Earlier this week, water tanker association called for strike and after series of discussion it was withdrawn. But still there is no water supply.

Looks like no power is being supplied to the bore wells in the nearby villages, hence water tankers doesn't get enough water.

Only if power is given to bore wells, we will get water for more than 200 apartments. The vigilance officers have abruptly taken the power off the water points and demand penalty in lahks. If vigilance officers can postpone this entire exercise by 4 months, then atleast summer can be contained.

Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

The drain point located at 8th main road, between 6th and 7th cross in front of embassy orchid apartments owners association main gate. There is no proper drain point and its completely blocked. The same has been requested with mr shekh, the bwssb engineer of sadhasivanagar. Several times spoke to him and sent whatsapp message, but nothing has been done. Request your intervene and get it done the proper drain at the 8th main road, so that the drain flow to be proper.

This is regarding the WATER SUPPLY IN MY AREA, Water being the very basic necessity of our lives, we here finding it very difficult in receiving the water for even 2 days a week. I am escalating because WE HAVE WATER HERE in the locality, BUT NO WATER SUPPLY only to our area.

I am complaining about this to the water supply authorities, from PAST 5 YEARS, still no solution.

This is regarding the insufficient water supply in our area,

Kindly find my details below,

We don’t get sufficient water supply to our home, we are been getting insufficient water from last couple of years, i have raised multiple complaints, could get only find few as listed below,

1) 31st july bwssbprotected
2) 14th aug 218 - bwssbprotected
3) 28 aug 2018 - bwssbprotected
4) 04 march 2019 – 722001

But never received any resolution for the complaints raised,

I have contacted mr. Karthick to the number protected, and protected and even to the chiarmanprotected, as per the numbers provided by the help lines, but no responses,

And for the last complaint 722001, i spoke to chenakeshawa to the number protected on 3rd march 2018, i spoke to him more than 3 times, still no resolution, chenakeshawa told he will send someone to check, and asked my address, which i sent in the whatsapp, still no response. Kindly look into this issue as we are facing this insufficient water supply from past 3years,

The water supply in our area is only on Tuesdays and on Saturdays, where on Saturdays, the water is usually supplied at 03:00am, where we find it very difficult to fetch for drinking,

Request the responsible higher authority to investigate and resolve the issue asap.

After the above complaint been raised, for only 1 week there was water supply, after that same issue, NO PROPER WATER SUPPLY, I kept raising again and again the complaint, still no proper response.

Now at present, we get water only on Tuesdays and Saturdays, last Tuesday 10th NO WATER WAS SUPPLIED, and on 14th the Saturday NO WATER WAS SUPPLIED.

I have raised 2 complaints, ( BWSSB[protected] and BWSSB[protected], and have called water supply in charge, CHLLAPATHY @ [protected], and Chennabaeshwa @[protected], still no water supply, i am really tired calling these people asking for the water, whereas ALL OTHER AREAS ARE GETTING THE WATER SUPPLY BUT OUR AREA IS THE ONLY PLACE WHERE there is NO WATER SUPPLY.

whenever Complaint is been raised for NO WATER SUPPLY, no ACTION is been taken, No PROPER response been given.

Request you to kindly look into it and please take necessary actions required.

Sir, rwh fee is being charged in our water bill every month. Though this building is very old building constructed in year[protected].

I have purchased this building on resale in year 2012. Since this is a very old building it should not come under the purview of rwh...

An additional amount of Rs 100 is added in the Jan & Feb 2020 bills mentioning as SC for borewell.

We are not using the borewell water and for a family of 2 people we are consuming BWSSB metered water of approximately 8000 to 10000 liters per month.

This additional amount is being charged for the water that I am not using

This is not acceptable. Kindly get these bills corrected and ensure that it is not reflecting in future bills

I am from muneswara layout, haralukunte, kudlu, bangalore 560068.

We are not getting water supply regularly and on checking the water supply timing in bwssb site there is no mention of this area itself which is close to hsr layout

I have given several complaints and whenever a complaint is given water will be released. During feb 2020 itself it takes 8 to 10 days to release the water
The last water supply was on 22/02/2020 and now is the 10 th day so far no water received

Request the authorities to take immediate action to relase water at lease 4-5 days gap

No kaveri connection at abhivruddhi garden layout kithagnur 560036.

Total 500 houses exists inside the layout and proximity and everyone are suferring from water scarcity and borewell are non functional and too much of water troubles, kindly do the needful as early as possible.

Sewage water is directly to let into the storm water drain, This is creating a lot of smell .This is near to Puttenhalli Circle, J P Nagar .Please take necessary action against the culprits.This we observed on 25-Feb-20.We check multiple house owners and we were unable to locate the exact location from where this is let out.

No proper water supply, line man always gives excuses, says bore well motor not working,
Now he is on leave for many days.

No alternate arrangements done by the line man to ensure there is proper water supply.

We pay kaveri bill, bore well bill n extra money for d line man every month. Also we get lump sum charges in bill once year as we get bore water

Inspite of this, hav to get water from outside through tankers
Kindly rectify this.

