I have got a refund from flipkart of rs 26890 on 19/06/2018 i was told by the bank to wait and today is 9/07/2018 i have not got my payment back my reference number provided by flipkart is 74056638171816927817269 my account number is [protected] they are showing no interest over my complaint. they also dont know what the charge back form is.

A refund has been made by amazon on 6 june 2018 regarding a product which i've ordered through the amazon. But the refund has not been received yet. Bank is saying no amount has been received by them. I've talked to them again and again but no response is coming. So i need to file a "charge dispute" on them, to get the full details. I need bank to resolve this issue as soon as possible or i'm refer no 75503728170020793487572
