Hi, I am Hanumegowda, resident of kaggadasapura, 25th cross. There is sanitary pipe line damaged/ broken at the entrance of 25th cross. Also there is no cap/closer for manhole in kaggadasapura main road near 29th cross and it's filled with sand bags. Due to this there is frequent sanitary blockage. Please clear the blockage, provide proper closet to manhole and also rectify the damaged sanitary pipe line at 25th cross entrance at the earliest....

Complaint ref no161067 on 17 oct, 2016, attended and cleared on 21 oct, again leakage noticed on 3o oct, complaint on the same ref no. Attended on 5 november, 2016.. On 06 november, noticed the leakage, we understand that there is a pipe broken on davis road near the signal on the southern side your people who attended the blockage clearance on the same point.

We rarely see the supply of cauvery water, on the top of that there is no CMC water Supply since 2nd Nov 2016.

Complained to water supply incharge (Manju), but no use, collects money from the residents telling that motor is under repair, but no action taken place till date....

Regarding Rain Water Harvesting, RWH, though we have installed RWH they levied 11820 fine, we have given letter and AE & AEE EAST-2 have signed to adjust the bills from next month, but still it is not adjusted, this month again 11870 bill they have given.. Please check and resolve this. Billing Date 3/11/2016

There is regular burning of dried leaves inside the BWSSB water tan near Vijayanagar bus stand-MC Layout). This causes smoke pollution in the houses, shops, Syndicate bank and City Central library nearby causing breathing problems.The fire also destroys the beautiful trees in the compound.Burning leaves and garbage is prohibited as per pollution control laws.This practice should be stopped....

This is bring to your notice we are stayed in annapoorneshwarinagar in-front of my hospital i got sanitary drain problem i called bwssb and they came and cleared the problem after that they asking money for cleaning, you know how much they are asking rs.2000/- and demanding more and he shouted in our hospital. Why govt not paid any salary for them and bwssb every month they charge sanitary charge like in water bill!...

I have been living in Horamavu (Banjara Layout) for nearly 10 years. Over the years I have been requesting a water connection to my house but I have been informed that there is no water line. I am a owner of a shop in sultanpet main road in Bangalore, my shop is of wedding cards ad customers comes to buy during the festival time so Diwali festival month is a great month to do business but few days ago the drains are being cleaned and the for that the footpaths are being opened ad the waste is dumped on the road in front of our shops because of that the road is totally covered with toxic waste and al the footpaths are kept open...

This is a recurring issue. Sewage flows back from Davis road into basement of Regency splendour on Hall road corner. Needs immediate attention as its a health issue.
Matter has been agitated with the authority earlier but not permanently solved. Requires opening of sewage duct at Davis road junction. Bwssb needs to coordinate with traffic police and Bbmp and rectify in quick. Half measures won't work....

We are located at Srinivasa Apartments, 6th B Cross, Kaggadasapura. We have been charged S.C. for borewell in the bill dated 6/10/2016 when we do not use the borewell at all. Problem of sewage water overflow inside the apartment complex due to problem in the underground sewage pipeline blockage on the road at S.T.Bed 1st Main Shinivagulu.
This blockage in the underground pipeline is resulting in the sewage water overflow at the exit ducts of the apartment. Need the immediate attention of BWSSB to rectify this problem. Delay in rectification would result in UN hygienic living conditions for the apartment...

Even after many requests, complaints and pleading, the sewage water leaking from the blocked drain in front of my store is not resolved, my store address is 81, Ibrahim Saheb street, Shivajinagar, Bangalore, Once again using this website, we hope there will be some response, Request you once again to take the necessary steps to resolve this in interest of public safety and health, thanks....

Hi, I am residing in KCA layout . The line man is not leaving water to this area from past 2 weeks not sure what is the reason. there is lot of shortage in water and one we have got the water thought private tankers even after calling the line man there is not proper response give some or the other reason and disconnects the call. Pleas take the action ASAP which will help the entire street. It will really be helpful if you fix this issue...

We had arranged for electronic autopay billing for our water bills. The process has been working for BWSSB to automatically debit our bank account at SBI for water charges. But after June 2016 auto billing, we do not see any further debit charges. Received paper bill today that has billed us arrears of Rs. 1033 and also levied Interest on Arrears charge for Rs. 41! We have not received water from last 8 days this we are facing frequently and not only for us the entire Sambappa lane, Sowmya layout there almost more then 70 houses here.

After the work, road is left with stones laid happizardly and a big pot hole is left as is.
