I have received refund from amazon.in in my boi account but not credited by you.

I am calling on boi customer care but ivr speaking due to up-gradation cannot connect to representative. I have tried all of your numbers but same thing happening. I have tried to send a mail to your mail id boi. [protected]@bankofindia.co.in but it is failed by your server. I also have grievance acknowledgement provide by your complaint page but no response from your side. I want to know the status of my transaction id but i am not getting anything. Please reply as soon as possible and give correct resolution.

Bank Of India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
as per the request of bank of india internet transaction. i would like the balance in my s b account as on date .since i am in out of india. kindly furnish me the latest 10 transations.
