The drainage in our lane is fully filled. (Ejipura 24th main b cross) the waste water is not going from the main line someone or the other will complain the bbmp tanker vechilcle will come and repair but within minutes there is again block. Bbmp team comes when ever they are called but still our problem does not get repaired. Now waste water does not go from our trap lines also. We are really fed up. Request you to please resolve our issue at the earliest.

Hi team,

Sweage pipeline is blocked and water is stagnant in the pits, even coming into the houses.
The sewage pipeline in 24th b cross ejipura is blocked and there has been no action taken by authorities over several complaints. All other streets in the area have got bigger pipelines installed recently except for this street. The local counsellor has not taken any action is least bothered to get a fix for this problem.

Request authorities to kindly take appropriate action at the earliest.
Even the sweage tanker lorries do not show up when called, how do the common people take care of this situation.

Approx 15 days there is no kaveri water supply in my house. (#9, telecom layout)

Last week (On wednesday), i informed mr. Balaram and he had send one person (Plumber) for rectification.
He opened the meter, also it's attachment and cleaned the same and refixed. He took rs.300/- for the same work and told the water will come on schedule date.
But there is no water supply till date and problem remains same.
In view of the above i would like to request you to do the needful at the earliest. Now i am in big trouble. Please help me in this regard.
For the same reason by mistake i have paid the water bill twice. Because i was thinking water supply is cut for non payment.

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is to bring to your kind notice that the water supply assistant for our area is troubling a lot to supply water. He is been taking bribe from many commercial outlets like hotels and continuously providing the water to them. Most of the times we have to call him and remind him that today was the due date of supplying the water since he will be drunk all the time since morning. Kindly look into the issue and plaese make sure that the issue is resolved.

There is water problem from past 3 months in nanja reddy colony, murugesh palya, 8th cross. As i spoke to valve man, he is asking to put some money in is pocket weekly to get sufficient water.
We don't have alternate source of water, were as some people use motor for sucking water and filling there tanks.

If you don't take immediate action we will go to media.

Dear senior officers,

This is too bring your kind notice that, we are not receiving enough water from past one month (Address 4th a cross, subedarpalaya, banglore -22). Without any advance notice water timings has been changed, no clue exact water timing. Also officers at at yeswanthpure office they are not picking the calls. Please look into this issue at the earliest.

We request you to check this on priority & solve this matter.

I'm put up in hongasandra and its been more than 6-8 months that we've been complaining bwssb ae and line man for our area and there has been no response and due to which we have been getting tractor water supply paying high amounts. Though we pay tax and other bills its been very clear evident to the ae - santosh prasad that the line man is very ignorant and neglible on this issue to release proper amount of water to our lane. Every week its just a waste of time to call these guys and inform about the issue but no use till now.

The sewage is overflowing from 3 months near ramamurthynagar police station adjacent to eci church and none had a look into it.
People walk in the dirty water to cross roads, multiple complaints have been raised and no action at all since 3 months.
Request you to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
Make an enquiry or investigate the issue and have a look on to it and please make a way for it.

Dear sir,

We have no wayer supply since 3 weeks now and we are managing bh getting tankers and paying rs.600 every time along with bwssb bill of rs 800 every month.

We are located at a posh bda area frazer town with no water. Its very inconnvient with kids and no water i request you to send your engineers to resolve this issue at the earliest.

We are residents of sneha colony, chikkalasandra, bangalore 560061. We wish to report a clogged manhole i front of our residence #34 that has been causing problems since a long time. The problems caused by the clogged manhole are namely - stench so disgusting that it feels like you're living right next to the kengeri sewage. The sewage from the manhole overflows into the sewage line in our residence. Despite changing our sewage lines the problem still persists. We would like the concerned authorities to change the existing small line in the manhole and replace it with a wider, bigger one. It's come to our knowledge that every other residential area around us have got manhole sewage lines replaced but has been neglected totally in our area. We call the "kambi" folks almost every month to clear the clogged and the problem does not seem to solve. We request you to attend to this matter immediately as our residence is being victimized by the constant clogs, overflows and stench.

