I would like to bring to your notice that I been charged excessively each month more than the actual water meter reading. Please note that the bill reading and the actual water meter reading does not match each month. I have brought this to the knowledge of the BWSSB officials at N-2 Yelahanka New Town in the month of January 2017. But till now nothing been done and I am keep getting the bill more than the water meter reading. I have enclosed the photograph of the water meter reading each month to your knowledge. Kindly do the needful

I am a resident of Kadugodi Bangalore, here underground water level is fine, from here many water tanks supply water to other areas. My complaint is while carrying water from one place to other the open top of tanker spreads lots of clean water on the roads, one can see the wet roads every water. Also unethical boring every where by these guys is also decreasing water level in my area. Address is SLV bakery sonnnahalli KRPuram, domasundra Kadugodi. Please do something.

I have received water bill of amount of rs. 7116/- and consumption ltrs 1, 54, 000 in month of april 2017. It is impossible to consume 1, 54, 000 liter of water in a month.

I doubt water meter runs even no water supply. And it make consumption too high.

Could you please help me and correct this bill.

We, the residents of Adarsh Habitat, Gopalreddy Layout, Banaswadi, Bangalore - 560043, would like to complain against the illegal selling of borewell water behind our apartment. The borewell has come up 15 days back and since then selling water continuously. Because of this our apartment borewell as well as nearby house borewells have dried up. Please help to close the illegal selling of water.

Hi,
There is some sewage problem in the road next to my house due to which bad smell is coming and also there is a block in my house ground floor toilet outlet also. This is in the JP Nagar 7th phase, Navodaya Nagar, 6th cross, 4th main. Please address this issue ASAP. It seems that the big rats have damaged the sewage pipe leading to mud blocking the pipe.

We are located at the heart of city bangaluru eijipura. 80ft road kormangala from the main road 500 mts. We have water supply issue from last 6 years and we keep contacting the corporator but no use as another one month you will get new connection from past six year we have been listening to this same story. We are getting water tankers from out side which is costing double the price i. E. 800 for tanker and tractor it is 650/- and also paying the water bill, currently we are getting cauvery water mixed with sewerage water which is causing ill to children pleas we request to take action as soon as possible

Every other lane are receiving kaveri water supply. We don't understand why only this lane has water problem. It's been 2months kaveri water supply has been stopped. If authorities require us to sit infront of the office we are ready to do that also. There should be an end to this situation. All the other lanes are telling if they were in our situation they wouldn't have waited till now. This is our message to the authorities to know

Hn halli lake road (Off-sarjapur road), doddakannali has 10-15 apartment complex for last 4-5 yrs.. All are built with all the required permissions and paying property taxes regularly. But, till date, it' s storm water drain work is not completed. 4 yrs. Back, the work started, but was left in between. The road work was also left half way, which residents got completed on their own. But because of no drainage, this road has become miserable and we are suffering. Please get the work done before monsoon sets in, otherwise accidents will be a day today affair.

Empty residential site owner has been supplying water from its borewell to water tankers for commercial distribution. I believe this commercial utilization of a residential borewell is against the law.

The owner of the building has been providing water to as many as 20 - 30 tankers every day.
This is causing rapid depletion of the groundwater level in the region.

Also the water tanks being there at the site place round the clock, a big hindrance to drive cars.
Request the authorities to take the immediate action on this illegal activity.

Dear sir,
We residential of 4th main attur layout, facing acute shortage of water supply.
Ince last 20 days, we are unable to draw water both from cmc water and cavery water also. Only this street is not getting water supply regularly as per schedule, but other roads/street are getting as per schedule.
We is to get cavery water once in a week that is wed'day and cmc water twice in a week i. E. Sat'day and tuesday. And presently we are not getting both ths supply since last 20 days., we, street residentials raised so many complaints with written also. But no response from respective authorises. And group of residential met political leader representing this area. But not fruitful. Only assurance in front o[censored]s.

We, all residential of 4th main attur layout are very greetful, if you are kindly, resolve the water shortage issue at the earliest with co ordinating respective municipal authorities.

Please note that the water in our house came on 26.04.2017 (Wednesday night) and till today we have not got water, the water in the tank got finished yesterday and we are somehow managing with the stored water.

It's almost a week that kaveri water has not flown only in our tank.

The concern is neighbours are getting regular water, tap on the road has water supply then why only our house has no kaveri supply??? We dont even have water in borewell. If we call the tanker then they charge us 600rs.
You call centres always busy, not able to contact the company also.

Please help to resolve our problem asap.

Since last many days kaveri water is supplied only once a week in our area. But there is no force at all. Our neighbour houses starts getting water 4-5 hours before we get. They have there tanks filled for 1 whole week. After that only we start getting water. Which is sufficient for 1 day only. People use motor directly on the kaveri water line to suck in more water. I feel this is the main reason for less force. Kindly do something to resolve this issue..

I am staying near arekere sai baba temple and there is a raj kalve passing very near to my home. Due to improper maintenance of the raj kalve and some septic tankers misuse of the drainage system, we are facing an unbearable foul smell throughout the day. We always have to close our doors and windows and could not bear the bad smell. Because of this lot of mosquitoes are spread around and causing severe health concerns in the apartments we stay. Request the right department to please address the issue on immediate basis to help the citizens live in health and hygiene conditions.

Ayyppanagar, Ward no 54 Mahadevapura, 2nd Block, 4th Main, KR Puram, is provided with water for past 15 days

the water man is having no sense regarding the supply properly to the residents,

We are facing this problem for more than 3 months.

These gets aggravated during summer season.
We will forced to pay Rs 600 to 800 for getting a refill from private tankers.

Having paid all the deposits and monthly bills we are not getting serviced properly by this agency.

We are desperately in need of water at least once in 5 days.

There is an open manhole near Narayana PU college in front of an apartment from past 2 months. It is very unhygienic plus it is damaging road as well. It will become more problematic if it rains. No action has been taken till now. Please look into the issue to avoid health and other hazards. Please find below the location:

Kaveri water supply is there only once a week since November 2016 in Ramamurthynagar wikth less force

Inspite of multiple complaints this issue has been unresolved. In BWSSB Site the complaint gets closed in 1-2 days without solving this. No one knows what is the issue
Please change the lineman since looks like he is not opening the valve on regular basis or find out what exactly is the problem and get it resolved at the earliest.

Hello,

I reside in Prabhavathi Bliss apartment in Hongasandra Mico Layout area in Bangalore.There is a lot of water logging in front of apartment which makes it inaccessible to enter into apartment whenever there is rain.
Next problem which occurs is until the rain water dries out it becomes a breeding area for mosquitoes and other insects and water snakes have also been spotted.
There are 300+ people in and around the apartment so this poses them all at great risk for spread of diseases.
Relevant authorities please make a note and provide solution to the people.
