I have an account at boi walchandnagar by the name of anand enterprises 0612*133 and the staff there is non co-operative
And very rude. I had submitted application for rtgs on 14/03/2017 and ask to carry it out. After seeing it was not completed i called the branch more than 10 times. But they did not receive my call & after receiving did not give me any answer.

    On 5th march, i was making a transaction of rs 10000 from vijaya bank atm in bangalore, the sum of amount is debited from my account but the cash is not dispense at all, and from that thar my account is still not credited and no update from your side.

    I have also filled atm reversal form twice one in rt nagar bangalore and one in local branch bhullan bararee but nothing happens

    Today i visited to my home branch bhulan bararee but getting ignored by saying time lagega.

    Now i am highly impatience its already been 10 days days but nothing is happened. Now its a final call from my side, i will wait for one more days them i will go to police or either to court for lodging complaint againsts bank of india and the concern number whom i spoke with.

      I have account in Bank of India at Sillod, Dist Aurangabad branch. I
      moved to Pune since 7 months and converted my current account to
      salary account. But now I am facing some issues like No check book
      available for me at my nearest bank in pune, I have go to the Branch
      of mine for everything.
      I have applied for transaction password and I got it at my home
      address I eventually collected it and presented for the acknowledgment
      of it to nearest bank in Pune. But the staff at this branch are not
      co-operative with the clients and denied to acknowledged my password,
      rather demanded to me that please write your user ID and Customer ID
      on that form. I know only my customer ID which I use as User ID for my
      Net banking login.
      Why cant you make this process user friendly. Every time there is need
      to go to the bank for every thing. Which is painful.

      My query is that please tell me why should I do not close my Bank of
      India account and prefer another bank account??
      Other bank has very user friendly process for this thing " net
      banking" with full security. I am in thinking to close my salary
      account and choose another bank for my salary account.

          With due you respect i shri tofan kumar mallick my a/c no is [protected] under hatadihi, and my aadhar no is[protected] branch and i want to transfer 8000/- on 01.03.2017 to my hdfc a/c on same aadhar number (By mistake) on a boi csp point but it will display not to npci permit. But 8000/- rupees debited on my boi ac. And it will not refunded till 05.03.2017.

          Therefore request you to kindly reverse my deducted amount 8000/- on my a/c. And i highly greatfull to you.

            On 27/Feb/2017 i was transferring Rs.3000 in my Paytm wallet from my Bank of India Account (A/c No- [protected]) the money was deducted from my account but i didn't received it in my paytm wallet. On contacting Paytm, they told they have confirmed with BOI that paytm has not received Rs.3000. And usually because of this technical problem the money is credited in 1-2 days but my money has not been credited.

              Hi Sir,
              I have applied for job for Asst.Engineer on Tspsc and paid through using BoI debit Card through SBI epay on[protected]. I paid through OTP. I got message as
              "*BOI Star Sandesh* Rs 200 has been Debited to Your Account XX3741 from POS-tspsc_SBIePay On[protected].Available Balance 2255.55." But i didnt get any journal number as i the application status showed as not yet paid too.So i have paid again thinking about teturn o payment after some time. This is second time i lost the money. We dont know whom to complain. The customer care numbers never work for Bank of India. Because of this untouchability with customers, How can we share the problems we faced in payment failures. Who will be rezponsible for our payment failure?. I wish some one may respond and return the money to my account. My contact number and bank registered number [protected]. My bank account is at BOI miyapur branch. Kindly check the issue and return the amount sir Thank you

                      A payment of Rs. 5332/- was made to the amazon.in online vendor on 22 Feb 2017 at 8:38 pm from my father's debit card. But the vendor says that the payment was not received eventually the order also got cancelled. The bank account has been debited. A screenshot of the SMS regarding the same has been attached. Now we are stuck with no information about where the money has gone. Kindly help us out.

                          I have been using boi online service star-token but due to some mistake it was locked last month. Now there is no facility to reactivate it online through mail or mobile or customer care .I tried many times to talk to customer care but either phone is engaged or ringing but nobody is available to receive call. So finally i have to sent a form to my home branch. But till today i didn't get password. When i asked bank officials they rudely told me that we couldn't do anything so you have to wait. Sir i want to ask you that if one side our prime minister and rbi wants to promote online transaction as much as possible but on other side such banks are harassing and demotivating there customers. So please solve my problem.

                              Dear sir/madam, today im visited bank of india sundarapuram branch, they are very poor service to all customers, and my mom have account there, we apply for ATM card, and asked one staff for this reason. they are doing very poor customer service and told me You will have to wait one hour for this simple question, in that sundarapuram branch maximum all staffs doing very very very very very poor service.iam really disappointed this bank, iam going to change my mom account to another if any good bank. and my friends also had account in your branch, iam going to tell them also this problem, they are also told me once about customer service problem, but this is very very bad...

                              Yes, They are very lazy, actually I visited ISM branch dhanbad BOI before 15 days for the purpose of change my number, EKYC update and also transfer my branch, i submitted application, I called their after 1 week they said OK today I will do but till now they didn't change my number all that.

                              I faced many problems..
                              Really worst..
                              I don't know when my all work they completed or not..

                                I have already given kyc in past
                                Eventhough my cheque amounting 200000rs was not deposited and i have already given mobile no but bank has not contacted and keep cheque with then after ten days when i inquire in bank they ask for kyc i have submitted all the documents they refuses for and force accunt holder has to come in. Bank personally
                                We have so many acconts in boi
                                Due to such we have decided to close our all accunt

                                  With due respect i say that i visited your bank today and met mr.PRIYANSU MITTAL.ass.manajer.for deposting my wife LIC premium of BAJAJ ALLIANZ rs.20000. but in spite of entertaining me he misbehaves me .So please take a strict action against the official.sir this type of officials are a shame for bank.so if you take a action against him a message will go to the socitiy for this type of people.

                                      I did transaction through UPI number *99#, and it was failed at 6th Feb 2017 10.00 PM. Still my money not credited to account. I have submitted online complaint via bank website (CaseID: [protected]), but not getting any response. Even I talked two times to call center people. once they told "you will get money within 24 hours" and second time they told "call center can not help for case o[censored]PI transaction fails. And you have to submit complaint via app only."
                                      I have some urgency with money, hope you people can understand common man's problem. Else, I would have to twit to #PMO #RBI #Bankofindia, will be my last option along with all attached proof.

                                      Amount: 2000.00 rs.

                                      I did transaction through Tez - Google app and it was failed at 20th Nov 2017 02:57 PM for Rs 5000. Still my money not reversed into account. I have submitted online complaint via bank website
                                      First amount got debited and then it was reversed immediately. But after 4 hours again my account got debited for Rs 5000 against same UPI Transaction id.
