Dear sir,
I have a saving account in bank of india.

On 21-may-2018, rs.1300 were deducted four times from my account on doing online electric bill payment of rs.1300.
This is due to problem in bank server showing error after all four attempts to pay bill.

But after 5 minutes i received four sms indicating rs.1300 deducted 4 times from my account.

My bill was also paid from one transaction but rs.1300 were deducted 3 times extra from account.

On complaining on bank of india website at 'failed transactions refund claim' link the bank has refunded rs.1300 a single time only.
The bank of india has not paid me remaining rs.[protected] × 2).

I complained again on bank's website in 'bank level refund' link to get remaining rs.2600 but till now the status is showing that 'we are looking into the matter'.

From four debit transactions of rs.1300 one succeeded and one was refunded, so i should get rs.2600 from the bank.

I visited bank branch (Kalamna branch, nagpur) many times but the bank branch is also not responding positively to refund back rs.2600.

    I have account in bank of india satgachia branch burdwan. I have got transferred to near my home town bt my account have not been transferred. I went to near by branch of bank of india burnpur (Paschim burdwan) and requested for issue of passbook of my account of satgachia branch. They simply denied to issue the passbook as i didn't had account in the burnpur branch. Just to issue a passbook should i have to travel again 165km to satgachia branch. Wen i asked the branch manager he told me that there is shortage of passbook so it can't be issued.
    What kind of customer service dose branches if bank of india provides it is very humiliating that only for issue of passbook i have to travel 165km to another branch where i have account

      I have booked 2 tickets with bookmyshow site which amounted me to 433.92 on 14 december 2018. But it was failed due to some technical issues.
      So they processed the amount to my bank account on the very same day.
      By today, 27th december, i was supposed to get back my refund amount of433.92 in my bank account but haven't got it yet.
      Please help me get my refund back

        I had done a transaction at BOI atm on date 03.12.18. But atm could not dispense the money and same amount has been debited from my account.I had file a request to bank of India failed translation online page.After that i contacted several times to customer care of BOI but every time they ensure me that your refund will be credited in your account in some days. But amount could not refunded till date. The customer care executive also directed me to file a complaint by mail to "ho.[protected]@bankofindia.co.in " and " headoffice.[protected]@bankofindia.co.in".

            I opened a back account on 18th december 2018. They asked me to come next working day so i went there and then they told me that atm card isn't available right now come after 1 day. So i went again and they made the same excuse, so i went again today and they asked me to come after 15th january 2019.
            I askef them to activate my internet banking so that i could transfer money as i had to pay my college fees.
            They said come after 15th january.

                I have been receiving messages from boi star connect, pipes, gnanam from quite long time. I don't have any account with boi but still receiving messages like adding as beneficiary account within 24 hrs. Please check and remove my number from your database. These messages are making me irritating and there is a chances to do any mischievous activities. Please take immediate action.

                    I had booked my bus ticket online using this account and the amount has been deducted twice but the tickets are unbarred due to non payment soo please investigate and provide us the solution i had booked the ticket on[protected] i thought the money will he refunded with in the 3working days of bank but the amount has not been refunded sooo i would like to bring it to your notice please make sure thr amount will be refunded to my bank account peenya branch

                      I have been trying to add my mobile no in online banking service and all other upi service for last 15 days but it's not getting added. I met to branch for mobile banking they suggest me online banking i did the same but could not add mobile no. Every time trying to add it's showing disabled service. I even called customer care they also couldn't help. Nither the branch could help me out to activate mobile no for any online activity.

                        My account has balance of rupees 500, but i am not able to use them nor transfer them niether withdraw them literaly, my money is blocked in account
                        When i called to customer care he says that my balance is showing as lien balance, and i dont even had an idea about it that wen my main balance turned to lien balance
                        My atm is also not working worst case, cant even login to star token app

                          When I booked my ticket through paytm but due to some reason transtion was failed but from my account money was deducted .I was talk to paytm customer service then he replied me your money has proceed by paytm contact your bank

                            I tried to withdraw money from an atm in the evening of 17 dec 2018. I entered the amount rs500. It was processed and at last wrote "transaction time out". My money was debited and still i have not received the return.

                            This is not for the first time. Bank of india is now giving the worst service. It's upi rarely works. Maintenance of it's app are poor. Bank refuse to print the passbook if you have done many online transaction stating upi's are fake and illegal.

                              Last week i withdrawed money from my atm account.. I withdrawed rs. 400 from my atm account. I dint get the cash in hand but at the same time immediately i got a message in phone saying that the amount rs. 400 is debited. This is a problem which recurrently. Please see to that this doesn't happen again and please transfer my money as soon as possible.

                                On saturday 15th december 2018 my son went to sbar bank in kazakhstan with visa atm card ending xxxxxxxx4774 a withdrawal of rs. 10034.09. The money is not dispensed but debited from my account. I think it was not mistake from kazakhstan sbar bank. My son also went to sbar bank and ask about the money but thay told him its the mistake of bank of india. So please refund the money on an early date as possible.

                                      On october 9th there were two transaction failures. I have raised complaint for both transactions at online web portal and also called the branch for request processing. Amt of one transaction was credited back on 17th november and other failed transaction is not yet processed. I have raised complaint again. No measures has been taken yet.

                                      And all the they are not giving any proper information regarding the refund period for transaction failure. At time they are saying 31 + 2 days, at other 41 days and again i[censored] call they are saying 45 days.
