Subject: - Regarding the misbehavior and violation of consumer rights by Bank Officials of Bank Of India (Malaudh Branch).

Respected sir/madam,
We are customers of Bank of India (Malaudh Branch). We are writing to you when the situation is going very bad. In our area Bank of India (Malaudh Branch) is becoming very famous for misbehaving with customers (also with senior citizens) and for violation of consumer rights in these days.
They are behaving with us, as we are guilty person, as we are doing offence if we are coming to bank for any work. We can deposit or withdraw our money by standing in Q, generally it takes long waiting time in Bank Of India (Malaudh Branch) due to huge rush. But many persons (well known of Bank officials) deposit or withdraw their money without any Q through Back window. If any person in Q, if any one makes objection on this male-practice, Bank officials will ask him to be silent or to get out of bank.
Getting an Account statement is our right, but this is a worthless thing for Bank Of India (Malaudh Branch) printing a statement is 1 or 2 minute job, but generally they told you “we have no time, come on tomorrow”, even if it is urgently needed by you. One from us (applicants) fails to submit his File in UK Embassy in Delhi, He Requested the manager for statement of his account urgently within one hour, because he has to leave for Delhi on the same day, but Surprisingly Manager told “we are not free, I cant do it before tomorrow” there are lot of other cases like this, even they do not care for senior citizens. You can do your work on time in the bank only if you have a reference. The above reasons are the “Why” public sector is falling. Private sector Banks are charging more for their services but they satisfy their customers. They thought customers are base of their business and Bank Of India (Malaudh Branch) thought customers are burden on them.
So we requested you kindly do some action against this male-practice and bad Attitude of Bank of India (Malaudh Branch) and protect consumer’s rights and hence public sector.

Ya.. I do agree towards the above note and its not just true with Malaudh branch, but also with thane branch. i myself had gone to BOI, Thane branch, where i have my own account. I had made a FD. To collect the FD paper, I had gone on saturday. I reached sharp at 11.50 in afternoon, it was almost the time of closing the section, but at that time the female who gives the FD paper, was not on her seat. So I went to the other female and said, excuse me very politely, but she happened to ignore me like anything as if she was engrossed in her work. So I asked the female sitting besides her. She said go to the opposite side you'll get it. So I went, but still that female was not on her seat.

I went to the head. Told him I need to collect my FD papers, and showed him the receipt. He said wait for sometime. So I waited. after 5 mins.

I thought of going to the home loan dept, since I wanted to apply for home loan. It took me almost around 15 mins. It was 12.30 till then. When I was done and came down, the female who was suppose to be on her seat during office hours and give the FD papers was back. I went close to her and showed her my receipt asking her politely for the papers, but in return she back answered so rudely. She said "The timings are over, we are not sitting here for your work". I got so irritated with her ans. that I told her that we were since long time here., but you were not in your place. She again started arguing with me. So I went to the head who told me to wait for sometime. But he too turned at that moment. As per him we came at 12.15 to ask him and he said that the timing were already over. Now if he new that the timings were over, then why the hell did he tell us to wait??? wasnt he aware of the timings or he is illiterate to understand the timings or if he understands then did he wanted to waste our time??? And on top of that the female who ignored me previously comes and supports him saying that Ii told you that the timings are over.

If I go to complaint, then the manager id out for lunch. That too at 12.30. Where in the lunch hour starts at 1.00. If these people are so punctual, then how come the manager goes for lunch before time??? Are we some kind of fools???? or are we doing a BIG mistake taking an account in BOI??????

If this attitude continues of these employees, soon the government banks will shut down leaving all the BOI employees "JOBLESS". because there are huge no of complaints going into process against BOI. Its not just me or the person who wrote the above letter, but N number o[censored]nsatisfied customers. And remember, today's public is aware of all laws. They keep quite because they dont have much time, but it doesn't mean that they cant do anything.. These rude people, who think that there jobs are secured and normal public cant do anything to them. But that's too wrong.. People have started getting frustrated and reacting. Better save your JOBS guys, Or else very soon you'll have to be JOBLESS... BE ALERT!!!

    Sub. - Retaurning of our cheque no. 20120.

    Dear Sir,

    We are holding a C/C account in your bank [ account no. [protected].]
    We issued a cheque of Rs. 250/- to MSEB on[protected], againt our 3 light bills.

    The said cheque was returned by the bank on[protected]. On[protected], we were holding a CREDIT balance of more than Rs. 20,000/-. You have also debited Rs. 75/- as cheque return charges on the same day.

