On saturday 15th december 2018 i went to boi atm ammaiyappa nagar in trichy17 with atm id icb8038 at 07:10 a. M. I punched on my icici bank kknagar chennai card ending xxxxxxxxxx4850 a withdrawal of rs.8500. The machine said transaction under process and within a minute my icici account debit message reached me in my mobile. But there was no macine counting sound of notes inside the macine but in the next 30 seconds a message was thrown on the monitor that transaction timed out. I think there was no cash on the macine. Immediately i have raised a complaint with my icici bank. There i understand they have paid boi. But bank of india are not looking the matter and refunding the money. Matter will be reported to rbi dbod if they do not settle the issue.

I transferred the amount of rupees 3032 on 10.12.2018 to the orange finance from Qpay website the amount debited from my account but not credited to the receiver they told like bank declined the amount please help me to reclaim the amount.

        money debited from my account today for trf

        Today i got a sms that, boi - rs 17.70 debited (Trf) smschrgsjul-sep18 gst cust 118 in your ac xx0634 on[protected].. Avl bal rs 343.24

        But why my money will debited from my account?

        And what is trf? Explain it.

        I want my money back as soon as possible.

        Please help me for the situation of my account.

        Few months ago i get the same sms in my mobile....

          Hi! This is saibala rout.. I had done 2nos transaction on 5/11/2018, at hansraj jewellers baramunda bhubaneswar..in between that 2nos transaction 1 transaction had success and another 1, money had deducted but not successful.
          The shop authority had informed to me, get the amount within 7working days i'll get my money. But not get.
          Than i visit to my bank, they said fill a application in online, i that also i had done. But not get that amount till now.
          So i want to know that amount i'll get or not.

            The problem is that the amount got deducted from my account, but the transaction was not successful since there is server issue. I want to know when my money is refund to my account...

                I tried to buy a sweater from a store. I used my debit cum atm card to do the transaction but it failed. I tried once again and it failed again. Both the times money got deducted but transaction wasn't successful. I applied for posting refund online at boi site. Amount of first transaction is refunded now but amount which got deducted second time is still not refunded. I tried a lot to apply for refund the second time but i guess there's some issue with the boi website as it's always show one message "as some error has occured while processing your request. Please try again".
                Kindly look into the matter.

                  I open boi account for salary but tank god not attached my salary account with boi, only open account with boi bank never attached this bank account anywhere. But last saturday i received one call those people ask me about otp. And tell we close your account.

                  If i never attached this account anywhere then how this info go to those people.

                  I think boi employee provide info to those people

                  On 11/12/2018 I got massage of deduction of Rs. 10000 .when I was entered my ATM card the current got of & I didn't get my money.plese help me to get my money back.
                  On 09 nov i'm using atm to withdraw money but suddenly atm stops and my money blocks in ATM . we can not recieved money but from my acc shows money was debited . bank can not give me specific responce . it take lots of time of 60 days . as same my friend's problem is solved by another bank in 6 days

                      I ordered one back pack through paytm wroth rs.1760 on 23ed september 2018 but some of reason i cancelled my order but refund is not credited yet. Paytm give me refund reference number

                        Actually i have done a payment of rs 3053 for examination through online. So the was deducted on 14th friday. So i didn't get any confirmation. It is asking again to pay. So again i paid the amount of rs 3053. So i faced the same problem. So next day again i paid rs 3053 so the was deducted again. So i am facing so much problem with these online transaction.

                          Loan manager provided date for renew kcc loan, i reached at 11:45 am. She told me you came late so i have no time already many loan i have renew. I have no time for today. You come another day. I have questions so why she provide date and also her free time? Why they are telling renew first then you will get your previous wages of my loan[protected].
                          And why worst behave of the lady and a broker of this bank (Well known tmc leader)

                              My name is abhishek kumar and i have a savings account in bank of india branch boring road patna. My debit card is expired 6 months earlier and i need money in urgent basis. Currently i'm living in delhi and i mailed to boi to transfer my account to delhi branch and i attached all the required documents like: account transfer application, aadhar card, passbook, address proof of delhi. But i didn't get any kind of revert back.

                              Earlier I courier all the documents along with debit card to the bank and I talked to one of bank officer to give my debit card to my relatives. Earlier he told me that he will to that but after sending to document when my relative visit to the bank they told me to come here otherwise I won't do. I told him sir I have all the details regarding my account and if you have any doubt then ask me about my acount and once when u will be confirmed that I'm the right person then give my debit card to my relative.

                                My name is rajani nair.. I have a account in bank of india, malviya nagar branch, account no - ending with 304. Recently i did two transaction from my debit card. The amount got deducted however, money has yet not been refunded to my account. It's been almost 45 days. I am so pissed off. I have also visited branch and submitted a refund form. It was told me that i will get the refund within 45 days.

                                First amount of rs 449 done for mobile recharge done on 17th oct'18. Complaint lodged and ref no - 061118data35062

                                Please look into this matter and kindly refund the money into my account as soon as possible.
                                I will be highly obliged to you if you take immediate action.

                                  This is to complaint against 2 employees working in bank of india lindsay street branch kolkata.
                                  I approached the bank to pay my university fees on 30th nov. They made me fill up a form and said the transition would be completed on monday. The following week i just happened to drop into the bank and discovered the transaction hadn't gone through because a detail was missing in the form. Again i was assured it would be done.

                                  On monday 10th december as i went to the bank to collect the payment receipt i was informed that there was no information given by the zonal office informing the branch whether the payment had been completed successfully. The bank employee then had the audacity to tell me that the zonal office wasn't picking up the phone, which was obvious because he was trying at 4 o'clock at the end of a working day. I was then made to go to b. B. D bagh to the zonal office to carry out the transaction myself.

                                  This negligence and inefficiency on the part of your bank employees has caused a delay in lodging my student visa. This delay of nearly 11days during which there was no communication from the branch is causing me to lodge my visa 20 days later. It was supposed to have been lodged on 12th dec.

                                  From 30th to 10th i had been trying the bank number and not once was the phone answered. I have the call log on my phone to prove the number of times i dialled the branch number. I even left my phone number and mail id so it would be convenient for the bank to contact me.

                                  I would be highly obliged if you would take these employees to task as i will be holding the bank responsible for any delay or hurdle in my visa process.

                                      Online examination fee registration rs 265 is debited from my account. Once again rs 265 is debited. But transection is failed. My form is not submitted.in third transection my payment is completed. Please refund my money. That means total 265 and 265 rupees are debited from my account. Please refund my money. And do process immediately. And refund my money.
