This from Rajarajeswari Nagar 4th stage I cross, behind Andhra Bank B'lore. Here the water supplied every 4 days once. Previously the supply was about 8 hrs. This weas not sufficfoyiient and the public were managing. Now the supply is cut short to 3 hrs. that too without any force water is supplied. Cpmaplaint has been to the engineer concerned but no action has been taken so far. Can any concerned authority could take immediate action to resolve this problem. Pl. Help

I am a resident of Mathikere extn residing at 34/1 11th main 3 rd cross Venkateshwara nilaya. We have a prolonged and unsolved issue of water meter bill excessive charges. We had complained several times and bwwssb officials had advised to change the meter, make a t or u like to avoid air rotating meter. Valve for opening etc. eventhough all these are done there are no changes in bill. When complained to bwwssb they say meter reading is correct based on calculated bill.we have spent enormous money in modification not sure who can help. We have enquired our neighbours they all get a average bill of 300 to 500 but for us always it’s above 1000 how ? Please consider our complaint and help, also bwwssb officials are very rude and abusive.

There was a house demolition activity in our road last week, due to which the water pipe leading to that house is leaking. There is lot of clean water leaking into the ground.

There is a sewage blockage in annapurneshwari apartment LIC colony yeswanthpur bangalore-22 from past three months.It has almost getting filled and creating breeding grounds for mosquitos.
we had already complained regarding this issue before but still no effect has been taken.
I would kindly request you to take an effect regarding this issue.

I/We are the residents of Sampanna Road, Ramaswamy Palya, near Jyothi Bakery, Ward No.28, Bangalore -560033.
We are not receiving water properly due to inadequate supply of water to our area from past Several months from now. we don't get water twice a week If we receive also it will be with less pressure which won’t be sufficient for the domestic use. The waterman turns on the valve at his convenience at midnight, and we are deprived of water.

Despite several requests and complaints to the lineman, and the higher officials, no action has been taken and the problem remains the same, The layout next to us gets regular water.
We have complained many times with local Asst engineer Mr.Nanjundaiah, he is very adamant and replies saying that they are releasing adequate water to our area.Its become very difficult as hardly we get water once a week which is inadequate as well. The lineman (Mohan) does not respond to our call, when they respond they say they will supply but it never happens.

Request higher authorities to note this lapse and take appropriate action and ensure adequate water supply at regular intervals and do the needful. Please help us out……….

We are the resident of 4th cross, jagajyothi layout, kenchanapura cross, dossbasthi main road, near kengeri, Bangalore-560056.

We are not receiving water properly in our area. From past 5 days we have not received the water. If we receive also it will be with less pressure which wont be sufficient for the domestic use. Could you please look into this issue and resolve asap.

From the last 18 months we are facing severe water crisis. RR ngar gets Cauvery water Once in 4 days.

We from the association o[censored]niversity layout | BEML 5th statge RR nagar has a complaint on the water scarcity in out layout. We hve not received water from the last 8 days. When the entire blore is getting water and RR ngar also and the dams are full why dont we get water? we strongly ask the authority to enquire the employees in BWSSB RR Ngar for not leaving water from the last 8 days to university layout. we fear the water share is sold to industry / apartments

this is an issue from the last 18 months every week there is a reason either the pressure is not good, pipe leakage, not sure of the probelm etc but we are facing serious problems. we get less the n500 liters of water in 4 days. insted of leaving 500 liters lets live with out the caurvery water itself...

The water meter at our office is not working fine.
The bill this month was approx 2200.
Usually the bill is around 600 RS.
The water consumed is far less but due to the fault meter the bill amount has been high.

In practically every neighborhood, wastage of water from overflowing overhead tanks will be observed. I myself make it a point to inform concerned building authorities about it. I tell them to install a water level controller, the total cost of which is less than Rs. 10, 000/- While they give a firm assurance to comply, they never actually do.

This virtually is criminal waste of water...going unchecked. Its about time BWSSB did something to put a lid on it...like levying stiff fines on transgressors, by carrying out surprise checks and various other means. Imagine how much water is being allowed to go waste all across the city!!

It's been 3 months now that Ejipura is facing this issue of sewage water mixing with kaveri water.
This water is unfit for drinking or even bathing and washing clothes & vessels.
Residents are hesitant to take bath. Strong pungent sewage smell fills our homes as soon as we open the taps of our kitchen or bathroom. We mix Dettol in the water to kill the smell. We have to spend so much money for getting tankers to fill our water stores. Still whenever kaveri water comes it fills the tank with sewage water.

A huge epidemic is waiting to happen as the water source is contaminated with dangerous bacteria.

Please fix the issue..

In Hanumappa road only some houses get proper water supply and the other houses don't get water at all. If we contact the concerned person he only complains about pipe no being proper whereas he supplies water to all other homes. No one takes serious actions. We have complained many many times but no action at all. Please please take required action against this.

Our office is at B. Oosman Khan Road, Opp. to Mysugar Building, Town Hall Circle, Bangalore 560 002. In front of our office the manhole broken and waste water (sewerage) is flowing on the road for the past one week, no body has taken action. Kindly advice the concern person to take immediate action we will stay without smell and flys.

Muck from Old Sewage Chamber is Mounted outside our House, uncleared for weeks! With several failed follow ups and Im an Asthma Patient now suffering from breathlessness vomiting & diarrhoea due to the Stench and filthy smell emanating.. Unbearable, unhygienic, no fresh AIR for Senior Citizens like me to Live. We can't open the door or windows since Air is polluted.
KINDLY Look into this matter on urgent basis for Clearance and Promote Green Environment..One step closer to Swachh Bharat..

Dear Sir,
The main kaveri supply line work is under progress since last 5 months causing lots of inconvenience & health issues to the locals. The road has been dug up with out proper security fencing. This snails speed of work has hit the business community very hard.
Requesting you to please probe and expedite the process a t the earliest.

Last three to four months there is no water supply in E4 division Ankappareddy layout. In a month I got a water supply of one thousand litters only and the bill is Rs. 140/- After making the complaint there is no improvement in this situation. Kindly do the needful to maintain the water supply to this layout at an earliest. So far there was no proper action taken to sort out the issue by the concerned. Gangadharan RR Number E347642/VIG

There is no water supply in my area from last one month due to the booster pump is not working in akkithimmanahalli because of which water is not getting to andree road area.we have comlained to the AE Jagdish of johnson market but he is not taking any action and not doing any work. everyday he is saying that motor will be repaired but it is not getting done due to which there is no water supply in andree road area.please take action to repair the motor.

NON SUPPLY OF MINIMUM QUANTITY (8000LITRES) OF DOMESTIC WATER FOR 93, DEFENCE COLONY, INDIRANAGAR, BANGALORE-560038.

For many years the above problem is existing, but inspite of repeated, requests, liasion, complaints and regular correspondence very little effort has been made by the BWSSB to solve the problem.The above action has brought a lot of hardship to the residents, forcing them to resort to other means, like installing a hand pump and a borewell. Due to the low underground water level existing in the area, the above installed accesories are not proving to be technically effective to provide minimum sufficient water supply to the residents.
A serious and concentrated effort needs to be taken, failing which legal recourse may have to be resorted to obtain a right for water, which is being paid for in the BILLS forwarded monthly(Rs46/- for min 8000ltrs)

The drinking water quality that we are receiving since last month is poor in quality and looks yellow in color. It does not seem to be fit to drink. Need immediate action please. Not sure whom to get in touch with for the issue or how to get it resolved. This is being the state of all people in area, have cross checked the same with multiple families. The answer has been the same. Need immediate action and response.