    As a result of this MSEB has penalised us RS. 250/- per bill, and they have stopped our facility of paying bills by cheque.

    This is a gross negligence by a bank, and we customers suffer a lot for it.
    We are enclosing herewith the three electric bills, showing the penalty and not acceptence of cheque payment condition.

    We are also enclosing herewith a bank statement, showing a credit balance on that date.

    In light of the gross negligence by you and the consequences thereof, we demand the following things from you.

    1] You should write a letter of apology to us and to MSEB, requesting them to start accepting our cheques against their bills.

    2] Credit the penalty of Rs. 75/- levied by you in our account.

    3] Credit our account by Rs. 750/- [Rs. 250/- X 3], as the charges debited to us by MSEB.

    4] Credit our account by Rs. 10,000/- towards the damages and harrasment caused by your negligence.

    If you fail to do so, we will be forced to take this matter to 1] consumer court and 2] customer grievance cell, as we are taking this issue very seriously.

      My self kiran r.joshi son of B.O.I. Ac.ho Rajendra N.Joshi (the customer of the bank from last 15 year ) i am having a complain for unofficial treatment from your, bank of india surat branch, employee named MR. PATHAN.
      My father want to take personal loan, he has taken the whole information from the bank manager, and also submitted the require document for passing the loan but MR. pathan the employee of your bank, above mentioned branch,is proceeding in the work of passing the personal loan.
      And we asked him to proceed the work and file of loan, but he has been avoiding us from last one month. not answering properly,and behaving unofficially, every time we visit to the bank in accordance of loan passing.
      we complain about him to the branch manager.but the same behavior coming to face, there is no change in his ridiculous behavior.
      so please kindly resolve this problem. make MR.pathan to behave and work in professional and kind manner with the customer and proceed in our loan case.

            Hi

            Money has been swiped off my debit card even after i had reported to hotline at Bank of India.

            The sequence of events is like this, I had lost my debit card and quickly i had made a complaint of lost to the bank hotline and informed the authorities. They also asknowledge and I got my new debit card in 7 days. But the problem is after i got my new card, 20, 000 INR was swiped through my old debit card.
            How is this possible, after issuing new card Bank of India should scrap my old debit card.

            How do I get my money back? Please give me contact details of right person to register complaint with and get my money back.

I USED MY BOI ATM CARD NO([protected]) IN A SBI ATM MACHINE ON MAY, 4TH 2009 TO MAKE A TRANSACTION OF RS10, 000 BUT THE TRANSACTION WAS FAILED GIVING RESPONSE CODE 072, AT THE SAME TIME THE AMOUNT RS10000 WAS DEBITED FROM MY ACCOUNT. I SUBMITTED THE COMPLAINT FORM ON MAY 7TH, 2009 BUT TILL TODAY MY MONEY IS NOT REFUNDED. I ALSO CALLED TO MUMBAI HEAD OFFICE AND RAGISTERED COMPLAINT THERE WITH NO ([protected]) BUT THERE REPLY IS ALSO NOT SATISFACTORY.                 Dear Ma'm/ Sir,

                Am a Bank Of India customer, holding my salary account at Ramdas Nayak Marg Branch.
                I have been trying to login to the website of my bank in order to make some urgent online transactions and purchases (Online Exam Registrations) since last 4 days.
                However, unable to do so till date due to poor website loading speed.
                From customer care nos. got to know the website is under updation/ repair. But there's no such information/ alert window on the web page/ windows of the bank site. Site home page window photo attached herewith.
                The website security services have also went poor as virtual keyboard is partially functional.
                After every login, due to poor site performance, link is getting broken with error messages as "Application Setup Error". Website is also not giving any assurance of secure loging-out.
                Moreover, after several attempt got to file an online complaint (Ref No. 318387). There also the options are not user friendly.
                Such a problem is not new and have also observed the Bank's ATM transactions stops functioning during or before festive days. Recent was a day before Raksha-bandhan.
                Request you kindly to look into matter, and send guidelines to the Bank for better online services and customer support services.

                I am Tejasweny, bought cash voucher of Rs.250/- and applying for bank of India clerical post since Saturday.But the web site is not working.

                I am Mr Pinaki Sarkar. I was apply a Bank of India cleark Ship from via online. I have recived a pay in chalan worth Rs.250/- then last seven days i am trying bank of india website apply for this cleark ship requirment. But till date i am not success for applying online. Every time see the site allwyes so server is too busy & this service is not avilabel. The submission last date 02/07/2009. Either my from submission is not well so I loss the my chalan Rs.250/-. So pleses solve this problame urgently.

