I have booked irctc ticket on 18 dec 2018 of amount 485 rs. Then on 20 dec 2018 i have cancelled my ticket for which irctc refund my amount of 425 rs. And irctc also provide me details of refund, but still till now my amount not credited in my bank account. I have try to contact with bank by mail, online complaint using boi website and also gone my home branch office too many times but still my amount not credited.

Even i have share ARN no. with bank which i got from IRCTC, also filled pos complaint form as per bank officer need but still my issue not resolved, below i have atteched screen shot of mail got from irctc and pos form which i submitted in my boi home branch.

    I have recived text messages from the bank about transactions and account debit and credit details which appear to be incorrect . I’d like to inform i have never had an account in the bank or with its any branch officea
    So kindly remove my number ([protected])from the database and update it with correct information please. This issue makes it difficult for me to keep record of my actual accounts at times and this bothers me as to why the bank has not updated the actual account holders details until mow. These messages have been frequent and started a year or two ago.

      My customer ID[protected], at chembur naka Branch, Mumbai 400071. My wife has SCSS deposits with this Bank and Interest due on 31st March 2019 is still not paid. All other Institutions where SCSS is operated, the interest is given on 31st or First. The service from this Bank is quite bad. They have facility for ONLINE complaints as a show piece. You will never hear from them on any Complaints. I think this Bank is insulated from all regulations.

        I am an existing customer of bank of india, i have both saving and current account in boi, khetrajpur branch, sambalpur, odisha. I am facing a lot of problems while deposit any party cheque to be cleared in my account. The branch delays a lot in clearing a cheque. This time they done a great mistake, i deposit a party cheque to be cleared in my account but in case of credited amount in my account, they debit the cheque amount from my account. After that i deposited money in my account, that's money is also debited from my account. I am fade of by this mistakes, which hampers me a lot. Please do the needful and reverse my money as soon as possible. If always this type of mistakes will happen in future that i am taking decision to closed all my accounts from bank of india.

        I made a transactions twice for my debit card on 11th March 2019, money was deducted from my account.
        One deducted amount is credited my account.

        So please resolve the problem as soon as possible.

        On 21/03/2019, withdrew Rs.1500 cash from other bank ATM. Later it showed transaction failed (error) .
        Today its 25/03/2019. Still my money not got refunded.
        From past two days I am trying to contact customer care regarding upi on [protected] but no one is receiving my call hence my problem is not solve my boi. I am disappointed with the service of boi . Please solve my problem as soon as possible.
        On March 9, 2019, I placed an order from Amazon which on Delivered March 16And I returned this product on 17th March and they refund me rs-589 on 25th MarchAnd that should have been credited to my account till March 29, but my account has not been credited yet.I want to refund my ₹ 589 as soon as possible...

            I paid my due amount, came to my attention paytm payment gateway.

            I filled up my card details and after receiving a message from bank of money deduction, an error showed of wrong card details, even after having the right details entered.
            Immediately i mailed all details on [protected]@mpokket.com
            Screenshots of bank sms and bank statement.
            With mail o[censored]nsuccessful payment from mpokket

            In bank statement :

            I even reached out to paytm they responded saying they are unable to fetch details about this transaction.
            Please do the needful.

            Why Bank is shut this time
            I went to bank today (25.3.19) at 3: 15.
            Bank is locked.
            I dont know what kind of literate people are they.
            Give me explanation... Staff is sitting inside but no one interested to open the gate... Totally disgusting... Very bad experience always...

              I hold a capital gain saving account with Bank of India (BOI), Kopri Branch (code 91) and I have transferred entire sale amount of Rs.39 lacs into this account which I have received from the sale of my residential property.
              At the time of withdrawal for my new residential property, BOI told me that as per their rules they can only issue a pay order or demand draft against seller name and they can’t issue RTGS. Also if pay order or demand draft is issued I need to bear the commission charges for the same.
              Due to BOI rules of only issuing pay order for transferring my own money from my own account, bank charges me pay order commission of total Rs.19, 016.88/- (Two pay orders of Rs.1, 552.88 + Rs.17, 464.00).
              Based on the communication I can make out that BOI staff was not clear on their procedure and rules which need to be followed to handle withdrawal case from a capital gain account. Earlier they told to me that RTGS can be possible afterword they decline it and stick to pay order.
              Bank has given me only one option to take the pay order and for which they charge me with commission charges of Rs.19, 016.88 which I want to challenge it to the bank.

              I inquire it from State Bank of India and they don't charge any fees/charges for Payorder while withdrawing it from the capital account.

                  My debit card was blocked and new debit card received from the branch. According to the instructions given in the Envelope in which DEBIT card came for ATM pin generation .so I went to bank of India ATM for pin generation. First of all for the generation of the OTP i gave my registered mobile number according to instruction but I did not received any OTP on my registerd mobile number.so my ATM pin has not created .please help me, why OTP is not generated on my registered mobile number .how will create my ATM pin.

                    The up to date machines are not working from many months. Many people are facing problem to know their balance and facing up to date problem. The behavior of bank staffs are not good. They are taking rudely. Paper work in the bank is very slow like to open a account on this bank takes approx 15 to 20 days.                           The thing is, i had the debit card of without chip and has expired from 31st december 2018 due to rules of government that all debit card will be used only which have a chip.

                          After that, i have visited 4 to 5 times of my branch (Chandkheda) and every time they told me that the new debit card will come at your doorstep within a week. That matter has taken now 3 months, and i am still not getting my new debit card.

                          So, request to kindly provide the proper details regarding my debit card and when i will be getting that.

                                  मैंने 14 मार्च 2019 को pos मशीन में payment करने के लिए एटीएम ट्रांसक्शन किया, पर अगले के खाता में पेमेंट नही हुआ, और मेरे खाता से 5147 रुपये पेमेंट हुआ है ऐसा दिख रहा है।जिनको पेमेंट किये उसके खाता में पेमेंट स्टेटमेंट में नही दिख रहा है, जबकि मेरे खाता स्टेटमेंट में 5147 रुपये पेमेंट दिखा रहा है।
