I am a owner of a shop in sultanpet main road in Bangalore, my shop is of wedding cards ad customers comes to buy during the festival time so Diwali festival month is a great month to do business but few days ago the drains are being cleaned and the for that the footpaths are being opened ad the waste is dumped on the road in front of our shops because of that the road is totally covered with toxic waste and al the footpaths are kept open due to which the customer r not able to enter the road so the business is effected badly and we are not able to do business at al upon that Diwali is a holy festival for us and buy looking at the condition now I don't think Diwali wil be safe to do pooja or Even celebrate ... Please do something as the whole market is effected it is also causing bad health hazards due to mosquito ad dengue and other diseases may harm us due to open waste kept on road ad open drains
So I kindly request to do something quick and make our Diwali happy one

This is a recurring issue. Sewage flows back from Davis road into basement of Regency splendour on Hall road corner. Needs immediate attention as its a health issue.
Matter has been agitated with the authority earlier but not permanently solved. Requires opening of sewage duct at Davis road junction. Bwssb needs to coordinate with traffic police and Bbmp and rectify in quick. Half measures won't work.

I am residing at Bellur Nagasandra (B. Nagasandra), Old Airport road, Bangalore-560037.

I would like to bring into your notice that our area water man is not providing water for us and he is bribing with everyone at our place if you pay him money then he will provide the water else he won’t do so.

Since, from 4 days he has not provided water basically he is an Auto driver he will be busy with is other works like gaining money by driving auto but still he has appointed has water man for our area.

If he is busy with his other business then he will not be able to handle the water management work so please replace him or request you to appoint the new candidate he is just making money from the Job has water man and nothing more he is doing out.

I would request you to kindly do an appropriate investigation regarding his activities and please help us to get sufficient water.

Please accept this has my humble request.

We are located at Srinivasa Apartments, 6th B Cross, Kaggadasapura. We have been charged S.C. for borewell in the bill dated 6/10/2016 when we do not use the borewell at all. So request your good selves to look into the matter and reverse the charges in the next bill. Thanks. For your info the details of the bill is given below:

Problem of sewage water overflow inside the apartment complex due to problem in the underground sewage pipeline blockage on the road at S.T.Bed 1st Main Shinivagulu.
This blockage in the underground pipeline is resulting in the sewage water overflow at the exit ducts of the apartment. Need the immediate attention of BWSSB to rectify this problem. Delay in rectification would result in UN hygienic living conditions for the apartment complex residents. Appreciate immediate action. Thanks

Hi, I am residing in KCA layout . The line man is not leaving water to this area from past 2 weeks not sure what is the reason. there is lot of shortage in water and one we have got the water thought private tankers even after calling the line man there is not proper response give some or the other reason and disconnects the call. Pleas take the action ASAP which will help the entire street. It will really be helpful if you fix this issue soon..or update if any issues

I dr. Praveen. K, residing at no. 499, krishna nivas, 1st d cross, 3rd main road, bangalore. For the past 3 weeks we are facing a scarcity of water. The lineman named venkataramana leaves the water with a low pressure... So we hardly get water for 30 mins... Few residents have lowered the pipeline to get atleast little water in low pressure. Yesterday we were supposed to get water atleast for 3hrs, but we got on 40 mins water with very low pressure. Kindly look into and do the needfull

We had arranged for electronic autopay billing for our water bills. The process has been working for BWSSB to automatically debit our bank account at SBI for water charges. But after June 2016 auto billing, we do not see any further debit charges. Received paper bill today that has billed us arrears of Rs. 1033 and also levied Interest on Arrears charge for Rs. 41! We have not stopped autopay from our end. Could you please arrange to resume autopay billing to established account and also refund Interest charges?

Hi sir/ madam

I am a resident of abhaireddy layout, 8th cross, kaggadaspura.
One of the man hole in the road is overflowing since a month. Due this sewage water is logged on the road. The situation is becoming pathetic day by day.
I have made complaints many times to the concerned office & officers of this area. But no actions have been taken yet. We are unable to use our balcony & it's causing a threat to the kids of the area.

Please do take some necessary measures asap. I hope atleast this complaint will be taken into consideration.

