Today at 1 pm when I visited your Rohini Sector 8 branch, the lady staff on the counter informed me that they have not received account no 956 from Janakpuri branch. When I requested your staff to enquire from Janakpuri branch your staff told "you ask your self " I talked to your Janakpuri branch from my mobile., they informed that they have already transferred my above a/c on 18 April 2017. but your Rohini branch doesn't have any details of my account. However, your Janakpuri staff was ready to send mail in this regard to Rohini sector 8 branches. But your staff of sector 8 branch instructed me to follow up with Janakpuri branch and ask me to come only after Thursday, Being a senior citizen I feel very much humiliation to get details of my 22 years old account, plz. arrange to provide new passbook of my above account as early as possible. I am ready to complete kyc norms. I noticed that there is no priority for senior citizens in customer service in your Rohini Sector 8 branch

    I tried to contact with customer care service but no response what is the cause of poor service in comparison of other Bank I have posted kyc form PAN card and adhar card.       I am visits last 5 day to BOI branch (veraval-362265) regarding the debit card no any one help me. He told we don't have any information you can contact to BOai toll free No. We don't no why your card is not working. And he also don't no how to talk with customer. I really surprised this is BOI service.
      I have been receiving messages of debit & credit on my mob no. [protected] from BOI star sandesh for a/c no xxxx1323. I don't have any such account.

        This is espy fernandes and was doing a online recharge from vodafone, but my atm transaction got declined and rs.50 got deducted from my account xx56685 for pos-vodafone on[protected]. The amount is still not refunded back to my account.

        Please see into this matter and resolve my issue. Hope you will do the same. Thanking you in advance.

Manager misused for pay order fo amount 971970 favouring bharath petorleum corporation ltd by allowing tod this case all details paper i have so this problem clear to help for me please sir i have two son please help me

              If there is something wrong then check and if by mistake you have linked our number with someone's account so please remove this.

              So please check it
              And make sure that our account is closed
              That account on name of chandravadan k. Shukla and we don't have any other account so please make sure that our account is closed

                Cash transaction by bhim app of rs.2000. Not credit to benifiecry and debited from my a/c vide transaction ID[protected] dt.6 may. My a/c in boi bagalkot. Boi customer care not responding at all. and i am following the same on upi.[protected]@npci.org.in but no rply .
                both BHIM App (UPI Developers) and Bank of india not responding either on mail or Calls. Please refund that amount...

                I'm getting messages from BOI Star Sandesh containing "your aadhar number **********16 is mapped with your account number **0514."
                "As Requested, your mobile number in bank record is changed to *******862, if you have not requested for change please contact Branch."
                Kindly solve this problem. Find out whats happening, avoid fraud to happen.

                    Both bhim app (Upi developers) and bank of india not responding either on mail or calls.

                      I m shruti pawar i had applied for passport the amount of rs.1512.75 deducted from my account but not received at passport seva kendra. Many times i tried to contact you but not a single helpline is working. It has been completed more than one month. It is very urgent for me to get passport. When will i get my refund amount?                         On 15/04/2017we linked our students bank account which hold in bank of india with their Aadhar card and it linked with their account but their Aadhar still 01/05/2017 not linked with npci. If their Adyar card not linked with their aacount in 7 days then they lost their scholarship.. So pls sir look at this matter.

                            Respected sir I am an current account holder in bank of India from last tow three months the bank is not accepting the coins of 10 rs and because of which I am suffering a lot. I here and then requested the manager and all the people of bank saying that RBI says that there coins of 10 rs are valid. Bank is telling go to RBI. Please help me with it.

                            On 27th april 2017 bank of india ap colony gaya branch when my daughter aged 18 yrs for cash deposit staff in reciept counter scolded her and verbally abused and threatened her to slap and put the word "Are you blind and come here for timepass."This not only happened on that day but is a daily routine

                              Bank me pta kiya to bol rhe hai log ki aap ak teacher ho isliye minimum balance 5000 rhna chahiye.. But mai ak private teacher tha ab wo v nhi hu kyu ki mera age 75 above ho chuka hai... Or ye account lpg subsidy k liye hai.. Aj k date me mera income 0 rs hai 1 years se..

                                This is third time i have been used my debit card for fuel in activa
                                And the bank is taking charges for that i have allready complaint two times in ankleshwar branch for this branch manager say that its reverse after some days but its not yet reverse now they said that its chargeable even i am (Manager) also used my card
                                What should i do
                                Other bank are given discount and not taken charge its your bank only to take charge for that and its 12 rs how is that possible
                                Please reverse my all money and stop cutting charges on fuel

                                    My bank of India acvount got hacked because of the weak server and when I approached the Bank Of India Vishrantwadi branch for the same, the response I got from them were shcoking. They were very rude had no concern for my loss of money and were very unprofessional and insulted me in front of other people in the bank. Inspite of going to the bank repeatedly for taking a status update they told me to forget about the money and that nothing could happen. They say they wouldnt look into the matter. Please help me get my money back and some action takes place against the bank and the officials

                                      Hi,

                                      I have been receiving messages from boi star sandesh from quite long time. I don't have any account with boi but still receiving messages that my phone number and adhar card has been linked to the account. This is my written complaint and i will also file a complaint against your bank with police. Please check and remove my number from your database. These messages are so annoying and it could be possible fraud msgs... Please help..

I request your immediate attention in resolving the aforementioned long pending issue on high priority, as it is becoming bottleneck for our operations.