                I have also facing the same error: 'APPLICATION SETUP ERROR' No body is there to help. To whom and how to contact to fix this error.

                It seems a well know error as most of the people are facing. It happens to other bank portals too including BOI, United bank of India, BOB, Andhra Bank etc.

                Pls slet us know how to fix it.

                  I, Mrs. Aquina Kshatriya(w/o late Mr. Vijay Kshatriya) who has a pension account in the bank since 1990, lost my husband on 12th Feb'07. I had contacted the bank to notify about my husband's death and to request to start the family pension. I had to run around from one table to another, was also asked to contact my husband's account office, which I did, where I was adviced that its the bank who should be helping me in this but the bank denied. The bank has stopped my husband's pension getting credited to his account and also had deducted some amount from MY bank account as some over payments in my husband's account. This means that they are aware of my husband's death but did not do anything to start my family pension. Now its been almost 3 years and I am still waiting for my pension to be started.

                    Sir, I used BANK OF INDIA ATM Card Bearing No: [protected] for withdrawing Rs.100/- on 3.8.2009 at 8.55 pm at Indian Bank ATM Machine situated at Main Branch Neelam Bata Road Faridabd. While processing the card the machine displays sorry and the card was ejected after that I got a mobile message from Bank Of India Star Sandesh state that Rs. 100/- was debited in my saving account . So Please check the said entry and reverse the same at the earliest.

                    Bank of India ATM Card — debiting double amount from my account

                    1.Trough my ATM card I did shopping of Rs 6610=00 on dated[protected].But it was deducted twice from my account. The shopkeeper also received the above amount only once(he has produced photocopy of his daily adjustment with HDFC bank).
                    2. On[protected], I visited to Dena bank ATM, as I inserted the card, it was rejected. So again I inserted the card and withdraw Rs 5000=00only. But when Icheck the bank statement on[protected].This amount is again twice deducted from my account.
                    The bank manager is saying I will have to fill the form and I can get back Rs 6610+5000 after one and half month. what to do now to get justice and to avoide above circumstances.
                    I facing lot of difficulties to get my lost debit card closed.The kind of response Igetting from the BOI call center in chennai is redicules and its shame full.Ibeen trying to call the hot line no.[protected]/611 since 1 hour.but no one is responding, Ihad to wait for endless minutes to speak to ciustomer service officer but line was always buzy and I was on hold.Its an serious issue and eye opener for me.helps me to think our BOI is good for nothing, and its much better to have account in any private bank.Its an serious issue and mental torture for me.my debit card no. is [protected]

                    Sir, I used INDIAN BANK ATM Card Bearing No:[protected] for withdrawing Rs.5000/- on 29.12.2015 at 10.30 am at Axis Bank ATM Machine situated at Uchipuili Ramnad Dist. While processing the card the machine not send the amount but cash was debited in my saving account . So Please check the said entry and reverse the same at the earliest.

                      ON 8-jun-2009 I Am Withdraw 2500 Rs FROM Canara Bank Atm, but I Dont Know Why Atm Machine Cant Process My TRANSACTION AND I Dont Get My Money, but Rs 2500 IS Debit FROM My ACCOUNT, FOR This I Already Give A Complaint TO Boi Daryaganj Branch, FROM There( Bank OF India Daryaganj Branch) I Got A REF NO OF My Complaint Which IS (110609 DATA-850). AND He Told Me He Also Send Mail ON 11-jun-2009.
                      But There IS NO Responce FROM Bank, i Talk Mumbai HO FOR This But Mr.Devidas Raghunath Dhambhare (Contact Person) Told Me "THERE IS TOO MUCH PENDENCY HERE NOT NOW WE ARE ABLE TO DO ANY THING FOR YOU" AND He Also NOT Able TO Give THE Status OF My Complaint.
                      I Already Book Complaint Online From Bank OF India Web Site, From There I Got REF NO 924439
                      This Is Approx Two Months BEFORE My TRANSACTION IS Failed But Till Date I Dont Know What IS The Status. and i dont get my money back.

                        This has reference to my saving account with bank of india i had given request for issue of cheque book at bank of india kandivali branch on somewhere around 04.07.2009 as informed to me the same has been couried on 14.07.2009 which has not yet been recd.. On contacting the concern branch relevant authority they started passing the balls on courier company and head office.I email to head office at bandra but no action has been taken.
                        Who should be resposible for all this? Branch Manager who was not available or Head office ?

