Myself pruthviraj.
I am existing customer of bank of india and my account number is - [protected]. When i was traveled in manali i made one payment of rs. 24000/- on 18th feb 2019 to bharat booking services. But due to some problem payment has not been received by next party and the same amount also got debited from my account.

I request you to please look in this matter and sort out this at earliest as this is very huge amount for me.

      My card is not working properly the value got deducted when swiped but the party haven't received the money and afterwards my money also not get refunded. It's for the third time that my money got deducted but the transaction got failed. Kindly refund the money and suggest me some further steps to be taken to resolve the problems.

        I ordered a racquet from amazon and during cod i swipe my card, first time it shows decline then i swipe it again but my money is deducted in both the attempts on 14 feb and i complain to boi through the email to the email address of boi call centre 26 feb and also i submit a form of complaint of online pos transaction but no action will be taken by boi and my money is not refund yet. My complain reference no is pos[protected]

          Pos transaction dated 09-nov-2018 was not credited/ transferred to the merchant. It was deducted from my account immediately without crediting to merchants account. Merchant has confirmed me with his transaction statement as well.

          I tried doing pos transaction however, the transaction failed and to my surprise, the amount of 11970 is deducted instantly. I completed my transaction at the store through another card, as the merchant said that the bank will return the money (If deducted) in 2-3 days.
          I waited for some days, but it never got reversed. I went to freeganj branch, ujjain for resolution. But it wasn't entertained. I was suggested by the staff that i have to complain to banking ombudsman for resolution.

          I tried registering a complaint on boi grievance portal. But not got any response even after 20 days. Could you please look into the matter and update the status. My almost 12k is in dispute and its already more than 3 months passed after the incident.

          I applybfor train ticket from ixigo app but due to online bill pay is fail ticket is not finalise while my ammount is debited from account. Date - 28/02/19

          Howbmuch time we wait for d refund.
          The transaction was declined by the remitter bank.Amount should not have been debited from your bank account.
          From USA on my partner send money via bank transfer .He successfully make my payment but I didn't receive this money .please help me what I do please show me a way

            This is my second complain here, after this i will complain to rbi because one month has been passed but my money is still not refunded... On 2 feb money was deducted by atm but not recievd, i complaint many times even the bank manager denied to help, no response from
            Call center and atm reversal department... This is my last request to plese return my money with in 2 days otherwise i'll complain in rbi now

              My account number is [protected]. On 5th feb 2019 Sbi deducted Rs12 from my account. When i asked why you deducted then customer care told me its SMS charges. But on 1st march they deducted again Rs12. Rs12 is for 3 months but they are deducting every month When i called customer care then they told me we can not help you and they put my call on hold. Sbi bank is cheating customers. Please do the needful.

I have verbally complaining the matter to the officials of Bank of India for nearly three(3) months. I lodged the complain in the prescribed form and also submitted the statement of the vendor. But still now the money not credited.

                I have appealed for closuer of my sb a/c dated 11/12/2017. But still now it has shown open. Neither my balane has transferred. Also my lpg gas subsidy has transferred to the above mentioned a/c. Kindly close my sb a/c and transferred the balance to my another bank. The details is also mentioned in letter which was given to your bank dated 11/12/2017.

                  SBI now became a begger bank.. Not at all supporting people only money motive I have issues with upi transactions but that ### fellows not allowed me to transfer via upi ... And they have very poor customer service .no one will taking care of our issues only deductions of money and un necessary charges applied worst bank ever call me on [protected]

                    When i was transferring money through paytm app using upi, the transection was failed and money deducted from bank account.
                    Its more than 1 week is completed buy i haven't received any refund of money. Please help. And also i balance deducted of 500rs from account 6-7month ago, but no transection history is given in passbook. Why this happened?

                    This is to bring to your knowledge that we are the esteemed customers of BOI at Pilibhit branch (UP). The rude behavior of the gatekeeper Dwarika Prasad at the branch has disappointed us and if met with the same in future may definitely harm the reputation of BOI.

