On 2 feb money was tranjection by atm but no money received, i have complaint online but nothing happened, even the branch manager denied to help just because complain was online, i called in atm reversal department but they never picked call

At least 100 mails i have sent to atm cell but i didn't get any help from anywhere

Now i don't understand what to do

When i made payment by my debit card through amazon swipe machine brought by their delivery person two times an amount of rs 1120 was debited from my boi account. I used my rupay platinum card for the booking of red bus ticket in the month of aug 2018 the ticket wasn't book but amount (965) was debited from my account. I filed a complaint 2 times at bank of india chandrapur (Jatpura gate branch) but after 6-7 months also i didn't get my amount back.
Every time banker told me to submit claim form and 2 times i submitted the same letter and form but never received...

I have done a online transaction using my bank of india debit card of 1000 rs on 14th of february, 2019 at 2 pm around. But the transaction was failed. I have lodged a complaint using boi pos refund link on the same day. I have a reference id for my complaint. After 3 4 working days the money was still not refunded. So i went to my branch and lodged a complaint from there also on 19 th february 2019. But still now my refund is not credited....

I gone through dmart... I swipe the card amount rs 2003.27 the amount got debited twice but transaction got failed i lodge the complain but till now i didn't get my amount... Please let me know how much time does it take more to refund as the bank of india gave me one reference number after lodging the complain... The staffs are so unresponsive they even don't listen our complain properly please let me provide the date of refunding of my...

I was swiped the card at automobile shop to purchase mudgad cost of 350/-.
First time transaction was failed but amount rs.350/- was debited from my account.
Second time swipe the card for rs. 350/- i got the slip.
So kinly look in to this issue & slove...

I am faiyaz ahmed bank of india nre account holder as of 31st of january 2019 i had attemp to withdraw an amount of 10000 rupee from gramin bank atm near gandhi maiden siwan but it was failed later i had wrote complaints to branch manager siwan he had said that within one week your money will reback but still havnt receive yet kindly i would humble request...

I am getting hoax calls from no [protected] that your account will be closed. If you want to open it please tell us card details today this call was
Coming at 10.58 hrs. Similar call i have received from [protected] on 14/2/19.
I understand that these calls are for fradulant transactions. But hope that these nos should be send to cyber crime authorities so that they can catch the thses cyber thiefs....

I have submitted all document with (Ppo, pan card, aadhaar card, death certificate of kailash dubey{my husband ac no.[protected]}, local address proof) with new open account for raj kishori devi ([protected]) in bank of india mairwa siwan bihar branch in month of november

Till now on 16 feb nothing credited in my account and no any matter reflected by the bank to me.
I m too much harrashed and tired with...

My money got deducted but no slip came out of the Pos machine, I called up the bank and customer care said file a complaint in website and I lodged a complaint but no response came, it is so annoying that this kind of service we are getting from the bank where no one is bothered to at least respond.
Time of transactions was 12th February 2019 around 9:30 am...

I have scratched the card 2days back (12/02/19)at BURGER KING PAVILION PUNE for the amount of 134/- but the swiping machine has shown that the Transaction declined.But the amount actually got deducted from the Bank of India(VISA) :[protected] my debit card .
SO PLEASE TAKE INTO CONSIDERATION MY REQUEST AND REVERT ME BACK WITH THE BEST RESULT.I will be hoping that my amount will be refunded asap...

I have maintained curren account with your taraori branch. On 15.2.2019 i went to branch for cash withdrawal of rs 5000. I gave the cheque to cashier mr. Gulshan chawla. He said there is connectivity problem. After 20 minutes i asked for payment but he said same problem. Then i went to admin officer mr pawan and ask is there any problem withsystem. I have a saving account in bank of india.

On 21-May-2018, Rs.1300 were deducted four times from my account on doing online electric bill payment of Rs.1300.
This is due to problem in bank server showing error after all four attempts to pay bill.

But after 5 minutes I received four sms indicating Rs.1300 deducted 4 times from my account.

My bill was also paid from one transaction...

Dear sir, rtgs of value rs 494000.00 was issued from your puri brach, odisha on dt 28.01.19, but the above amount could not credited to the party"s a/c due to mention of wrong a/c number. But the above amount is still not credited to our a/c though 17 days passed. Kotak mahindra bank, nariman point branch, mumbai is not cooperating.
It is too late, so we request to help us to reverse the amount to our a/c

I had done a amazon shopping... Due to some issues they didnt delivered the product, hence they have made refund to my account... But that amount is still not showing in my account. Its been 5 months the transaction occurred. Could you please help me out in this regard. I have complained regarding this to bank customer care and branch also but its of no use in my case.
