We are residents of chikkalasandra. We do not have water supply for past three days. We pay for private water supply to fill water, unfortunately we have a small sump. The road is also very narrow, the water truck can not stay to fill overhead tanks. It has been hectic. Our neighbors are walking five six blocks to get water. This is absolutely ridiculous. I am a disabled senior citizen. It has been very hard. Please resolve this issue asap

      In our area the under ground drainage was blocked it is so problem in some days please resolve the problem the water and waste water also not going in this it leaking daily out side it is very problem in our area rain water also moving inside that's why i think this is blocked.         My complaint to bwssb, office issued the udg bill from 2009, without any facility

        Since 15 year i am using private water supply and my own ring type sewerage pit connection. Bwssb sahakarnagr, some people came to our dhanalaksmi layout, they told if you do not take udg and cavery water connection we will give notice. On trust. I contacted ae bwssb, he introduced contractor ravi kumar, they came to my house collected all documents and file was sanctioned
        I gave bwssb deposit fees, meter cost deposit rs, 4500 and other his service charge rs, 3500,
        Ae, and the ravikumar, contractor told me meter not in stock, to give cavery connection, i told when meter is given in my name only. I will get connection, now i am sing my own sewerage and private bore well supply facility,
        The private water person increased the water bill rs, 450 per month. So i disconnected his water line and i asked the bwssb, ae, for giving the meter and water udg connection
        November 2016 contractor given water connection. He told me. Within one month time i will get the meter you can use water supply and pay the minimum bill 200, to allotted my bwssb-id.
        Rr. No: n3-n-4414401 / shn with in one week time the ae, came to my house he informed me, in your name allotted meter is missing in our office you have to give
        Rs, 1800- extra money as meter cost, and after 3 day one person called me if you give rupees 4000, extra bribe money we will give new meter immediately,
        Due to some influence in the bwssb office. The line men he stopped the cavery water supply in our dhanalakshmi layout nearly 40 day time no water supply, we taken water from private water taken by paying rupees 400 per load,, house owners of 5 th cross people, we give complaint many time to inspector office people they told sewerage water is coming in the cavery water. So we stopped the water, to all the cavery connection taken houses,
        We gave the request letter to aee-narayanaswamy, after his intervention the water supplied from jan 2017 month onwards, water is supplied and actually no pollution in the water it is created by some bwssb persons. This matter how created nobody knows?
        After giving complaint aee told the meter issuing person and ae, to give meter and solve his problem even aee advise also they are not giving the meter —
        I am paying every month minimum water bill rs, 200 to 250 and i am calling every month contractor and meet the ae, and he told me i give meter to contractor ravikumar, why he is not connected, last month he came to my house for giving the bill

        I asked meter problem he told i do not know ravikumar, i never told you we gave meter and i never asked the extra money for issuing meter —
        The contracted told they are not giving meter — now iam very much upset reason i am not giving extra money for meter, they are coming to my house harassing and telling always we will give notice and disconnected the water supply and i visited bwssb-office they told me your file is missing not able to give meter -
        I send email to cauvery bhavan. Pro, they replied we will inform bwssb, aee, to this cavery water connection and meter problem but since 2015 year, i am not able to get my meter and justice.
        3 rd sat, week july 2017 suddenly, and one person came to my house you are using udg facility since 2009 you have to pay rs, 5035 rupees and interest rs, 3312, total rupees, 8397, -
        I am not able to understand when i am not using the bwssb-udg, water connection service from 2009 why i must pay udg bill from 2009 — i told i will talk and give complaint to aee-mr. Narayanaswamy — the person who gave the bill he told don't talk with aee, you must bill, we told why you are not collecting from other house people many people are using private water and udg connection using bwssb, - they said other people matter don't, ask us, and don't tell to aee,
        Please advise how to solve this problem home to contact, — now i decided to give 2 nd complaint to aee, sahakarnager bwassb and water adalat
        The bwssb sahakarnager staff, they are harassing me and many other people, if we give bribe no problem, when we ask justice and good service they give more problem — only god must save us.

        I have made the payment for new connection in december 2015. And till date i haven't received my meter and your employees for taking bribe are harassing me. I will go to consumer court if these harassment doesn't stop n will make you pay a hefty compensation.

        If your employees are corrupt is it my fault. After payinf evey month minimum water bill slo they are asking money why, i will not pay bribe for meter and will drag all you people to the consumer court,

Location is no. 267, 67th cross, 5th block, rajajinagar, near venkat international public school, bengaluru - 560010, i think due to rodents pipe had been blocked with mud, small stones.               6 to 10 houses in one street have been receiving contaminated water from past 3 weeks. Issue started from 30th june 2017.
              A compliant was raised online on 8th july 2017. Complaint no.: 381665
              Complaint forwarded to ae, a narayanapura-2 service station.
              No action has been taken till now.

              Pathetic response from ae, water inspectors and bwssb officials in general.

                Hi,

                We are staying as tenant in house.

                Bk shivanna building, 3rd floor, no-255, 1st cross, 3rd main, 5th block, hbr layout, kalyan nagar post, pin code -560043, landmark-hd car wash & neo super market

                There is total 5 tenants + 1 owner = 6. Every month sufficient water coming from kaveri (Bescom water supply) around 70000 litre per month. If we divide the 70000/ (30*6) = 400 per liter/house/day which is coming on calculation.

                But owner taking extra 8-10 tanker changes from us which is 350 rs per tanker and it is coming around 600 rs to every house/month. Owner having around 6-7 members in house and they consume more water than others and other tenant having 2-3 members in house. He used to cheat all tenant every month and he is not listening to us.

