I m from faridkot punjab here your branch your bank branch is too much good but your chief branch manager is very bad man he has no manner i want go tell you that if you will not transfer then we will change bank and close our accounts we are totally 100 + person who are not satisfy from him

I'm complaining about the service & staff of this bank of india branch ghattiya dist ujjain.. Here in this bank. There are no response to the costumer.. The process of every thing runs very slow...in this bank... The staff & the services provides very slow processs... The manager of the bank is always absent...& on the cash counter... Very slow transection process runs.. All the staff are very bad response to the costumer... Plzz take action...

I have an account in the tilak road, ghatkopar east, mumbai branch. Very often the passbook issuing machine is not functioning and it causes unnecessary trouble. There does not seem to be any supervision on the consumer grievances as nothing has been done about the matter instead of having complained orally several number of times. Kindly look into the matter and save us from the trouble....

I remember the view of the bank whenever I accompanied my parents visit to the bank in those days. The long queues, crowded and rude behavior of the staff... very often the employee at the counter was not on their seat despite the queue. I would say nothing has...

On 10th may i had purchased a mobile in Amazon using my Bank of the Internet Banking. i cancelled that order and the refund of Rs.12999 is successfully processed by amazon.But still i didnot get my refund amount .I Spoke to Amazon India about the issue and they send me a reply as follows

I am nikishikant mayekar having saving account in kotawade branch (Branch code 1476) ratnagiri, my account number is [protected] and my customer id is[protected].
My atm card is lost somewhere in end of november 2017 which i was not aware off and almost rs 99280 was withdrawn from it, dispite several applications to branch my mobile number was not updated in my account, even after lodging fir mumbai police...

Today at 1 pm when I visited your Rohini Sector 8 branch, the lady staff on the counter informed me that they have not received account no 956 from Janakpuri branch. When I requested your staff to enquire from Janakpuri branch your staff told "you ask your self " I talked to your Janakpuri branch from my mobile., they informed that they have already transferred my above a/c on 18 April 2017. but your Rohini branch doesn't have any details...

I tried to contact with customer care service but no response what is the cause of poor service in comparison of other Bank I have posted kyc form PAN card and adhar card. This is espy fernandes and was doing a online recharge from vodafone, but my atm transaction got declined and rs.50 got deducted from my account xx56685 for pos-vodafone on[protected]. The amount is still not refunded back to my account.

Please see into this matter and resolve my issue. Hope you will do the same. Thanking you in advance.

We have closed our account of BOI in 2007 but still some types of messages of deposit some RS or bank related message is coming on our mobile number
If there is something wrong then check and if by mistake you have linked our number with someone's account so please remove this.

Cash transaction by bhim app of rs.2000. Not credit to benifiecry and debited from my a/c vide transaction ID[protected] dt.6 may. My a/c in boi bagalkot. Boi customer care not responding at all. and i am following the same on upi.[protected]@npci.org.in but no rply .
both BHIM App (UPI Developers) and Bank of india not responding either...

I have made two payment of rs. 372 to parivahan.gov.in (Road tax). The amount got deducted from my bank accountand the receipt didn't got generated. I contacted parivahan.gov.in also they haven't received the amount.
So plese solved the problem and refund my balance.
