This is to inform you that I am having an ongoing Home Loan currently and I wanted to apply for the Pradhan Mantri Home Loan Subcidy policy, so for that I went to the Bank and they refused saying that they havent got any Form and information regarding it.
So to apply for this policy I want to know the procedure so that I can get the benefit of it.
Bank executives are not helping me out regarding this policy I have tried to contact them several times but they are not responding well with it.

Please help me and let me know the procedure How to apply for it also whom to contact with regrading this, I am in great need of it.

    I just made a payment through my debit card on 17 may of rs 636 and im about to get my refund from flipkart within 5 business days in my boi account number [protected]... I call flipkart regarding the same issue but they said that we already trasfer amount in yoir bank account so you just had to contact your bank... I visit one of the branch of boi palava city dombivli and wrote a letter along with mail printout of flipkart of refund... I want my money of 636 in my account as early as possible...       Our company is banking with your kamla nagar branch for last 6-7 years. We are enjoying credit facilities with your branch.

      Recently, a project loan of rs. 9.50 crores was sanctioned by your agra zonal office. There are certain disagreement with the sanctioned terms for which we sought for appointment from the zonal manager for personal discussions in the matter. However, despite our repeated requests, we could not get any communication from him.

      Sir, we would like to submit that we are having an exposure of about rs. 22 crores with your bank. Due to the non-cooperative attitude of kamla nagar branch and zonal manager, our accounts are bound to be converted into non performing assets.

      Sir, we request you to kindly intervene in the matter so that the same can be resolved amicably. We further request you to kindly give us an opportunity to discuss in person the difficulties faced by us in this regard.

        I am sandip kumar, my account no is [protected]. Before 2 day. I doing ticket from irctc site. But my ticket is not done but money had transfer from my account. But still my transaction my is refund. So, i want to say that place plz refund my transaction money. It's urgent. Sir my ifsc:bkid005880. Yesterday and today always i am contacting with toll free contact. But their always buggy with other customers and and other tall free number if contact but their nobody receiving my call.           Respected Sir,

          I am complaining about the service and staff of this Bank of India, branch Deesa, Dist. B.K. Here in this branch. There is no response to the customer.

          I have been sanctioned business loan from "District Industrial Centre, Palanpur" on[protected] and I have presented the sanctioned receipt to the Bank Manager that has attached with this mail But he always neglected my query and doesn't reply properly. His behaviour is very rough and irrespective.

          I have visited the branch more than 8 times but not even single time he replied properly. And he replied when is my wish, I will replied.
          .
          So kindly look into this matter and save us from this trouble.

                मेरा bank of india राजीव चोक हनुमानगढ़ टाउन में खाता न. [protected], [protected] लगभग 8 वर्षो से हैं. आज के दिन आपके बैंक कि जो छवि है हनुमानगढ़ में सबसे ऊपर गिनी जाती है, पर आपकी ब्रांच में स्टाफ संतोष जी का व्यवहार ग्राहक के प्रति बहुत बुरा है. इन्हें ग्राहक के साथ बात करने का ढंग नही है, न कि मेरे साथ बल्कि अन्य ग्राहक देवेन्दर राठोड([protected]) जिनके साथ एक बार नही तीन बार ऐसा हो चूका है चाहे संतोष जी कैश काउंटर पर हो या पास बुक काउंटर पर हो. ये कर्मचारी बहुत ही असभ्य व्यवहार करते हैं, ये तो ऐसा समझते हैं कि bank कि जॉब है तो पता नही क्या ही मिल गया इन्हें, अन्य ग्राहकों के साथ भी 3-4 बार bank परिसर में ऐसा व्यवहार देखा गया है, बैंक में अन्य स्टाफ बहुत सहयोग करते है. हमे किसी और से कोई शिकायत नहीं है, अगर स्टाफ इसी तरह व्यवहार करते रहे तो ग्राहक तो bank से कम होंगे ही साथ ही bank की छवि भी बहुत ख़राब हो रही है. कृपया मेरी शिकायत का शीघ्र निवारण करे. ताकि हमे रोज रोज इस तरह की परेशानी का सामना ना करना पड़े.

                  I'm complaining about the service & staff of this bank of india branch ghattiya dist ujjain.. Here in this bank. There are no response to the costumer.. The process of every thing runs very slow...in this bank... The staff & the services provides very slow processs... The manager of the bank is always absent...& on the cash counter...                     I have an account in the tilak road, ghatkopar east, mumbai branch. Very often the passbook issuing machine is not functioning and it causes unnecessary trouble. There does not seem to be any supervision on the consumer grievances as nothing has been done about the matter instead of having complained orally several number of times. Kindly look into the matter and save us from the trouble.

