I did transaction through phone pay, and it was failed at 14th sep 2019 04:33 pm. Still my money not credited to account and also i didn't get refunf for the same. I have mailed to customer care of bank of india for 3-4 times, but not getting any response. Even i talked two times to call center people. Once they told "you will get money within 24 hours" and second time they told "call center can not help for transaction fails, you can mail on customer care mail id you will get your resolution, we can't help you. And you have to submit complaint via app only."
I have some urgency with money, hope you people can understand common man's problem.
