I had purchased a wooden bookshelf from amazon on 15th November 2018 and the cost of the product was Rs. 9490.
Since i was not satisfied with the quality of the product, i had returned it back to amazon. for refund of amount Rs. 9439 upon various followups with Amazon, they sent me below mail where they had confirmed that they have deposited the amount to my account no. [protected] ( Munesh Kumari Malik ), but till date i haven't received my refunded amount.
Refund Reference Number for the said transaction is[protected].
But till date i haven't received refund amount of Rs. 9439 in my account.

we have done one lac transaction via paytm, but the transaction has been failed and amount has been deducted from my bank of india account. 10 days have been passed still the amount has not been refund...