I have taken so many srta loans every time your management or employees support me very well. For that i appreciate your past managment very much. Last two years onwards i am not satisfied with the bank of india main branch dwarkanagar visakhapatnam. I want to know my difficulties with your staff they want to always pending or delay our work like bg. I have run for that 2-3 times. Of course i pay 100% margin money. This time badly unhappy to service of bank of india employee. Today i know that the bank of india don't want customer like me. I want this reply earliest otherwise i want to break relationship from bank of india.

                          Inefficient staff, wrong information provided by staff and refusal of interest payment

                          This is the most inefficient and incompetent bank staff I have ever seen.
                          My entire family maintains account with the BOI vile parle east branch since 1970s.

                          I remember the view of the bank whenever I accompanied my parents visit to the bank in those days. The long queues, crowded and rude behavior of the staff... very often the employee at the counter was not on their seat despite the queue. I would say nothing has...

                          This is regarding bad service and behave of Vice manager Bank of india Nagothane branch named Smita Jadhav handicapped but she talks very rude and behave very bad like illitrate.
                          I am maintaning buisness account in this bank.
                          Today when i give some rtgs to transfer she refused to transfer told me not able to transfer today because not having time to transfer and told me why you are doing rtgs just transfer check directly to their beneficiary account.
                          This not only mine complaint but whole village harrased by her behave.

                          Please do the needfull.
                          Want to inform you this is not first time that these things are happened.but this time this is out of limit.

                            On 10th may i had purchased a mobile in Amazon using my Bank of the Internet Banking. i cancelled that order and the refund of Rs.12999 is successfully processed by amazon.But still i didnot get my refund amount .I Spoke to Amazon India about the issue and they send me a reply as follows
                            Your refund of Rs.12999 has been processed successfully on[protected]. The amount should reflect in your account by[protected].
                            The Authorisation Code (Refund Reference Number) for the transaction is 46760923.
                            Then i made a complaint in your online portal about the issue and fill the details as required.and i got a reference id STUBP_[protected]. After that i keep on trying to your customer care executive by mail and telephone but nobody is picking the call and not giving any reply by mail
                            In this case what i will do .I opened an account of your bank recently but now i lost faith in your bank and also i am force to make legal remedies

                            On 14th may 2017 i had purchased a watch on Amazon using my Bank of India debit card.I cancelled that order on 15th may 2017 and a refund amount of Rs.7496 was successfully processed by amazon.But still i didn't get my refund amount .I Spoke to Amazon India about the issue and they send me a reply as follows
                            Your refund of Rs.7496 has been processed successfully on[protected]. The amount should reflect in your account by[protected].
                            The Authorization Code (Refund Reference Number) for the transaction is UNI000.
                            I tried calling the customer care number multiple times during the past week and there is no reply at all.
                            In this case what should i do .Kindly look into the matter and do the needful.

                              Dear sir,

                              I am nikishikant mayekar having saving account in kotawade branch (Branch code 1476) ratnagiri, my account number is [protected] and my customer id is[protected].
                              My atm card is lost somewhere in end of november 2017 which i was not aware off and almost rs 99280 was withdrawn from it, dispite several applications to branch my mobile number was not updated in my account, even after lodging fir mumbai police has sent two requests to branch asking withdrawal details, but branch has just responded to only one request of mumbai police.
                              I would like to draw your attention that branch is not even lodging insurance claim for said theft from my card.
                              Herewith i request you to send me complete statement for period of 30.01.2017 to 27.02.2017 for police verification.
                              If bank of india is not supporting me my lawyer has advise me option of lodging complaint with rbi blanking ombudsman.
                              As all withdrawals were took place in mumbai the theft complaint is lodge with byculla police station with fir number 24801.

                              Request you to help me as early as possible as police investigation is on hold for want of detailed statement.

                                Today at 1 pm when I visited your Rohini Sector 8 branch, the lady staff on the counter informed me that they have not received account no 956 from Janakpuri branch. When I requested your staff to enquire from Janakpuri branch your staff told "you ask your self " I talked to your Janakpuri branch from my mobile., they informed that they have already transferred my above a/c on 18 April 2017. but your Rohini branch doesn't have any details of my account. However, your Janakpuri staff was ready to send mail in this regard to Rohini sector 8 branches. But your staff of sector 8 branch instructed me to follow up with Janakpuri branch and ask me to come only after Thursday, Being a senior citizen I feel very much humiliation to get details of my 22 years old account, plz. arrange to provide new passbook of my above account as early as possible. I am ready to complete kyc norms. I noticed that there is no priority for senior citizens in customer service in your Rohini Sector 8 branch

                                      This is espy fernandes and was doing a online recharge from vodafone, but my atm transaction got declined and rs.50 got deducted from my account xx56685 for pos-vodafone on[protected]. The amount is still not refunded back to my account.

                                      Please see into this matter and resolve my issue. Hope you will do the same. Thanking you in advance.
