Sir, i received two instalment of OROP arrears R's 12284 only dt 21/12/16.But my monthly basic pension is 10029.I received rs18052 pension for the month of January 17.

    I have made an imps transfer, it shown failed message but my account got debited with transaction amount, it sould reverse the amont with in 24hrs which is not happened, I tried to contact customer care but numbers are not working, I sent a mail to boi.[protected]@bankofindia.co.in but no responce

      Dear Sir,
      I am Vivek Kumar son of Arun Kumar, Proprietor Shri Balaji Commercial having account (No: [protected]) in Oriental Bank of Commerce, Lohardaga branch. I had deposited 2 cheques of bank of india amounting Rs 46000 & Rs 26000 in my OBC account. My OBC bank tried to send both cheques from 2 days for clearance in bank of India Lohardaga branch but bank is not accepting the cheque, saying lack of manpower and cannot accept cheque for clearance.
      However I personally contacted bank of India, Lohardaga branch to knowing the reason and same is conveyed by branch. I strongly told them about complain but they didn’t responded me. This is hampering our business as I have to make RTGS and balance is low.
      I request you to please take necessary action against Bank of India, Upper Bazar Loharadga Branch and instruct them to not return check tomorrow.

        Sir,

        My complain is last year[protected], I have add money 3000 rupees from my Bank of India bank account to paytm account wallet. But the transaction has failed and my money is debited from my bank account and when I complaint to paytm it says it is the issue of my Bank of India bank so kindly contact to your bank. So I’m complaining my bank nearest branch of my city. But my bank not solve my issues and tell me forget your 3000 rupees account balance. So I complain please accept my problem and do anything for this matter.

          I had taken a home loan from Bank of India in Nov’13.

          The loan was for a under construction Flat booked in project at Gurgaon.

          Bank of India has recently levied on me a penalty of Rs. 87, 000 stating that since your unit has not got registered within a period of 3 years from date of loan, you are required to pay an extra 1% penal interest on the loan amount right from the date of 1st disbursement of loan.

          Sir, I simply fail to understand, how am I responsible for any delay in construction and registration of this unit and how can any such penalty be levied on me? With this, I am getting sandwiched between the builder and the bank. Builder has delayed the project because of which I am already suffering by living on rent and also paying housing loan interest to bank. And on other side, bank is levying penalty on me whereas I am nowhere responsible for this delay. Bank had sanctioned this loan by exhibiting trust on this builder and approved the project for financing. If at all they wish to levy any penalty, they must penalize the builder and their own staff for not doing proper scrutiny of the builder before sanctioning of the loan.

          Infact, When I ask builder about the reasons for delay, they say that this is due to reasons beyond their control. According to builder, the relevant development authorities could not provide the road connectivities, electricity and water supply connections etc because of which the project got delayed.

          In this way, I am getting harassed and sandwiched from both sides.

          It is requested to kindly look into the matter and instruct Bank of India not only to remove this undue penalty levied on me but also change their unjustified Home loan rules for levy of this penalty. (After enquiring I got to know that only Bank of India is levying this penalty and no other bank has such rule. Other banks have a rule to levy penalty on housing loans taken for construction of house on a plot wherein it is justified since an individual is solely responsible for construction and registration of the independent house on a plot)

          Looking forward for your support in this matter not only to help me but also to help numerous people suffering because of this rule of Bank of India.

            Hi,

            This is to inform you that few people from Sahakarnagar Pune Branch are harassing me. First they are very rude while communicating with me.

            For two weeks they haven't transferred amount from the same branch to PPF account.not giving proper reasons for same.
            Kindly look into the matter else I will have to escalate to higher authorities.

              On 4th January 2017 i withdrawn 2000 rupyee from SBI ATM from my bank of India ATM card after that I got 2 extra messages against wrong deducation of RS 12000. First 2000then 10000 respectively. I complaint in my Bank branch Amarpur Bihar. But they were not giveing me any information against it and also they don't want to return my money.                 some internal problem I was returns to them

                  I Usha Devi, having a salary account in BOI. Today morning i have received a message for a transaction of 5000 rs from my account. I can assure that, i haven't made the transaction. This is a case of fraud transaction from my account. I want a refund of 5000/- rs for this, as this seems to be a glitch in the bank security system.
                  I would request you to please investigate the same and help me with this. Please let me know in case of any further information.

                    I am a customer of your bank since 28 yr and also an NRI from Udayagiri Br. I have taken a debit card and paying of the expenses through this card. It is unexpected to see my pass book for charging more by 20 to 30 rs for each transaction. As the govt itself say that there is no extra charge up to 2000 rs why bank is deducting. Help me get back by crediting the same at the earliest.

So What is this all about. Please see and tell me about the account. The message is regarding A/C no. xxxxxx0105. Last message was received on 17/01/2017. See who is playing fraud with me.

                          Sir my area banks is very bad condition because all officers behavior is very bad for customers all officers detay the work any time and you ask any question then officers said I have no time so I request you please create a inquiry team and solve the problem please sir believe me sir it bank condition is very bad I ll give you one example I am submitted my current cheque for tha transfer purpose and you know very well sir thish is bank responseblity but today is fourth day and banks not transfer my cheque so please solve my problem

                              Sir, As we have got more number of TDR from your bank udayagiri branch at Mysore. As the TDR gets maturity the bank has deducted the TDS even though we have given sufficient signed Form 15G in respect this we lost thousands of rupees. When ask manager he replies it will be credited our a/c in march. So till march we are loosing interest on this amt.

                                  I Md Reefat Ali, customer of boi, east tambaram, Chennai-600073.i am unable to access my transaction.I went bank for many times, they have regenerate the transaction password for two times and still its not accessable.The login password is working but transaction's not and there is no issue from the bank so plz reslove my problem as soon as possible.

                                    I went to BOI branch in thane, Maharashtra.
                                    1. I wanted to transfer amount from one account to another.
                                    2. I wanted to register my mobile number.
                                    3. I wanted to apply for net banking.

                                    For all this my query, they want me to go to my home branch, which is located in Gondia, Maharashtra.

                                    So my question is, it really matters that need to go to home branch, then why we are having such a multiple branches. There should be one branch and ask all citizens to open a account in that one Branch only. there should not be multiple branches.

                                      I would like to draw attention to this matter sir I had purchased a mobile through Amazon date was 7 Jan 2017 .the order was delivered .then I swipe bank of India ATM card.first time card was declined then I swipe card again then second time process was complete .but sir my account balance debited in two times .the amount was RS 7599+7599 I contact Amazon customer care they told me that your balance will be refund within 5 days automatically in your bank account but I didn't receive any amount yet .sir I am account holder in your bank.my account no is [protected] .account holder name -vimal ray home branch -okhla phase 1 new Delhi .sir I try to call bank of India customer care but they didn't pick my call ...please help me sir .

                                        I have been receiving messages of debit & credit on my mob no. [protected] *boi star sandesh* rs. 2518.00 has been credited in your account xxxx0724 on[protected]by neftinward kkbkh[protected].

                                        I dont have any account boi (Bank of india).
                                        Pls. Remove my mobile number from the database.
                                        These messages are so annoying and it could be possible fraud msgs... Please help...
