Hi respected sir/madame,

We are getting very low supply of water with inconsistent water supply frequency.

We are hardly able to carry out daily routines due to this.

The water supply is slow and very less in quantity but the metered bill is coming very high.

We are calling tankers every other day to meet our needs.

Not to disconnect the waterline since the arrears r not paid by one of the resident in 801. Pl allow some more time as this is pending for a long time.
The residents may face problems if it is disconnected as all r poor workers and children have to go for school etc this arrears is not paid for so many months. Only now the authorities are giving warning.

Hi,

This is regarding irregular supply of water in our area. Earlier before the water supplier changed there was no problems faced. The water used to be supplied twice in a week. But these days it's been more than 3 weeks since the water is supplied. If we call the supplier either the phone is switched off or there's no response.

Kindly help to take immediate action and help to change the supplier.

In manjunatha layout 8th cross r t nagar the water man is wanted not opening the water wall and not supplying the water at correct time and supply the water for 8 days one time that to only 1hour that to very slow . And we ask any questions to rt nagar bwssb they are also not responding properly.

Where as our neighborhood resident homes are getting regular cauvery supply.

B36 kamakshi pg, b35 and b34. 4th main ramanjaneya layout marathalli all have illegal water connection from the underground main pipe line and not the subsidiary line connected to water meter. B34 and bet have meters but also possess one additional connection without neter. Bet doesn't have meter. The residents have reported this to the local office but all here are involved and no action taken from the last few years. Water flows outside the building but nobody takes proper action. Such is the case in this entire area as well. Some prompt residents like us who pay bills and taxes are penalised with improper water supply. Can we see a sincere action and loyal work.

already complained before no response we are facing lot of issues because of drainage block . This also led to increase of bad smell and insects.

Hi,.in begur junction the drainage is broken 3 or 4 weeks back. After that 2 weeks the entire area was in very bad shape with drainage water. Somehow bwssb started the work in the mid of january but the work is extremely slow. Entire vitta sandra road is blocked hence the commuters are under going lot of trouble. None of the vehicles can come inside or ho outside if it is big in size more than car size if for example. Kindly requesting the respective authority to take action as soon as possible.

No water supply at 668, 5A Main Road, 8th Cross, HAL 3rd Stage. On 5-1-2019 purchased water from private tanker paying Rs 350 for half tank after registering complaint at Jeevan Bhima nagar BWSSB. Today again hve to purchase water. This is happening for the last 4 months. Humble request to send BWSSB water tanker to solve this problem.

From the past few days the drinking water has been contaminated and has a very bad odour which makes it unfit for drinking.

Even after continuous boiling and heating, the odour is still bad and we are not able to consume it.

As an alternative we are using packaged drinking water, which turns out to be an extra cost for us even after paying the water bill.

This has been the situation in uttarahalli, ksrtc layout from the past week and is not reduced

Please attend to the situation as soon as possible as we are not able to drink the water.

Suggestion
The 10 mld sewage treatment can think of alternate methods for final use of waste water. Instead of treating it with chemicals and finally ending with complaints about toxic metals and chemicals it will be worth while planning to create solar evaporation ponds (Impervious like swimming pools) and pump thus water to arid region and seminary dctegios like chitra durga kolar and other draught prone areas and allow for natural. Evaporatiin. An area if 4 kmx2.5 km can evaporate 10 mld water every day without any chemical addition or fuel addition. Thus also improves rainfall in arid regions helping to reduce draught situations. Thus is a new approach to solve dirty water problems

I have been coming to bwssb office since 4 days but the drivers are not coming. This has been an ongoing problem every month and there is no solution to it. I am resident of 21 cross, 24 th main, 5 th phase, j. P. Nagar, bangalore-560078.
There is bwssb drain which remains uncovered for a long time. Covering and other maintenance activities started last year. We, residents of the locality, were very hopeful that this would bring some relieves for us from mosquito and other poisonous insects.
But unfortunately, the contractor completed covering half part of the drain in six months and the remaining half part is still broken (Due to maintenance) and uncovered. We are unable to trace out the contractor any more.

I personally went to local bwssb office many times, met many political leaders. As usual, no one attended our grievances.
You are requested to let us know what we can do to get completed the pending activities.

This is to informing me and our neighbor 3 to 4 houses are not getting water supply from last 2 to 3 months properly and we have informed to our near bwssb office and water line man also. But water line man was given reply very rude and negligible.

The water line man mr. Narasimaiah was spoken very rude and he has done wall adjustment for few lines and these lines supplying water properly except our line 3 to 4 houses.

Please check and take the necessary action and provide the water supply regularly.