                Please take against him and do the needful thing. He keep cheating people.

                There is a sewerage leakage at 4th Cross, Vinayaka Lay-out, Akashnagar, PWD Mn Rd, B.narayanapura(Just opp to Royal Bakery down). The manhole is almost full & any time it may get over flowed which will cause lot of inconvenience .Although the officials had visited on 15/07/17, it is not cleared. Request you to kindly do the needful on priority.

                There is total 3 tenants one is house+ bakery+ barber shop. i am staying in 2bhk house from past 5 years and we didn't receive any kind of water bill now am shifting to other area and my owner is saying clear the water bill then she will return the advance. we are ready to pay the bill but i don't no where to pay and i ask to owner give me the bill or something so that i can pay but she don't have anything with her and i went to BWSSB Sahakaranagar there they are telling they want some proof like deopsite papper or something i called her i given the phone to water officer the office said they have searched form owner name but they are not getting. now i don't no what to do can someone help me on this. my owner don't have arrangement only i don't no how they are using. my phone number [protected]

                  It's been promised that cauvery and borewell line will be given in Rahmath nagar Rt nagar post but not yet taken any action, in few cross the water line is put but water is not released on regular basis... It's more than 6months ... Please do the needful and take some action without water there is a lot of problem or let us know the reason as its not clear..

                    I have made the payment for new connection in December 2016. and till date i haven't received my meter and your employees for taking bribe are harassing me .i will go to consumer court if these harassment doesn't stop n will make you pay a hefty compensation.

                      The cauvery water which is getting supplied at our home and area is so Bad that it is somwhere misxed with drainage water and we all are falling sick.

                      This is happening from 3 weeks now and there is no resolution.

                      Request someone authority take this seriously and resolve this ASAP so that we can live in peace with good health.

                          I received the june bill no s[protected] with a consumption of 34000 lts i see that it is mentioned charged rs 130 for less consumption 4000 lts pm from april 17 to june 17 there is no breakup showing this in the billing the previous meter reading says gate locked though we have one of the other gates opened always the previous bill was mentioned as 30000 consumption lts and we had been given a bill of rs 541 it is surprising to note that when there is water scarcity in the city and the customers are consuming less water they are being penalized for this i would request you to look into our water billing details generated on 12th of this month and rectify and revert this amount rs 130 in the next billing cycle as i have already paid the full amount

                            I am a resident of krishnanagar devasandra kr puram.
                            The main sewage line & drainage pipe near my house gets blocked permanently. So many complaints have been made by me to the bbmp as well as bwssb also through online complaints have been registered in the complaint register, i feel really sad to say that no necessary action has been taken by responsible authorities.
                            It is very shameful for the bwssb dept.
                            So, i would kindly request the responsible authorities to take necessary actions as early as possible. I shall be really grateful to u.

                              Ura area. We are small independent houses in the locality but water is avail=
                              Able at all times but is never released properly at the speculated time. The=
                              Re is a bwssb water person who works in bwssb named raju has been releasing=
                              Water to big apartments first and later he releases very less water to sma=
                              Ll houses near the locality of ejipura. This has become a regular habit for =

                                I am a student from nift bangalore. For the educational purpose, i live near my college in 31st main, 16th cross, hsr layout sector 1, bangalore, 560102. I am facing a major problem that is very often casually overlooked. We have a shortage of water supply in the entire locality due to a long-unresolved issue of kaveri water supply. Sir, for human survival water, is a basic need to be provided to all. But the people dwelling in this area are deprived of it and provided in a minimum amount. It has been 2 months we are suffering at a stretch and many more days before that every year. When the town feels the scorching heat of the sun in the months of april, may june our taps run dry. The is no water to soothe the burning. We receive water after every 3 to 5 days sometimes at a weeks stretch. We are asked to store and use, to cooperate. I promise we did as much as we all could. I did for sure. The people of bangalore seems very patient and polite and all o[censored]s cooperated so well. The officers promised me that all these will be over by 15th may 17. But today is 25th of june 17. And sir even today when the town receives overwhelming rain the water comes after 3 days even now. It's getting very inconvenient for us to bear this because there is no reason we could find that we have to.
                                I as a citizen am pleading you to take a due look at it. This is a very basic necessity a man would plead for.
                                I will be grateful to you if you take due notice and grant my request for the cause.

                                Today they were supposed to supply us water at 9 to 10 am. I called one of the officers today morning at 7 am and he confirmed it also but then we came to know that the pump is damaged again and because it's Eid and a holiday so they are not going to supply us water instead they are providing us tankers with 1000 l of water only for each building holding 4 to 5 families and the officer is also not answering to my phone from then on.

                                Sir, my complaint is not for the water supply for today and any other day in that matter it's about the insufficiently dedicated employees and machinery. Just because it's Eid and a government holiday today so they aren't providing us water the most basic necessity. I am voicing my concern in a hope that there are still someone in this "cool and let it be " world who cares.

                                    There had been digging work going on for the last two months in kudremukh colony, koramangala 2nd block, bangalore 560034 to replace sewage drains. The work is almost done but the roads have not been repaired, the mountains of muds have not been cleared. Mostly senior citizens live in this colony and there is badly impacted due to no proper road conditions. This needs to be addressed at the earliest to ensure there are no accidents due to damaged roads

We made a complaint in bwssb office of kengeri, but of no use. They came and clean the line and taken charges for that. But after two days again it blocked. Again we made complaint, but nobody came to clean the line. Because of rain all water came into our home. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful.