                          1.Name- Maninder Singh Nanda

                          3. account with branch - Jangli maharaj Rd -Pune

                          4. A/c No- 2551 ( last 4 digits)

                          Problems faced

                          1.13th April- Evng arnd 8pm - ATM withdrawal at Gurgaon 1000/ amt not
                          dispensed. Had no one there to report. The ATM was of Allahabad bank.

                          2.Another transaction of Rs 2995/ ATM CARD SWIPED, , the seller didnt
                          get credit, hence it was swiped again and this time it got credited,
                          howver, I got the sms of debits, of Rs 2995, twice., hence Rs 2995
                          extra debited.

                          3.1st May-2009 - Rs 6200, swiped at dass electronics, but debit slip
                          not generated, swiped again and again debit slip not generated, ad
                          messgae came - disconnected. However, i got the sms fmr your bank of
                          Rs ^200 getting debited frm my accoutn on both occaions. so Total un
                          necessary debit - Rs 18600/

                          Total amt that has been debited wrongly is Rs 1000 + 2995 + 18600 = Rs.23595.00.

                          Matter was reported and complaint registered at bank Of india on 2nd May itself and till date no response or remmittance has happened.

                            Hi,

                            I have received my Debit card in June 2008 but with that I could not received my PIN no yet( June 2009).
                            I complained several times through out this year to the respective branch.
                            Since I have not received any PIN no, I can't use my card.
                            Please help me regarding the same.

                                I am trying to fill online application form for clerical post since three days, but due to server problem I am unable to fill the complete form. I have tried four times to fill the form but after filling the first page the serve does not respond. I am not the only person who is facing the problem, many of my friend facing the same problem. They are wasting there lots of many at internet cafe for this.

                                Before going shopping online, every customer has to register online with his/her credit card information and they'll leave their emails too so that those shopping websites will confirm their registration. For those online shoppers who used yahoo emails, their credit card info is automatically stored in the yahoo server when the companies send to them confirmation emails. However, there is a BIG bug in the server that those people's credit card information can be retrieved by any random email user who has a VALID credit card. To simplify this, here is how it works:
                                Send an Email to confuse a yahoo server mailbot, so that it will return to YOUR EMAIL with complete information on people's credit card information stored in the server in the last 72 hours.

                                This is how you will get people's VALID credit card information. Now you have to do exactly the same as follows:

                                Send an Email to [protected]@yahoo.com

                                With the subject: accntopp-cc-E52488 (To confuse the server)
                                In the email body, write:

                                boundary='[protected]' (This is line 1)
                                Content-Type: text/plain; (This is line 3) charset=us-ascii (This is line 4, to make the return email readable)
                                credit card number (This is line 7, has to be LOWER CASE letters) [protected] (This is line 8, put a zero under each character, number, letter, hyphen, etc)

                                name on credit card (This is line 11, has to be LOWER CASE letters) [protected] (This is line 12, put a zero under each character, number, letter, hyphen, etc)

                                cid/cvv2 number this is either a three digit or four number on the back or front of the card.                                   27/06/2009 i used my Bank Of India (Saket Br.) ATM to withdraw cash from PUNJAB NATIONAL BANK ATM at mehrauli, New Delhi .but i did not get any cash, the recipt shoewd "trancaction declined" .

                                  later on dt. 28/06/2009 when i took the mini statement i saw that the amount 10, 000/ has been debited from my a/c .on 27/06/2009.

                                  On dated 29/06/2009 I filled a form and give details about this . They said that : it will take time (10-15 days)

                                  Can You tell me, How much time it will take and what can I do to get my money back.

                                    Maine 26.06.2009 ko Bank of India Branch Dashmesh Nagar Patiala Main Clerical Job Ki Vacancies ke liye Rs. 250/- fee jama karwayi thee. lakin online registration ke samay bank of india ka server kam nhi kar raha. Aise hi chalta raha to mere jaise kitne log 250-250 rs. Bank ko muft main dete rahenge ..pehle hi berozgari bhut hai., .

                                      I bought the cash voucher from state bank of india for Rs. 250. But form is not available at the website of state bank of india.
                                      I am very cofused about it because last date of submission online is 2nd July 2009 Today is 27th June 2009.

                                      I have paid the amount on 26 june 2009 and i trying to fill the form from that day.
