This is regarding the bill charges for our bwssb water connection, bill number se[protected].
We got the water meter installed in october 2016, and there was no water supply during that time. Even subsequently the water line was kept closed since there was no water. We opened the water line in march 2017, when we heard that water has started coming, though very little.
Though the meter was installed, we were not given rr number, and also no bills were also sent.
Now, we have received a bill for rs. 5905/- even though there was hardly any water supply. Sure, the minimum amount will need to be paid, but the looking at the current bill, the monthly amount should be no more than rs. 150/-.
So, even considering the minimum bill from october 2016 when water meter was installed (Even though there was no water supply), for 7 months, it should be rs. 1050/- + any delay charges.
I am at a loss to understand why the bill amount is close to 6000/- when there has been hardly any water consumption.
I have paid the entire amount, even though i have no idea why such a huge amount.
I request you to look into this and credit back the difference for future payments.

We, the residents of indwin galaxy apartments, parapanna agrahara, near kudlu govt school, haralur road, bangalore-560068, would like to complain against the illegal selling of borewell water behind our apartment. From the borewell, they are selling water continuously. Every day from morning till mid night. Because of this our apartment bore-wells have dried up. Kindly consider this issue as urgent one take immediate action against them to stop the illegal selling of water.

The sewage line is overflowing in front of no. 128-130 and 155-159 on 4th main, defence colony, indiranagar, bagalore - 38 and hence the sewage water from theses houses / apartments is backing up. It is also spreading a bad odour.

The storm water drains in this stretch are also blocked & this is is resulting in the shoulder of the roads caving in

The sewerage manhole in front of our house is leaking for the last one week. Various attempts to call the authority are in vain.
We are residing in syndicate bank colony andhrahalli main road, herohalli, bangalore.
It was once cleaned 16 days back but it's back to leaking. The person who attended this earlier has taken 4000 rs but the problem persists.

This complaint is regarding severage connection.
As there was a problem occurs when each rain fall. There is an sewerage (Mori) which was constructed long back and it's been damaged badly, on that they have constructed house which already blocked and the water is spreading and evaporating in the house walls which is very next to that mori. That house where small babies are growing may cause there life dangerous.

Even we see rats and other insects and few are poisonous too are spreading in house and those are settling.

Please requesting you to take a required step.

With reference to the above subject matter, we have received the bill (Dated 3-6-17) today, for rs.3404.00 and the consumption is 88000 ltr., which is exorbitantly high comparing with the previous bills.

The following bill details of past 6 months are given for your kind reference.

In narthaki theatre bengaluru they were charging 5 rs more to water bottle .. so please take action against them as I tried t convince them not t charge more than that ... Actual cost of water bottle is 20 but they were charging it 25 rs ... I hope this will be examined by d team and hope it wil be resolve and hope to buy the water bottle for the MRP prise in the next Visit ...

Drainage is blocked in 3rd cross, 2nd main maruthinagar (Athiguppe ward) since one week. Written complaint given on 28.05.2017 (Complaint no.342) in the ward office. This problem occurs every rainy season. Permanent solution is required to this problem sir. We hope you will solve this problem forever.

We are bad to to inform you that their is no proper water supply of cmc is not provided in shettihalli, and the people using the watermotor when they leave the water. And many times inform the shettihalli mla to taken action there was no action taken and also asked the inspection enggerineer to come and check, no one person as turn up. This is very bad and there is no person to help and to whom to be complaint when their is know proper action is been taken.. We belive govt will help us in this issuse to be taken very seriously. Make to sure people get the watrer. And also water supply person will leave the water only in 8 to 10days. People who having very snmall water sump how do they survive witout water. If there is no proper and immediate action is been taken, we would like inform to the media

We are facing lot of water problems. We are not getting water for drinking purpose also. We are totally dependent on cauvery water we are getting water only once in a week that too only for ten mins. My father had been to enquire in the water board 16th main but the person who leaves water is not at all cooperative. He said lame reason that the lady who cleans garbage puts garbage near the place where he opens the water. So he will not leave water This is not the reason. Also when there is officer then he agrees to leave water but he does not leave water. We doubt he is doing some illegal stuffs in this. Please I request you to consider this on priority basis and resolve this issue asap? We are suffering a lot. Many thanks in advance

For the past 15 years in front of my house manual over flow for every two three days, all the Enginers, AE's, AEE's, Corporators, MLA's and pro also know this but no body is doing anything. Whenever I give complaint they will send jetting machine that will not help.
I hope this time you will get notice and solve this problem forever

We, the residents of Krishnacounty layout, Mylasandra, Near Gopalan Sanskriti apartment, Mysore road, Kengeri, Bangalore - 560059, would like to complain against the illegal selling of borewell water next to our layout. From the borewell, they are selling water continuously. Every day at 5:30-6:00 am the first trip starts and ends atbe10:00pm. Everyday minimum 15 trips of selling is happening from this residential area.Because of this our layout borewells have dried up. We also have thirty feet road and is getting destroyed by this heavy water tank lorry.Even school children also cannot walk on the road peacefully because of this lorry trips.Kindly consider this issue as urgent one take immediate action against them to stop the illegal selling of water.

In front of my house manual is overflowing from past three days, i gave complaint to all your landline number, pro, ae's, aee's general number but nothing happened we are having difficult to breath, eat and go out because of stinking smell and all smuck is coming out in front of my house.
This problem we are facing from past 15+ years, whenever we give complaint they will send jetting machine for temporary relief but, when will this problem get solve i want to know. I already sent so many e mail to pro and chairman of bwssb but nothing happened. I hope it will solve as soon as possible.

The main sewer pipe is blocked and the sanitary water is not flowing freely into the main drain line, i have made enormous complaints to the concerned authorities in HSR layout, but no one is responding. The storm water drain is filled with sanitary water and is posing health issues for the area residents. Please look into this matter at the earliest.

Hanumahills layout, Arehalli, Uttarahalli, at Sri Chaitanya School. 560061. CMC water is irregular and not enough to the residents. Top of it, motor will get repaired often. Surprisingly, no Kaveri water in our street also no tar road exist! How strange is that to see in Bengaluru. You don't provide Kaveri water and also the CMC, how can you expect people to live in a metro city to live with out water?

The complete drainage is blocked completely in mud and feeling difficult for water to go inside from past 15 days tried to resolve the issue and also found difficult in contacting bwssb via phone but unfortunately didnt work and also the water is coming out from the pit and also getting amount for cauvery bill. Please provide solution and also resolve the issue at the earliest.
