I am a customer of bangiya grameen vikash bank, shason branch. I dropped a check on the date of 13/11/2020.. but still now today is 2/12/2020, the check has not been cleared. When I visit the bank today but the manager and staff are too misbehave to me.. I really glad that if the bank was sold to any private limited.

my account but it had been not credited to BC compromise account.
Sir, till now the amount is not credited to my account or BC compromise
account. Please solve the case kindly Sir.Please find the attachment

আমি ও আমার মা গতকাল কেসিসি লো ন নেওয়ার জন্য ব্রাঞ্চ ম্যানেজার এর কাছ এ যাই এবং আমি 20000 টাকা নেবো বলি। উনি বলেন 10000 এর বেশি একসঙ্গে দেবেন না অথচ আমার লিমিট 20000 আ ছে তাতেই অমি রাজি হয়ে যায় কারন চাশ এর বিশেষ প্রয়োজন । তখন উনি বলেন সাদা কাগজ এ দরখাস্ত লিখতে বলেন ।কিন্তু উনি ইচ্ছা কৃত ভাবে হয়রানি করার দরখাস্ত করতে বলেন।কারন পূর্বের লোন গুলি সঠিক সময়ের মধ্যে পরীশধ করেছি এবং এছাড়া আমার বয়স্ক মাকে ও আমাকে সম্মান হানি কর ব্যবহার করেন

গত 5 দিন 5 বার ব্যাংকে গেলাম। পাঁচবার ই লিংক নেই বলে ফেরত আসতে হল। এদিকে টাকা নেই বলে সংসার চলছেনা। লোকের কাছ থেকে ধার করতে হচ্ছে। কি ধরনের নেটওয়ার্ক ইউজ করেন আপনারা? পাশাপাশি অন্যান্য ব্যাংকের সার্ভিস খুব ভালো। নেটওয়ার্ক টা খেয়াল রাখুন অথবা ম্যানুয়াল কোন পদ্ধতি থাকলে অবলম্বন করুন। নতুবা অন্য ব্যাংকে একাউন্ট খুলতে বাধ্য হব।

This problem has occurred while withdrawing two thousand rupees with Aadhaar ATM AEPS. The money was deducted but the money did not come in the wallet of AEPS. But the money has been deducted. Please fix the problem quickly.

Bgvb is undoubtedly bengal people's lifeline. Majority of bengal people use this bank due to unavailability of other net-banking enabled banks in rural and semi rural areas.
So long queues and uncooperative personnels are biggest problem in this bank. Shg ladies and other beneficiar ies often throng creating chaos oftentimes.
In times of corona this bank seems the major medium of spreading corona virus. But still having been aware of this crucial fact, the department as well as the state govt. Is mute and is taking no action for net banking. 90% customers of this bank have not been given atm for mysterious reason.
This bank seems really a shame for bengal as its name connects to whole bengal.
Even to know our balance we have to stand in long queues!!!😢😢😢
I earnestly request the gm to upgrade the bank immediately to prevent it become corona hub.
