    I hemlata kumari an account holder ([protected]) of your bank, had transferred rs.1200 on 1st feb 2019 to a number ([protected]) through my upi bank account ([protected]@ybl) on phone pay application ([protected]). The same has been debited from my account. While the person to whom i had sent the amount got the amount credited and debited in the very next moment. Further i waited for 2-3 working days for the automatic refund but i have not yet received the money back.

    The transaction no is p1902010635057981776771 and upr:[protected].
    Mail from the person whom amount was sent is attached for your reference.

    Kindly help me resolve the issue on asap basis

            Dear sir,
            I hold s/b account (A/c no.[protected]) with your bank in kk nagar branch, chennai, during 1/2/19 in union bank atm pammal location i have tried to take cash rs 10000 around 12:31 pm and found cash not dispensed but the amount has been debited from my account, after that second time taken rs 15000, the same has been reported to branch and they told that it has to be refunded within two days but not yet refund the amount, pls do the needful to refund the amount at the earliest

                Dear sir, i faced a transaction issue as it got failed and tried to
                Withdraw rs.5000 rupee from atm but it failed. It happened on 30th january 2019 11.39am at state bank of india atm, karad dhebewadi road agashivnagar karad atmid[protected]. Got the
                Message on screen for few seconds "transaction declined". I did not get money for failed atm transactions.
                I fill the form atm failure/refund complaint at your official website:
                www.bankofindia.co.in. i also got reference numbers regarding my debit of 5000 rs on january 30th, 2019. Till money not credited to my account yet. I also mail to ho. Atm cell about my issue but didnot get any reply. Kindly

                          I kanchan chaudhari tried to withdrawal cash of rs. 10, 000/- from icici atm id: sacwm706 on 09.12.2018 - twice, and didn't get any amount from atm.
                          My bank is bank of india, ssi branch, vapi, gujrat, my account no. Is [protected]. I had submitted charge - back claim form in my branch. But till date, i had not received or credit any amount in my account.

Usi din ukt sakha prabandhak ko suchna ki prati receive kara kar meri va pati ki dhanrashi release karne ka aagrah kiya ukt sakha prabandhak dwara 1 saptah ka samay manga gaya kintu bar bar aagrah karne ke baad 4 mahine se adhik ka samay beet gaya. Sakha prabandhak dwara aj tak talne ke siva koi santoshjanam jawab nahi diya gaya. Kyo? Jabki mere kehne par ukt ridi ne settlement ke liye halafnama ityadi dene ka bhi aagrah kiya.
