We are not getting water from 6 days. There might be some pipeline damage issue. Due this issue whole street(3rd main) facing problems. We have tried contacting them many times. They are disconnecting calls. Here I am mentioning location address,

I’m staying in medahalli (Rifco shantiniketan layout) and my water bill number is e-357360/krp. Last three months we are facing too much water issues. Because of less force. We paid lot of money for this cooperation water and still we are depend on tanker. Nobody there to hear our complaints. I request you to please resolve our water problem. And also i getting water bill for which i was not used it. But i have paid my bills on time.

While walking on davis road, frazer town, bangalore 560005, next to 13 davis road, i saw water leaking from above the road, since 29th morning, nothing has been done till now. Would request you to give immediate attention. Unnecessary drinking water is leaking for past four days, without being attended.in many places like byadrahalli, etc. Residents are not getting water continuously for more than 15 days sometimes, and here the water is being wasted, just for lack of attention.

I’m staying in ramesh nagar and my water bill number is rr 333395. Last two months we are facing too much water shortage. Only for four houses we are not getting water because of less force. They didn’t open the valve properly. We paid lot of money for this cooperation water and still we are depend on tanker. Nobody there to hear our complaints. I request you to please resolve our water problem.

Very bad stinking cauvery water coming due to lickage in water supply pipeline at innovative meva lakeview residency, 5th main anugraha layout, bilekahalli. The water is very stinking n yellow in color.
The same issue is with surrounding 3-4 appartments as well
Request to fix this issue on highest priority, it may leads to serious health problems

Kindly note the BWSSB has dumped the bricks infront of one house Door no. 20, Chowdappa lane, Shanthinagara, Bangalore 560027 a month ago.
It is causing inconvincence to the house in particular. There are around 10 persons are residing that and there are four persons more than 70 and 2 persons above 80 hence it is causing great hardship even to walk infront of that house. Kindly clear the same at the earliest. Kindly note some persons r taking away the bricks which was purchased out of tax payers money. Hence kindly protect Public money.

We are residing in the current premises for about two years and our water bill has never exceeded beyond 800 rupess with a consumption of 700 litres for a month. However, a bill for the may - june period shows that our consumption is about 28000 litres and the bill amount is about 2038 rupees. So, i kindly request to clarify or justify our bill for the said period.

Habitat crest is located in the whitefield main road near hoodi.
Behind the apartments, significant sewage has accumulated for many months now. This is posing a significant health hazard.
1. Increasing mosquitoes with risk of malaria, dengue etc
2. Bad smell all the time
3. Risk of other animal habitations including snakes

Nobody has taken action. Kindly take action immediately. Thanks

The water pipe has been broken. Since one month the water is being leaked from this pipe. Please take a proper action and don't let the water to become waste.
These problems are happening every now and then. Atleast once in a week the authority people should come and visit the place and check everything is fine or not.

Only few people complain about theses issue.
Since the authority people any way don't take proper action. I hope the issue will be resolved soon.

Last 10 days bwssb kaveri drinking water is coming contaminated water ಕಲುಷಿತ ನೀರು and water colour is soiled & bad smell, the area of jakkasandra village people suffering from a viral fever, cough, typhoid, throat infection, headeche etc... Please solve this problem immediately

In hmt lay out, ganganagar, bengaluru, the underground sewerage lines were laid some 50 years back taking into consideration the then volumes of sewerage flow. To connect to main and su lines there are too many perpendiculars and the silt gets deposited at the perpendicular and overflow through manholes inundating the roads with sewerage. This is happening since 2007. Several complaints in writing, meeting at the chairman bwssb level is getting a standard reply, no budget, we will look into. Again till next episode nothing and same stock answer we have asked the concerned aee to solve.in 11 years, the roads were inundated more than 100 times. Added to this, the sewerage and silt taken out from manhole is dumped in front of the house. At ganganagar (Rt nagar) at the junction of bmtc bus depot and saibaba temple. The truck in which this taken out sewerage is carried is not readily available. So either we have sewerage inundating vthe roads and / or the taken out sewerage is dumped in front of the house. Result. For weeks together foul smell, increased mosquitoes and necessarily walking in the sewerage flowing on the roads

I am writing to request for a clarification on the bill being charged by bwssb for our apartment, rr # e-229122.

I see multiple heads being charged in the bill - water charges, meter charges, sanitary charges & other charges but there is no explanation on what these charges are. What falls under 'other charges'?
Also, i see a remark 'levy of stp charges levy of rwh charges', what does this mean?
To top it all, the sum of the amounts mentioned under all the above 4 heads doesnt match the total bill amount. See below for example from the latest bill - june'18

Water charges-4730
Meter charges - 300
Sanitary charges - 2800
Other charges - 3765

Even if i add all these 4 heads (Though i am not clear what other charges is), the total comes to 11, 595 but the total bill amount is 15, 360. Why is there this difference? This has been happening every month looks like since the start. Why is there no transparency and clarity in the billing?

I am zamin ajani a resident of 13th cross, r. A. Road, egipura. Contact number [protected]. Last one month cauvery drinking water is coming mixed with sewage water and the odour of the same is bad and also colour of the water is different. Same issues in all parts of egipura.
Request to solve on priority. Could become a major health issue as work is not being attended to..
The stink in water is also causing irritation and throat infection.

We have been complaining about non supply of cauvery water for the past 3 months, by the concerned line staff vasanth and who is being supervised by
Mr. Santhos - junior engineer. The attribute various reasons for non supply of water due to more number houses, and replacement of present pipe line connection etc.,
We have been getting proper cauvery water supply for the past 3 years and now the present major problem due to line man and the junior engineer.
We have earlier lodged a complaint two weeks back and no officer has visited and verified the actual facts and the complaint has not been resolved till now.
I request you to take immediate action or disconnect the service and refund the deposit amount

Borewell charges has been wrongly included in this month bill (June 2018). Borewell went dry in nov 2016. It was already communicated to the bwssb office, even they had done the inspection and charges were reverted after the complaint. However, we see rs 500 charged for borewell in this month bill.

I had made payment for the month of may 2018 online using bangaloreone app. Since the meter reading person didn't turn up, i assumed that the amount would the more or less same as the previous month (April 18) which was rs.313.00. So i paid the same amount for may 18 as well using bangaloreone app. But when the bill for june has come, i find that you have credited this amount of rs 313.00 for may and charged me full again for may and june. Please check and credit back rs 313.00 to my account so that it can be adjusted in the next bill.

I am a resident of indiranagar leaving in doopanahalli. I have found that in my water bill there is an charge of rs200 imposed as other charges, from 3months it is been charged. Please could you provide an explanation on the charge that is imposed, are it is better you refund my money back.

We had complained about the sanitary block on may 20th 2018 at kodichikanahalli bwssb office. Still now nobody has turned up to look into the problem. Sanitary water is coming towards the building premises. The smell of the sewage is unbearable. There is extensive breeding of mosquitoes over the sewage.
