get only around 500 litres which is not sufficient to meet drinking water and the washing and cooking. We also do not get this quantity on alternate days. As pensionless poor seniors we cannot afford tanker supplies as the tankers charge a hefty rs 1200/- for 9000 litres. I also request that the valve man in charge may be monitored. Different areas in our sanjaynagar get water for different timings, some areas for more than two hours. Nowadays there is too much of repairs and the shut down for many days

I am from shivanandnagar near beml tank since from 2 months we are not getting proper cauvery water to our residence but all other place i see cauvery water coming, why only to shivanandnagar there is no cauvery water, sir i thing the water man (Chennaiya) is playing some game in these area i kindly request cauvery water authorities to check into this matter because we are suffering a lot without every alternative days we have call for water tanker because of not getting cauvery water this humble request sir/madam to check on chennaiya and instruct him to let water as per cauvery water schedule

This is to inform you that, i pay my water bill through paytm or google pay every month. This month the total bill for feb 19 month is rs.116 which i have already paid on 9th mar 19.

But the bill which has been sent to home showing rs.400.

Kindly rectify this and update at the earliest.

There has been a sever block of sewage in the main line of sewage on the cj venkestesh dasa road, near nu hospital and the line from the houses are getting chocked and sewage water coming back into the houses.

This complaint has been made multiple times but the problem seems to persist, the sewage vehicle comes but does a temporary work and within a couple of days the problem reappears.

Pls resolve this with a permanent solution

I am from 15th c cross 1st stage chandralayout. There is no water supply from last one month. We have submitted complaint online, by calling and by written. But no use. Every time officials tell everything sorted out will receive water today. Till now there is no water supply.

Kindly take action immediately and please solve the problem.

Dear sir - this is second compliant about the same matter. Due to departmental works in previous years, the drainage line on service road opposite intel, global technology park and hotel marriott is often found flooded with sewage water causing heavy problems. The blockage causes huge traffic problems and is environmental hazard as lakhs of people have to cross these blockage areas. I am also posting a live video and photos captured today (9th mar 2019)

Kindly take immediate action to attend and close this problem

We are residents of 15th main road, srinagar, bangalore-50. We are facing acute water supply shortage in this particular main road, due to unscientific method of supply of water. Decades ago, some influential person who have built up houses on their i, ii, iii floor have made an arrangement in such a way that water supply from the southern valve area flowing to northern side down area, have been cut and we are getting supply from the 16th main turn around and flowing upwards from northern side to southern side, resulting in very poor supply of water. This problem we have brought it to your notice of aee, mn krao, park, but, so far, they have not done any thing to restore the normal water supply to our houses below.

Few houses has been supplying water from its borewell to water tankers for commercial distribution. I believe this commercial utilization of a residential borewell is against the law. The house has conspicuously placed pipes for easy tanker filling. The owner of the building has been providing water to as many as 20 - 30 tankers every day also traffic jams because of water tankers. This is causing rapid depletion of the groundwater level in the region.
Similarly there are around 6 bore wells in this area. I also doubt if they pay income tax for their earning.

We get cauvery water twice in a week for about 90 mnts with very very less pressure. There is an illegally running school who connect the motor directly to the cauvery water pipe by which we dont get the water at all. Though many times we have made the complaints to many authorities nothing has been done. There is no water facility, adequate toilet facilty, play area and even comfortable sitting area for school children in this school. Even board is not displayed where we can try contact the authorities concerned.in addition to this ther rent out the school after 4pm every day for other activities by which we are in total inconvenience because of noise and also the vehicles parked outside.
Please resolve it soon.

We stay in garebhavipalya, near matha school bangalore and for the past one year we are not getting proper water supply for our houses and left side of houses but right side houses are getting goodflow of water without any intterruption and inturn overflows their tank. We are struggling to get proper water supply for the past one year, we have been lodging complaints on bwssb website and contacted concerned kodichikanahalli engineers, request letter sent through mail and in writing to the concerned in btm water tank, but till date it is not resolved. We are starving and struggling to get water from outside sources, kindly we request your goodselves to resolve the issue to get proper water supply without any interruption. Our house is on the upperside from water tank, we require water supply with high pressure or make arrangement to connect our supply to the right side of houses where water supply flow is very good.

Sir My Water meter ID is N- 346185. Water is getting After my Neighbor’ close the TAP, They never install Bwssb water meter . I informed so many times to Bwssb staff. No Use. A very dangerous pot hole has surfaced on high street, cooke town in front of no 6, embassy apartments. This is because some pipe rupture has taken place at the same spot some rework was done a few days ago by bwssb. The road has caved in there forming a huge hole with water. Very dangerous for vehicles who may not notice it. The place comes under jurisdiction of machilibetta bwssb office. Kindly attend to it immediately.

This is to bring into notice that water man has not visited for the last month as well as this month but the bill is generated for both the months if we check online. Our area comes under 10th cross, kanaka nagar, rt nagar post, bangalore 560032.
My concern is how come the bill gets generated without visiting the house and without taking the reading from water meter. I request you to kindly look into this matter and do the needful at the earliest.

We don’t get sufficient water supply to our home, we are been getting insufficient water from last couple of years, i have raised multiple complaints, could get only find few as listed below,

1) 31st july bwssb[protected]
2) 14th aug 218 - bwssb[protected]
3) 28 aug 2018 - bwssb[protected]
4) 04 march 2019 – 722001

But never received any resolution for the complaints raised,

I have contacted mr. Karthick to the number [protected], and [protected] and even to the chiarman[protected], as per the numbers provided by the help lines, but no responses,

And for the last complaint 722001, i spoke to chenakeshawa to the number [protected] on 3rd march 2018, i spoke to him more than 3 times, still no resolution, chenakeshawa told he will send someone to check, and asked my address, which i sent in the whatsapp, still no response. Kindly look into this issue as we are facing this insufficient water supply from past 3years,

The water supply in our area is only on tuedsays and on saturdays, which on saturdays, the water is usaully supplied at 03:00am, where we find it very difficult to fetch for drinking,

Request the responsible higher authority to investigate and resolve the issue asap.

Hello sir/madam,

I am a resident from 47, 5th main road, hvr layout, housing board, prashanthnagar bangalore-79. Our streets were digged 2 months back for laying sewage pipes.. While working on it jcb and heavy vehicles have damaged the drainage footpath stones and left it as it is and vacated the area.. We the residents of this area are facing lot of problems viz severe sand pollution, dirty houses due to this, foot path damaged, asaphalt not yet laid, compact roads due to their heavy vehicles being parked at the center of the road. Sewage pipes were laid 2 months back but still it is not closed causing too much of mud pollution.

Hence i kindly request you to send the concerned staff to lay asaphalt asap and close the side drainage with new stones which were broken due to heavy vehicles movement.

If public says anyone thing means talking with very bad words so pls try him to get best water man n from wen he was appointed all problems are creating so pls take action on him. Thanking u sir

Sir,
Water leakage is observed through damaged pipe near cmr school, opp 3rd d cross, kalyanagar, hrbr layout 3 rd. Block.in the open plot. This was reported over phone on 1 st march 2019. & no action has been initiated till date. Water is running into the gutter
Request depute personnel to resolve the leakage issue.