Hello team, i am resident in munnekola 1st main 6th a cross. The line man who is supposed to open water, doesnt do on time and this is the time the water tankers are doubling the price for tankers. There is an under the table agreement with this line man and tanker owners. How do we survive with the middle class salary. No organisation gives us extra money during summer. Despite bribing the line man where he asks with right the money for opening the valve for a day in a week which is just for 2 hours. Still we are abiding his ask and giving him what is needed. Since summer has started, there is absolutely no water supply from kaveri side. If we have to reach out to local corporator, the tank owners are his/her relative one or other way. We are helpless and living in fear. If this is how our state going to support us, not sure what is to said as i am a born this is state. With no other option, i am reaching out to you for some solution.

From past 1 month, cauvery water is mixed with drianage water, can you please check this. My address is no.1229, 17th main 1st stage 1st phase btm layout, bangalore-29. Dear Sir / Madam,

In Sri Veerbhadra Nagar (Basava Nagar) area sewage water is mixed with drinking BWSSB drinking water supply line. Dirty water with foul smell was coming from January last week to February first week. Water connections lines to many houses were blocked due to dirty muddy silt. Water Meter filters got blocked/ choked with this dirt. Many residents have spent good amount of money to plumbers in getting cleaning of these blocked water lines and chocked water meter filter. Almost all the residents of the area have cleaned their sumps and overhead tanks to get rid of dirty water. A good amount of money and efforts were wasted.

Thereafter, residents have closed the gate valve of water line to stop this dirty water supply to their sumps. Many residents have made complaint to BWSSB and have called the BWSSB man to see the condition of water. He has seen the dirty water supply coming from the BWSSB water line to resident’s sump. He checked some manholes of some drainages. Thereafter from February second week instead of repairing the water line, he has stopped the water supply to this area. All residents are now getting the water from private water tanker suppliers.

The problem should please be addressed on priority.

Dear bwssb, we are not find proper water supply from past 1 month, we contacted the local water person he also not responding properly but we waited for 3 week but no water again. Again we asked another water person he told that due to road work in rajendranagara water supply is irregular, whats this is it not our mistake? We don't have any other source of water, we are working in private company's we don't have much time to fill water from some other source we purely depends on bwssb, kindly see the problem and find out exact resolution. Kindly provide alternate solution as soon as possible.

I would like you bring to your notice that there has been no adequate water supply in the locality since 2 months. The water is supplied between 11am-2pm on alternate days with very low water pressure. Some days, there will be no water supply at all. The limited amount of water supplied is not in use even for half a day. There has been constant complaints for the same but there has been resolution for this. We are in utter need for the solution. I kindly request you to change the water supply to night supply and increase the release duration. Hoping for a quick response on this.

Note: water is a basic need that should be provided.

In my area cauvery water is not coming regularly. Weekly once only for 4 hours it is coming that to without force. So the water ever we are getting is not all sufficient for our daily needs. We are calling private water tankers every week. So please consider our request and help is to get cauvery water at least twice in a week.

I stay in popular colony, mangammanapalya, bommanahalli, bangalore -560068.
Water is only supplied only once a week. Please provide atleast twice a week, else it is very difficult to manage regular water usage.

Kindly look into this matter as hundreds of family in my locality is facing difficulty on a daily basis.

Any action for a quick resolution would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I am residing at mahalakshmi layout bangalore at #407 14th c cross wcr 2nd stage 2nd phase mahalakshmi layout bangalore 560086 the neighbour from the road behind has his chamber near to our wall and there is excessive leakage and it could also enter our house kitchen please request you to kindly pay attention to this as this is inconvenient we have informed the building owner but has not really considered performing a repair giving reasons as there is no person to take care of the repair and undertaking. If required this has to penalised to the neighbour.

I am a resident of kr puram devasandra ayyappa nagara 2a cross. One could see the street entrance from the main road always filled with garbage. This is a big inconvenience to the residents here. We don't want to litter public places. But the residents don't have another option but dump the garbage in the street corner because there is no garbage bin or a collection system in this area. There is a garbage van that stands in the place but never seen the collection or cleaning happening from the street corner and garbage van is always full of load not having space to clear the garbage from this street. Apart from this we see lot of cows feeding on the plastic covers and others toxic garbage which is very worrying. As residents we expect to see much healthy environment atleast the basic clean clutter free streets around places we live. Humble request to look into the issue as soon as possible. I hope if there is a proper sewage collection system these people won't be interested to litter the streets. Looking forward to have cleaner streets. Thank you.

Hi bwssb team,

I am not getting water because there are many houses directly connected to main pipe & pulling water by motors in 10th cross, 3rd main, lb shastry nagar, but line men & engineer is least bother about this, since they getting money from those houses & this will loss to bwssb revenue.

3-4 times already raid is happened, but no action taken by bwssb. Please disconnect connection for those who does not follow discipline in getting water.
