I was done pos transection with bank of india master card of rs 2598.50 at central mall gurgaon at 9/01/2019. Money is deducted but transection is failed for this transaction. I was filled online form regarding this at boi website. But i have not got any money back or any other reply. My pos reference no pos[protected]. I was called the bank of india customer care but they only doing time pass. Please resolve my issue.

    But when any upi based app send sms to verify my account it shows my number is not registered to bank. I already visited the home branch of my bank they say there is no problem from their side i complained online but don't get any response

        Sir, i am a costumer of bank of india amla town branch. When today dated 07/01/2019 at 1:30 pm when i visited bank for depositing the amount of rupees 3000 which was the 300 coins of rupees 10 the cashier mr. Ajay anand dwivedi refused to deposit coins. Then i informed the branch manager of bank of india amla town branch mr. Rohit ranjan about the refusal of depositing coins by cashier, he also refuses me and told that "we can't deposit it, where do you get these? Return it there only."
        Sir, i want to ask that where should i go to deposit them. Is the coins are valid currency? Or not? If yes then why such banks refuses to deposit coins. If not then why the government of india is not demonetizing coins.
        Sir it's my humble request that you should take necessary action against the cashier, branch manager and bank also.
        Kindly inform me about my complaint request as it result.

          I purchased an item from snapdeal and paid rs 483 through phone pay but as item was not satisfactory i returned the item. On 21dec 2018 phone pay refunded my money to the bank.
          Through various follow ups phone pay confirmed me that they have refunded the money and to contact the bank after 30 dec 2018 if didn't receive the amoun.
          Then i tried bank of india customer service but it never returned my calls.
          It's 19 jan 2019 now and i haven't got my money back.

            Dear sir/ma'am,

            I have made a upi transaction of rs.10000 on 24/11/2018 at 13:34 pm. The merchant have refunded the amount & merchant gave me refund reference number. 55 days has been passed but amount is not reflected in my boi account till now. I have contacted boi branch but they refused to help me telling that only customer care can help me. I have conacted customer care more than 7 times they alwasy given me new email ids to write mail to them. I have mailed to ""ho. [protected]@bankofindia.co.in, pos. [protected]@bankofindia.co.in"" 11 days ago. But i didn't got any reply from customer service. Kindly check with the issue and credit my refund as soon as possible.

                On 16/11/2018 a sum of 60800 false deposited in my account no [protected] by mistake of branch (Indira nagar, ujjain, boi, mp) ifsc bkid0009126 and on 22/11/2018 the same amount is reverted and at the same time the same amount of 60800 is leaned/ blocked from my account. Last three months my 60800 rupees are blocked due to bank’s mistake. Kindly look in to the matter otherwise the account holder will be free to complain in consumer forum help desk or above.

                        Please take in concern that the upi transaction which is done online is not working normally. The upi address cannot be activated. Due to this the one who sends money is not received by us ie bank of india account holders . The money which was sent was debited and was not refunded. Please take some necessary actions.
                        Your bank server didn't respond. Please tyr again.

                        in any up transaction to not work please resolve this.

But the said staff has not conveyed the proper info at one time... Apart from this he has misbehaved with me and telling that if you don't want to open the account with boi don't open.                                     This is very upsetting that though i am maintaining a balance of more than x lacs in my saving plus account, still i am imposed with illegitimate non-maintenance of aqb charges of rs. 236/- by the bank.

                                      On last week of november my father went to bank of india kamarhatti branch to ask if the chipless card has to be replaced by a new card with magnetic chip one. But bank personnel told that there is no such requirement to do such thing as their chipless car will will not stop working. Suddenly on 1st january 2019 while my father was paying my marriage shopping bill via boi atm card, transaction got declined showing massage 'the card have been blocked'. We have to abort our marriage shopping as we had no cash and was also unable to withdraw cash through atm. After visiting the branch they told that we shall get chip atm card in our address by that week (5th of january 2019).
                                      Today is[protected] and my marriage is on 18th january. All shopping and rituals is pending only due to bogus bank of india service. Our family might face both financial and social crisis. Even after knowing this bank of india personnel have told us today ' wait for 10 more days, what can we do? Don't make disturbance here'. After talking with strict voice then they arranged a insta card but have told that it might not work and we have to wait for at least 10 days.
                                      My marriage is on 18th january. They will charge for 2 cards both for insta card which have been issued after giving pressure but will not work and our personalized card which we have not received or might never received. How can you such public sector bank cheat with us!!! If anything went wrong in our family i shall take this matter to media. Kamarhatty branch of bank of india is the most third class bank where a fourth class staff named 'subrata' shows attitude to customers. And a personnel who was sitting just right side of assistant manager (A&s) mr. Pm ghosh and was talking to the customers came with atm card block complain was continuously telling that 'what can we do?, wait until you receive the card by post and don't disturb us, '. Even after telling that we have marriage and begged for help he told take this insta card but this will not work and don't disturb.

                                        I had purchased a wooden bookshelf from amazon on 15th November 2018 and the cost of the product was Rs. 9490.

                                        Since i was not satisfied with the quality of the product, i had returned it back to amazon. for refund of amount Rs. 9439 upon various followups with Amazon, they sent me below mail where they had confirmed that they have deposited the amount to my account no. [protected] ( Munesh Kumari Malik ), but till date i haven't received my refunded amount.

                                        Refund Reference Number for the said transaction is[protected].

                                        But till date i haven't received refund amount of Rs. 9439 in my account.

                                        In case you are not able to see this transaction, amazon have also mentioned how it can be seen. See below quote from their email:
