Respected Sir,

My name is Shakthivelu A and i am resident of sudham nagar, ambedkar statue, new thippasandra, Bangalore -75.This is regarding the issue of water supply in our area.Since 6 we are not receiving any water supply in our area..When we complained about this issue orally & Literally no action has been taken from the respective authority.We are going through pathetic conditions.Its hard for us to lead daily life normally.

Please kindly look into the matter seriously and do the needfull.

When rain comes the road gets blocked by water. As we are trying to solve the problem from our side but it is not possible. People are stuggling to pass the way by walk there is no way to pass the particular blocked area so kindly resolve the water blockage in our area. We have also complained bwss but no action from there side kindly proceed the action towards the complaint as i gave. Iam waiting for your response. Thank you.

The water connection of r r no. W-231685/nl5-19 is reporting as suspected in the bill. We have given complaint to replace the meter and reminded several times. But no action taken so far. It is kindly requested to take immediate action and replace the meter on priority please...

Dear sir please find the following details for your pleasure i am residence of6th bhuvaneshwari nagar sulthanpalya water supply is only 15to20min alternative dayit as became very much different to very day we keep try to water supply person in my location they no responseit’s my sincere request to take its issue get problem solved and try to change water supply person

Inspite of repeated complaints to officials like je, ae regarding supplying of cauvery water thrice a week, it's very pathetic, the valve men are unknown persons, not listed in bwssb staff register & they along with private water tanker mafia, & officials are responsible for this situsty in 9th maintenance, 8th main & few other localities where we are getting only two day supply of water, that's on thursday morning & sunday afternoon, t hat too for 2-3hrs, moreover all water meters are faulty, they won't take complaints on meters if we say it's running or showing more, even for air release, these substations are not having facility to convince customers for authorising the calibration of these meters, last few weeks it's taking heavily, but our subdivision hasn't supplied water, we are dependent on water tankers, our borewells are almost dry & if we say or complain against it, they are putting extra pet house cost & based on deapth, they are putting extra money on the bills & misutilising the latest provisions of having borewells, thereby showing more revenue to dept.& taking advantage of generation of more revenue, they are indulging g in more corrupt practices & giving more troubles, by not supplying proper supply of water & looking more official loopholes to send official bills.
We need weekly supply schedule of water, name of the valve men & his no, to register the valve opening times at nearby residence, incharge officers detail, action report on complaints of faulty water meters & hands on substion verification by consumers of proper calibration of faulty meters, action on water tankers, subsidied supply of bwssbfor water in tankers.
Pls take down this complaint & issue acknowledgement for the same.

With the refernce to the subject this is bring to notice and request to you since 25 days there is no water in our area we are sturgling for drinking water please do the immedately arrangment for water supply it high request to you please do the need full gangenahalli bellary road bangalore 560032 land mark nh bellary road near karnataka kalyana mantapa cmd water pipe line also not given to our area i request to you please note we are facing very bad saturation

Please consider this as request and oblige. Please change in water supply timings as it is now from 4am to 5:30am on alternate days. Request is to change the water supply timing from 6am onwards. As it is more convenient for us to look into this timings (6am onwards) than the present timings. Kindly do the needful.

I am residing in no 1790, 41st a cross, 18th a main and i am suffering fro last 4 years in 41st a cross road blockage of sewerage pipes every 3 months on that time i have complaint to your office they came and cleared the blockage and went but in that pipes are broken and rats are going inside get sum mud so please replace the pipe as early as possible and oblige

We have not been getting kaveri water to our house in 2nd main, manjunath nagar, ittmadu. We've been requested to the authorities but no results. From last 5 days no water, it’s happening routine issues.

Please look into this matter and help with a resolution, if your team is not taking seriously we have to take some other measures...

There has been sewage water overflowing from the drainage main line on somasundrapalya junction to kudlu gate road for the past 2 weeks. Situation is getting worse day by day as the amount of water flowing on to the main road is increasing by leaps and folds. This is causing traffic pile ups as only a part of the road is usable. Due to lot of overflowing water huge and deep potholes have come on the road. More over, there is no way one can pass through this section of road without stepping in the dirty water or someone will splash the dirty water on you. Two-wheelers are the worst effected. Situation is quite dismal. This needs immediate rectification before the situation becomes fatal.

In 2 Main Road of Veeranjanappa Layout in Abbigere near SLV Suhas Celestia Apt. the drainage pipe is broken and drainage water is flushed into Road. Residents are facing foul smell and inconvenience. Therefore please rectify the same at the earliest. Some inexperienced plumbers have opened the drainage and left without closing. Even vehicles are also passing through the said road which may invite danger

This is from 8a, 4th cross, ankappa reddy layout, near kasi viswanath temple, b channasandra.in this lane water is supplied 4days once. Eventhough this supply was never sufficient, but the supply was regular and managable. Now they started supplying for 3 hrs. Only that too without any force. Due to this residents are experiencing more problems and a number of times complaints are not attended to.in this rainy season water is available sufficiently but due to the fault of somebody all the residents have to suffer without water. Will the authorities open the eyes and get into function and advice the people concerned not to play with the water supply to the above place. We request the higher officials concerned to advice the staff and also to supply the water tomorrow as the water supplied today is sufficent for 2 days only with minimum usage.

We the residents of nagarbhavi, terige bhavan road are facing bad smell from sewage leakage. The leakage has still not been identified and the bad sewage smell is making us sick in our stomach. Kindly attend to it as soon as possible.
There is a small gutter near the recently installed dr. Darabandhri statue, this gutter was for the flow of rain water but when there is excess rain sewage from one of the pipes flow into this open drain and causes bad smell to the residents here. Please look into it

It has been observed that we are not avialing cauvery water service from many years in bangalore yeshwantpur location. We have observed that there is no issue in other locations around bangalore. If you have any issues in yeshwantpur area can you specify i will take it to next level. If not please take necessary action or else will be addressed to higher level. We stay in 37/1, 4th cross, charles campbell road, cox town, bangalore 560005. The house belongs to dr. Ravikantha roy. We have been paying our bills regularly.

We keep having this problem where the corporation water does not come to our house. It comes in the house on the left and right and in other houses but not our house.

Please rectify this quickly and permanently.

2 days back bwssb team came and clear the manhole but they have not cleared properly.

There are 2 connections in manhole
One is small one and one is bigger one.
They cleared small one but not big one.
Hence again it's blocked

Please give a permanent solution for this

In our street, because of the swd work few manholes have been recessed and few have been elevated compared to road level. The difference between the road and the manholes are so much that the vehicles or the people might easily fall in it. So kindly raise two manholes (Which are recessed) and lower one manhole (Which is higher than the road lvl). Few people have closed few manholes and also are trying to close manhole which is causing the drain water hitting back to houses during rain. Please request you to rectify it at the earliest.
