I have been using boi online service star-token but due to some mistake it was locked last month. Eventhough my cheque amounting 200000rs was not deposited and i have already given mobile no but bank has not contacted and keep cheque with then after ten days when i inquire in bank they ask for kyc i have submitted all the documents...

With due respect i say that i visited your bank today and met mr.PRIYANSU MITTAL.ass.manajer.for deposting my wife LIC premium of BAJAJ ALLIANZ rs.20000. but in spite of entertaining me he misbehaves me .So please take a strict action against the official.sir this type of officials are a shame for bank.so if you take a action against him a message will go to the socitiy for this type of people.

Cashier not working properly, atm is not working, passbook printing machine not working inverter is dead, most of the time caahier out of his cabin without any reason and people waiting for his transaction all oof machin like atm passbook total not wrking atm is empty most of the time and not working so please taking action on some kind of information i am giving you...

I did transaction through UPI number *99#, and it was failed at 6th Feb 2017 10.00 PM. Still my money not credited to account. I have submitted online complaint via bank website (CaseID: [protected]), but not getting any response. Even I talked two times to call center people. once they told "you will get money within 24 hours" and second time they told "call center can not help for case o[censored]PI transaction fails. This is to inform you that few people from Sahakarnagar Pune Branch are harassing me. First they are very rude while communicating with me.

For two weeks they haven't transferred amount from the same branch to PPF account.not giving proper reasons for same.