                      आपसे निवेदन करता हूं कि मैने अपने गांव से बैंक ऑफ इंडिया शाखा देडतालाई से सन 2010 में उच्च शिक्षा (Engineering course from ips academy, indore) हेतु शिक्षा ऋण लिया था जिसकी राशि लगभग 3, 95, 000/- थी और मुझे इस राशि की केवल एक ही बार सब्सिडी मिली है । में और मेरा परिवार लगभग 1साल से बैंक के चक्कर काट रहे है परन्तु कोई भी समाधान नहीं मिल रहा है वहां के बैंक मैनेजर mr durga prasad, current managere, वह हर यही कहते है कि मेरे से पहले वाले जो मैनेजर थे तो उन्होंने आपकी सब्सिडी के लिए अप्लाई नाहि किया है जिसके कारण वो आपको नहीं मिली है परन्तु मुझे एक बार सब्सिडी मिली है क्युकी मैने पहली बार में ही सारे दस्तावेज जमा किए थे और इसके बाद हर साल बैंक मैनेजर की जिम्मदारियां होती है कि वो सब्सिडी के लिए अप्लाई करें परन्तु शाखा के मैनेजर की लापरवाही के कारण मुझे और मेरे परिवार को परेशानियों का सामना करना पड़ रहा है । में अपना लोन पूरी ईमानदारी के साथ भर रहा हूं और वो अब फिनिश होने वाला है ।मेरे दोस्तों ने भी वहां से लोन लिया है और उन्हें हर साल सब्सिडी मिल रही परन्तु में और मेरा भाई एक साल से बैंक मैनेजर से प्रार्थना कर रहे लेकिन कोई समाधान नहीं निकल रहा है ।

                      अतः में आपसे विनती करता हूं और में एक गरीब परिवार से ताल्लुक रखता हूं इसलिए मेरी परेशानी का समाधान करने का कष्ट करे में भविष्य में आपका बहुत आभारी रहूंगा।

                      और इस विषय में पूरी जांच कि जाए की आखिर सब्सिडी मुझे मिली नहीं तो गई कहा और शख्त से शख्त कारवाही की जाए।

                      I would like to request you that please take a serious action against bank and all the department of the banks related to this fraud, also take a action against bank managers of dedtalai branch's.

                          Dear sir.

                          My acct num is [protected]. Refering my order to amazon a transaction was made on 12 feb 2019. When i made payment by my debit card through amazon swipe machine brought by their delivery person two times an amount of rs 1120 was debited from my boi account. Total rs 2240 (Rs 1120+rs 1120) was debited from my account but amazon delivery person was saying both were failed transaction. I confirmed from amazon that they have not received any credit through pos. As on today i have not got refund of rs 2240. Already more than 7 business days passed. Kindly expedite.

                            I used my rupay platinum card for the booking of red bus ticket in the month of aug 2018 the ticket wasn't book but amount (965) was debited from my account. I filed a complaint 2 times at bank of india chandrapur (Jatpura gate branch) but after 6-7 months also i didn't get my amount back.
                            Every time banker told me to submit claim form and 2 times i submitted the same letter and form but never received any single mail or msg from bank.

                            I am requesting you to kindly go through this and do needful.

                              I have done a online transaction using my bank of india debit card of 1000 rs on 14th of february, 2019 at 2 pm around. But the transaction was failed. I have lodged a complaint using boi pos refund link on the same day. I have a reference id for my complaint. After 3 4 working days the money was still not refunded. So i went to my branch and lodged a complaint from there also on 19 th february 2019. But still now my refund is not credited. What should i do?

                              I did swipe 3 times in ATM machine I don't receive money from ATM machine. Amount had of1300 Rs. And 3 times debited 1300 Rs.

                                I gone through dmart... I swipe the card amount rs 2003.27 the amount got debited twice but transaction got failed i lodge the complain but till now i didn't get my amount... Please let me know how much time does it take more to refund as the bank of india gave me one reference number after lodging the complain... The staffs are so unresponsive they even don't listen our complain properly please let me provide the date of refunding of my debited money

                                    I am faiyaz ahmed bank of india nre account holder as of 31st of january 2019 i had attemp to withdraw an amount of 10000 rupee from gramin bank atm near gandhi maiden siwan but it was failed later i had wrote complaints to branch manager siwan he had said that within one week your money will reback but still havnt receive yet kindly i would humble request you to make necessary action on this regards

                                      Iam sai krishna jakkampudi

                                      Made 2 pos transactions at hyderabad with a merchant of rs 468 on 12/02/2019. Both of the transactions was failed and shown as transaction declined in pos machine of which money was debited twice

                                      I have been receiving messages from bw-boiind rs.4065 has been credited in your account xx0536 available balance rs.4078.34..

                                      I do not have any a/c with boi. Pls remove my mobile number (Protected) from database.
                                      Boi would be responsible if any problem occurs to my existing account and if my funds gets misplaced.

                                      I used Debit card to withdraw Rs. 5000/- from ATM of Head Post office, Mirzapur ahmedabad 380001. Amount of Rs. 5000/- has been debited from my account and ATM Machine could not provided cash. There is no credit information so far
                                      the transaction is done between 2.00 PM to 2, 25 PM on dated 14/02/19

                                        I am getting hoax calls from no [protected] that your account will be closed. If you want to open it please tell us card details today this call was
                                        Coming at 10.58 hrs. Similar call i have received from [protected] on 14/2/19.
                                        I understand that these calls are for fradulant transactions. But hope that these nos should be send to cyber crime authorities so that they can catch the thses cyber thiefs.
                                        Bank Of India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
