I am a customer of bangiya grameen vikash bank, shason branch. I dropped a check on the date of 13/11/2020.. but still now today is 2/12/2020, the check has not been cleared. When I visit the bank today but the manager and staff are too misbehave to me.. I really glad that if the bank was sold to any private limited....

I am a consumer of your bank in chatta branch. The employee of Chatta branch I think his name is souvik .
He gives deposit slips and update print. He is very misbehaving person.
He found every time how to refuse
Bank costumer by any objection.
And he is very slow person. And his main problem is ' Deliberately delayed '
And Bank costumer suffering a long time in line.

I have purchase goods online.I have returned those and for refund I have given the details of Bank Account of BGVB but the e-bususiness site tells that they couldn't find my account.Moreover whenever I am updating my bank details with my business site it is also showing that give valid details.Again I also can't use Google pay with this account....

Last 27 July 2020, my 10000 rupees was deducted for failed transaction, which was not credited to my savings account till 18 August 2020. I was already submit a complain letter with necessary documents to Aiho BGVB branch at 28 July 2020.
Plz refund my amount as soon as possible....

We are neither get any account update nor any check facility to withdraw money from bank for an emergency basis for a long time and manager and bank colleague are not agree to provide such things after informing regarding such issue they are said that we are unable to to provide information due to their internal system issue....

This bank does not give pradhan mantri mudra yojona loan.....
