This is venkata hari krishna g my bwssb rr number is e-236508. I am the bwssb sufferer since 1.3 years. They have charged 30000/- penalty amount in last year 2017 may month and said it is the fault they did and they will deduct like that in last year december. but still they didn'tdeducted the amount and they have charged from last year november 2017 to march 2918 5 months around 10800rs for rwh charges. i have installed the rwh in feb 2018 first week and submitted the letter in same week. but i they have charges the rwh charges in 16th feb 2018 bill and march 2018 bill but i am following up in bwssb office and mobile app from march 2018 to withdraw my extra charges for feb and march but they are not doing. there is a rule in bwssb to collect the rwh till the rwh device installation. i agreed but they are not following the rules and doing their own way. who had given the rights to them to skip the government rules in our area bwssb. I am requesting you guys to put case on them.please do needful to me. i am getting pressure form billing guys every month to clear the outstanding. in office they will say we will deduct like that and inspector and billing guys creating an issue in my house every month. i want the staff in my area bwssb office good people not cheaters. they don't know any thing blindly they are doing. please take it as serious and do needful

There is water wastage happening in my area which is due to the tank getting filled up mid night and water keeps on overflowing till morning.This keeps on happening every alternate week now a days and water gets wasted every now and then And they stop the overflow of water till the shop gets opened in the morning

There has been a bad blockage of sewage line next to our office which has led to drain water accumulation and overflow on the road with bad stink all around and increased mosquito breeding. This situation will lead to a health breakdown here if not attended to soon.

I sincerely request you to kindly attend to my complaint at the earliest and oblige.

Looks like kaveri water pipe has broken in vinayaka nagar 7th main as water is flowing in the roads but no water supply at homes in 7th main. It has been nearly 10 days since we have had corporation water supply. We tried calling thw bwssb office but no response. Pls help asap. Address: 7th main, 1st cross, b block, vinayaka nagar, old airport road, near triveni stores, opp to kids castle school.

From past one month drainage water is flowing from other side and entering the rampura lake.
Looks like water is coming from some factory which has chemicals and flowing with full force.
Due to this road is completely spoiled and people are facing problem with this.
Could you please take immediate action.

Hi,
This is to inform you that we are residing in the above mentioned address and we have applied for new water supply connection, we have paid all the dues on 09-aug-2018 and submitted the demand draft (Dd) as per the demand notice issued by bwssb peenya office, but still they have not installed the water meter and they have not provided the water connection, kindly check this issue on priority as we don't have any other sources of water for our daily needs.

The consumption litres shows 89000 litres in bill. Which is never possible.
The capacity of our tank is only 5000 liters
Water comes only twice a week
So i cannot have water of more than 40000 to 50000 litres.
How come bill is showing 89000 litres

We are common man. We cannot pay this much bill of 4000 each month.. Why don't you take some measures

From past 2 months or so we are of getting proper water supply and even after calling and complaining to the ae and the water man of the area we are not getting any help this needs to be fixed, we required anyone from team to visit and see what is the issue whether there is any water leakage if they are supplying water and fix it or if they are not supplying water please provide a genuine reason and let us know when it will be fixed and whether there is any alternative till then.

We have raised the complaint on last week august 20 2018, regarding our area main drainage chamber was blocked. So please solve this issue on urgent basis. Because we are not able to use the bathroom, toilets and bore well waters.

Am kumar s/o m thangaraj, residing at 1401/b, 5th cross, vinayaka street, venkatesh puram, bangalore 560045.
In our entire area no one receiving water bills from past 1 year. And i tried visting bwssb local office near pulikeshinagar and they said staff will come and give the bill till then we have to wait. But we are afraid that we need to pay penalty for late payments but the fact is that we did not received any bill yet and even bill is not generated in online web portal as well.

I would request you please do the needful as soon as possible.

We are not been getting kaveri water to our house in 3rd 'a' cross, pr layout, munnekolala, marathahalli, bangalore-37.
We keep having this problem, water always comes in the houses on the north side but not for some houses in the south side. We've been requested to the authorities but no results.

Kindly do the needful as early as possible.

But this time 20.08.2018 it has came 11400/-. And also it is incresaing every month automatically.
Im facing this problem from one year on that time i was talked with house owner and this area water man they both are helpless.
Sir we dont know why its happening like this every month. And also they mentioned domestic purpos on the water bill i dont know why they mentioned that word on the bill we r not doing any business in this water connection. Could you please help me sir and please resolve this problem. We cant pay that much of higher bill amount to the water. We are from poor family sir. Please help us sir. The sewage line appears to have been blocked / leaks - resulting in fowl smell l may result in health hazards etc
This is also a high pedestrian traffic zone - approach road to temples, post offices, market area.

i have paid for the water connection in 2012 and got a meter RR # E-316070
But the meter is not installed till date. Now, the cauvery water lines are being laid in my street but dont know when i will get the water to home.
But to my surprise, a bill of 9446 /- is generated on my RR#. I came to know it when another person living 3 Km away (in kalkere main road, near RM Nagar Church) got the bill delivered to his home but the bill is on my name. His RR# is E-316071. But they have cauvery connection from 5 years back .Instead of generating the bill on his RR# they have generated bill on my RR#.
It is quite embarassing to BWSSB to generate a bill on the RR# which have not installed at all till date.
Request you to take action immediately and reverse the bill amount from my account.

Drainage pipe damaged, water not flowing, all the drain water getting stagnant under footpath, in sulatanpalya main road, hanuman layout, 2nd b cross, as the pipe is broken and water is not flowing, many mosquitoes are rising up, too much of dirty smell in the lane and there is no peace in the lane!

Kindly cooperate and please help in getting the pipe repaired as soon as possible!

I have lodged coplaints several times but there is no action.in rr nagar 4th stage i cross water is supplied 4 days once and the water now supplied only for 3 hrs. Which is not sufficient and people are feeling it very difficult to get water. The tanker water available outside unhygenic and cannot be used for drinking purpose. After getting heavy rain karnataka why this kind of problem which is creating too much problems to the families is concerned. Can sombody from bwssb can open their eyes and solve this problem. This is sthe 4th complaints i am filing and nobody cared to resolve the problem so far.

I like to inform you that still now water bill is not generated in online of august month but you people will give the due date up to 16/07/2018, today's date is 20/08/2018.
Kindly inform us with out generating bill how we can pay through online, please upload the bill as soon as possible.

Residents of yellappa garden channasandra kengeri-uttarahalli rd, aren't getting regular supply. It's difficult to get regular water supply atleast once in 4 days as scheduled. It's reported to lineman repeatedly but resultless.

Request the concerned to initiate action and regularise the supply immediately.