We are residence of 12th cross bendre nagara, kadirenahalli, bsk 2nd stage bangalore south.

Our road sanitary is blocked due to small size of pipe and damaged pipe, the drainage water is coming inside the houses. We are facing problem from many years, and we have given the so many complaints to the bwssb just they are coming and cleaning it, no body are taking care /thinking to change the pipes. Kindly i request you to take a immediate action on this and change the pipes as soon as possible.

The sewage line manhole in front of my house has been leaking. Due to which lot of dirty water had started leaking and foul smell is disturbing..

We are put up in sunkadakatte near to shanthidhama college. We have not received kaveri water supply since wednesday 5th september-2018. On enquiry we are informed that the valve man who turns open the kaveri water valve is not well. Can you please arrange an alternative valve man to open the valve and provide us with kaveri water please. We dont have water even when entire parts of karnataka are reeling under excess water.

Hello,
Even after repeated requests and enquiries with the bwssb board in kumarapark. We found a "no answer or action board" from the bwssb officials to resolve the issue in miscalcuation made with our billing.
As the consumption ltr to be charged was for 40, 000ltrs but the bill was showing for 80, 000 ltrs. After our compliant to bwssb, the inspector also came for site visit to check any faults to be in place and found to be on the bwssb part at the end and promised to clear with the issue within 2-3 weeks in may 2018. But there is no response from kaveri bhavan even after repeated emails sent from the engineer of kumarapark. Now it is sep 2018, a new bill is generated with arrears of miscalculated amount added and interest on the same for no error from our end.

Do correct the billing calculation at the earliest for rightfull payments to our usage else we have to stop making payments monthly until the issue is been resolved from your end.

For no reason we are the sufferers of mistake or negligence of bwssb officials.
Poor part on bwssb official for not doing rightful job at the right time.

There is a heavy leakage at the bwssb meter for which the said organisation has charged heavy meter bill where usual bill amount rs.650/- whereas now it has been come like rs.2975. We residents of hemanth avacados apt, situated at horamavu main road (Near gandhi statue) would like to bring to ur kind notice that for the last three months water pipe connections pipe in front of our apartment has been leaking and it is very inconvenient not only to us but also to the public. We requested n begged humpteen number of times the plumber who is incharge but he turned deaf ears. We don't know the reasons behind this.
We most humbly request to please do the needful in this regards.

I reside in Vinayaka nagar 5th cross Jp nagar 5th phase. We are not receiving Cauvery water from 2 months . Bwssb says it is your problem, get plumber to check the connection . We got plumber from bwssb .. Prakash.. he took 5.5k and said he is giving direct connection . Still no Cauvery water. Please guide whom to contact. Despite paying money and bills on time looks like the government is actually useless in taking action

This is venkata hari krishna g my bwssb rr number is e-236508. I am the bwssb sufferer since 1.3 years. They have charged 30000/- penalty amount in last year 2017 may month and said it is the fault they did and they will deduct like that in last year december. but still they didn'tdeducted the amount and they have charged from last year november 2017 to march 2918 5 months around 10800rs for rwh charges. i have installed the rwh in feb 2018 first week and submitted the letter in same week. but i they have charges the rwh charges in 16th feb 2018 bill and march 2018 bill but i am following up in bwssb office and mobile app from march 2018 to withdraw my extra charges for feb and march but they are not doing. there is a rule in bwssb to collect the rwh till the rwh device installation. i agreed but they are not following the rules and doing their own way. who had given the rights to them to skip the government rules in our area bwssb. I am requesting you guys to put case on them.please do needful to me. i am getting pressure form billing guys every month to clear the outstanding. in office they will say we will deduct like that and inspector and billing guys creating an issue in my house every month. i want the staff in my area bwssb office good people not cheaters. they don't know any thing blindly they are doing. please take it as serious and do needful
