I made transaction via atm.
The practices that were used to raise money.
Transaction got failed but the amount was still debited.
I didnt receive any message for debited amount from account but when i checked
The account balance and statement amount was debited.

Before 30 days i have done transaction from amazone online app. Then the itomes got rejected by them self . i tried to contact amazone customer care but then they provide the refund initiated refference id and they said to contact cuatomer care. i do contact to boi custoner care many times tries to call them for 4 5 times...but no response now today they receive my call and said to fill the bank complaint care form online. its irritating...

I made a recharge request of 349 from my google pay account associated with account no.[protected] but amount deducted and recharge was not completed and till today no recharge take place and no refund of my money. Transaction start on 14 sept. So please look into this matter as fast as you can i am waiting to get resolve but didn't get my money back....
