    The practices that were used to raise money.
    Transaction got failed but the amount was still debited.
    I receive message for debited amount from account .
    i visit many time in branch also submit written complain to bank .
    I am providing all the screenshots of transactions as well as bank statement. Please look into this asap.

        I bablu kumar choudhary with a/c-[protected] and a paytm id - [protected] had made an emi payment to bussan auto finance with order id-[protected] which was failed on 18th sept and the deducted amount has yet not been refunded. I made query on paytm they denied that they had not received any payment yet.

              Bank ke branch me main gya manager se bhi baat kiya lekin unhone meri koi help nhi ki.unhone kaha hum kuchh nhi kar sakte.
              Paisa amazone ko diya hai usse samajhiye.
              Aur charge dispute file nhi kar rahe hai
              Amazone ki taraf se bhi bol rhe hai hamare end se refund initiate kar diya gya hai.problem bank me hai

                  My name is ujjawal kumar and i had ordered boat earphone of rs 499 boat basshead 225 in amazon on 30 september 2019 and after 1 oct 2019 i cancelled this order due to personal reason. And on 1 oct 2019
                  Amazon initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number #[protected]
                  And told me to fill charge dispute form but indian bank doesn't have such policy. So

                        I did transaction through phone pay, and it was failed at 14th sep 2019 04:33 pm. Still my money not credited to account and also i didn't get refunf for the same. I have mailed to customer care of bank of india for 3-4 times, but not getting any response. Even i talked two times to call center people. Once they told "you will get money within 24 hours" and second time they told "call center can not help for transaction fails, you can mail on customer care mail id you will get your resolution, we can't help you. And you have to submit complaint via app only."
                        I have some urgency with money, hope you people can understand common man's problem.

                              google pay error due to bank server down

                              I recently started using google pay.
                              But, after logging in, i tells me that i can't make any payments because bank server is down.
                              So, i am not able to make any payment because of the bank server.
                              The bank server is always down.

                                If I use atm in other ATM machin then one time CWRD charge been cut but in my case Rs 250
                                had been cut as CWRD ..
                                I only use one extra tranjstion from other bank ATM

                                  On 24th September at 11:41 pm i tried to add money on my mobiquick wallet amount rs 4490 from my Bank of India account no : [protected] but app show transaction failed but my account debited at that time but no money added to my mobiquick wallet .
                                  I request you sir to take necessary step to refund my money back again to my bank account as soon as possible.