I'm resident of Door No 1, Sambappa lane, old airport road, konenaagrahra, Bangalore -560017. Ward no 113

We have not received water from last 8 days this we are facing frequently and not only for us the entire Sambappa lane, Sowmya layout there almost more then 70 houses here.

Apartment are not facing the problem and they get water every 2days once I think the line man and engineer...

I am a resident of btm layout II stage, Bilekahalli. I stay in a corner house. There was a repair work done 4months before for adding a new valve and road was digged. After the work, road is left with stones laid happizardly and a big pot hole is left as is. This is causing lot of inconvenience and people are throwing garbage in the whole which is affecting the entire locality. Please look info this asap

Our House was vacant and no one was staying for more than 1 year and no water consumption was done.
Also, we were paying the monthly Bills regularly. On 8th Sept 2016, we got a Bill for Rs 13, 176/- as arrears.
Its really surprising how we got this large amount and we strongly suspect the Water Meter.
Enclosed please find the Bills for Aug and Sept for ready references.
Would request you to investigate and correct the Bills. Also, we would request you to Calibrate the meter or replace it.

Bill no. S[protected] has been paid through CHEQUE no. 898859 Citibank dated 16.07.2016. ₹2110. This CHEQUE has been realised.
Subsequent bills are showing this as an arrear along with unnecessary penalties. Request you to update your account and ensure correct billing from next month-October. This is causing inconvenience to us.
Request you to confirm at the earliest.

I have sent an email to the following on June 29th :

This excessive amount (about Rs 6500 per month) was generated due to a valve issue & the house owner has now installed a new valve.
After this, the bill amount is normal. So definitely we have not overused or wasted water by any chance during...

Hi, I' writing from Ganesha Block, RT Nagar regarding water not coming. I had raised compliant couple of times regarding this on BWSSB portal (ticket # 50116 dated 01Jun2016 and ticket # 74138 dated 11 Jul2016) and all my tickets were closed without any action. After my neighbors dug for their water connection, water stopped coming in my house and I had raised compliant in their portal and someone called me saying they would be visiting my premise. But I was surprised to see that my ticket was closed and again I raised the ticket and I see again the ticket is closed. I have been getting water bill every month even if after water has stopped. My borewell motor had gone bad and I had to put tanker water and also pay BWSSB water bill for cauvery and borewell, but no one attended my compliant. Finally, I spend 33, 000 to fix by borewell motor to manage water issue for the timing. Request you to please restore my cauvery connection.

Kindly note that I, Mrs Shyamala Kamath resident of 197, 9th cross HMT Layout R T Nagar, had registered a complaint online with BWWSSB (RR N -- 305097, complaint no 12080) about NO WATER SUPPLY AT ALL AFTER A LEAKAGE ON THE ROAD OPPOSITE TO OUR RESIDENCE WAS PLUGGED by concerned authorities of BWSSB. Prior to that there was no problem after the new pipe line for residences was layed.
Kindly note the situation remains the same, since a week even after complaining. There is no problem for other residences and are receiving normal supply.

Dear sir. I am a resident of bhuvaneshwarinagar.3rd cross, kengeri hobli. Nagadevanahalli.Bangalore .560056. Land mark kenchanapura cross hp petrol pump. Majority of the people in our road and nearby roads people are having illegal water connection. Request you to take necessary action immediately since we are paying and they are enjoying. And even the government is loosing their revenue. Requesting to immediately take action against them.

Dear sir,

Bhimal service center, 16th d main, hal 2nd stage, kodihalli, opposite benaka towers is causing nuisance to the entire neighbourhood. We are unable to live in the stench and the sewage & human feces flooding on the road cuasing inconvenience to the passerby and people living in the residential area.

When complained to bhimal service center, they are reluctant to listen as they are blaming it is the job of bwssb. Kindly come for inspection and take this matter with utmost seriousness.

Sir, while paying bill of bwssb on 21.08.2016 for bill no.E-[protected]of rs 8110.00, rs 8203.27 deducted vide txn id.[protected].
Same way on 30.07.2016 bill no.E[protected] for rs 8150.00, rs 8240.00 was deducted vide txn id.[protected].Thus on 30.07.16 rs 90 more was deducted and on 21.08.16 rs 93.27 was deducted more. But bill generated was for rs 8110&rs 8150 respectively.
Request refund of extra money deducted.
