I would like you bring to your notice that there has been no adequate water supply in the locality since 2 months. The water is supplied between 11am-2pm on alternate days with very low water pressure. Some days, there will be no water supply at all. In my area cauvery water is not coming regularly. Weekly once only for 4 hours it is coming that to without force. So the water ever we are getting is not all sufficient for our daily needs. We are calling private water tankers every week. So please consider our request and help is to get cauvery water at least twice in a week....

I stay in popular colony, mangammanapalya, bommanahalli, bangalore -560068.
Water is only supplied only once a week. Please provide atleast twice a week, else it is very difficult to manage regular water usage.

Kindly look into this matter as hundreds of family in my locality is facing difficulty on a daily basis.

I am a resident of kr puram devasandra ayyappa nagara 2a cross. One could see the street entrance from the main road always filled with garbage. This is a big inconvenience to the residents here. We don't want to litter public places. But the residents don't have another option but dump the garbage in the street corner because there is no garbage bin or a collection system in this area. I am not getting water because there are many houses directly connected to main pipe & pulling water by motors in 10th cross, 3rd main, lb shastry nagar, but line men & engineer is least bother about this, since they getting money from those houses & this will loss to bwssb revenue.

3-4 times already raid is happened, but no action taken by bwssb. Please disconnect connection for those who does...

Kaveri water supply is there only once a week since december 2019 in sir m. V. Nagar with less force.

Inspite of multiple complaints this issue has been unresolved.in bwssb site the complaint gets closed in 1-2 days without solving this. No one knows what is the issue
Please change the lineman since looks like he is not opening the valve on regular basis or find out what exactly is the problem and get it resolved at...

Bill for the month of october dated 02/11/2019 charged as non domestic without giving an opportunity. I fled objection on 16/11/2019 with the 2nd bwssb (North east), kumarapark west, banaglore under acknowledgement no. 1810. Despite of my several visits and requests nothing is done in this regard. I have paid the water bill on 31st of december and it looks like your records have not been updated as the bill for january includes the amount from december. The reference id is reference id: phnn1912311140388667336107.

I’m feeling disgusted to be without water and going to my friends house to take shower. I’m the only person earning in my house and it very difficult for pay more for water tankers!...

I am a resident of arekere bts layout.
Opposite to prv residency, there is a severe leakage of drain water and it is unattended for almost 1 year even after more than 20 compliants.

The water and its related taxes collection centre on 1 st avenue, ashok nagar, chennai-83, for area 10, division 132, has been targeted for its poor service in not making hassle - free tax payments. The centre is manned by only one person. The present incumbent is a young girl without proper knowledge or experience, who always misguides the tax payers, thereby incurring monetary loss to them by way of penalty. This is to bring to your kind notice the below water problem in my area 6th main, 2nd cross, popular colony, venkojirao khane, mangammanapalya, bangalore - 560068
From last 1 month we have a problem in our area in 2-3 houses that the kaveri water which is coming smells like gutter and sewer water and also the colour is very dirty. Even after we let the water flow thinking that the later water will be good...

The drain is blocked for a week now and no action is taken and the water is flowing back into the house chambers and there is a stinky smell all over so please clean it and do the need full the drain is blocked even in the road and it is creating lots of problem and so please come down and clean the drain as it is making it difficult to stay in the house....

I have an independent house in 111, 10 th cross, first stage, indiranagar. Last one year, i have been charged rs 200 for borewell whereas as per bwssb the charge for domestic should be rs 100 only /- please check and review and refund me the excess charged.

Rr-no: n-453552, there is always done issue with the meter, our highest consumption do far has been around 43000 lts, the recent bill we received was showing consumption of 73000 lts. We notice that more of aur comes through the pipe moving the needle of the meter recording more consumption. Request
Meter has to be checked and the bill to be reduced....

I understand that due to poor ground water conditions, drilling of borewell in bangalore has been banned.

But in 15 th main, btm second stage (Mahadeeshwara nagar) several plots have been converted into pgs and borewells have been drilled in all such plots. I really donot know whether any permission was given and if so, how could that be considering the depleting ground water level here.

The water bill for occupants of 7 members with sump tank of approx 2500 litres is coming more than ra 1000.00 and this month rs 1700.00 which is unimaginable and shocking. The people who are using are highly cautious on water management and need bwssb to sort it out immediately as i am not convinced to pay rs 1700.00

Hi sir am an advocate.. Expecting tht ther will b action taken and will do the need full posting our grievance... I'm the resident of basavalingappa nagara chikbettahalli whic comes under ward 3 yelahanka.. We r facing life threat n water problems even though we r paying right full tax yearly n monthly water chargers.. We get borewell water to this area.. Ther is no other water supply to us.. No bbmp
