    I made a pos transaction through my rupay debit card on 2nd september 2018. Amount deducted but merchant had not received amount so i paid him cash also then i filled complaint at branch on 4 september 2018 as well as online mode through online website of bank of india but the amount has not refunded yet. I send the statment of merchant's september month to the bank of india's it department but none result is come yet

      Sir i miss pravasini mallik from koilipur kendrapada odisha. It is informed you that every letter is being delay the above pincode. I had been saying to prasanta mallik who is the post master of this post office but he is saying post peon refuse to delivery these letter. An atm card had despatched on dated 22/09/2018 from mumbai head branch of sbi but still i did not receive yet. I had complained in head post office madanpur. Nobody can respond me. Please sir take necessary action against prasanta mallik and runner sarbeswar mallik. Really sir there are so many conplaint against them.

        On[protected] i booked a ticket from bsb-mb on train begampura express (12237) transaction id:[protected], but due to some reasons ticket was not booked but the amount got deducted from my account and now in payment status it is showing "late confirmation received". Till now i have not received my refund. Please solve this issue as soon as possible.

          This is nadim ismail sayed having a savings account with bank of india would like to raise a formal complaint regarding a payment made on 16th november 2018 at the below address:

          Royal garden resort
          On mumbai - ahmedabad highway, before naigaon,
          Sasunavghar village
          Taluka vasai
          District - palghar

          While swiping the card on their machine, i got a message on my registered mobile number ([protected]) stating rs 8000/- had been debited from my bank of india account at the time 11.09 am. Please find attached cyber receipt of the same.

          However as per the hotel manager (Tushar) they never received any confirmation of the payment nor any receipt printed on the card swiping machine (No response from the machine). They also stated there was network issue at the time of payment.

          Due to the above mentioned issue, i had to take help from my friend who transferred the amount to my paytm account and made the payment of rs 8000 again.

          I have also registered my complaint on bank of india website under failed transaction refund claim with the reference number - pos[protected].

          Request you to please kindly look in to the matter urgently as i need to get the refund as soon as possible.

            By amazon i got refund for rs 1998 and they give me my amount refunded reference number but still that money was not credited on my account my reference number is[protected]. I called bank of india customer service on the very first time they said you have to wait for 10days sir after ten days i again called they said you should visit your nearest branch with this reference number and i visited bank branch too but they said your money was nit credited in your account its not a small amount to leave its 1998rs i need my money back.

                    I was gone for atm withdrawal from federal bank & it's information are :
                    Transaction date : 06/11/2018
                    Transaction amount : 5020/-

                    The problem is that the amount get deducted from my account, but the transaction was not successful & i haven't get money.
                    Sir, almost 12 days passed since this incident & i haven't got the refund yet.
                    So, i will be very graceful of you if you look into it & refund the amount as soon as possible.

                      I Abdul Basit Sharif want say that I'm student of B.TECH 2nd year from Bengal College Of Engineering and Technology.
                      I was gone for education loan in Bank Of India and I will given the all documents and the assistant manager of Bank Of India in Gomoh pin number-828401, was hide my documents and doing bad behaviour with my father and my father is a Loco Pilot (Railway Employee). Then after next day the all documents are gotten from her desk and then also the assistant manager is not doing my work by the way the senior manager is also saying that do her work of education loan but he attitude is badly and not good behaviour for respected people.
                      So, please it's my humbly request you to take a quick and better action for him for this i will very thankful for you.

                        On 18/11/2018, my account was was debited for two times of ₹ 2000/- without my permission.
                        I have not done those transactions but received sms regarding transactions. Kindly look into the matter and refund my hard earned money as soon as possible otherwise i will file a complaint against boi in rbi and will go to court and demand for compensation.

                            Dear Sir, I faced a transaction issue as it got failed and did not
                            deliver the money to me. It happened on 14th November 2018 and got the
                            message on screen "unable to dispense". I did not get any instant
                            message for the same. I got an email and SMS for the deducted amount
                            of 7000/-.

                            When I tried to fill the ATM Complaint at your official Website:
                            www.bankofindia.co.in
                            it asked 10 digits transaction number but what I got in email was of
                            12 digits so I was unable to fill the ATM complaint form. Kindly

Here all the staff along with the bank manager are not working their duties carefully.. Many of them are out of duty nd taking leave without any permission.. I said that bank manager...                                   On 5th November i was doing a payment of 12480/- to zoomcar but payment got failed and amount deducted from my account. till now i did not get my money back and no response from BANK OF INDIA also.
                                  Zoomcar also sent the proof that amount is not with them it got failed actually.

                                  This is very bad side of Bank of India.

Is your mum whether alive or not. That that's mean he told my mom is no more evan the account is active. It's hurt me alot. He is not a capable person for that seat...

                                    I have submitted the refund claim for the failed transaction at bank of india website of rs. 2261 inr at filling station on 15 october 2018. Till now i have not got the refund. There is also no system to track the complaint status so as to know the details of the process. Everytime the claim is being raised but still after one month i an not getting the refund. This is very ridiculous for such a reputed bank in india. Please look into the matter.

                                      On 25th sept, 2018 i tried to purchase sosme medicines for rs. 2, 788.00 (Rs. Two thousands seven hundred eighty eight) and gave
                                      My visa debit card no. [protected] attached to my staff pension ac no. [protected] to the chemist for said payment.

                                      However the chemist upon swiping the said card and insertion of pin by me, informed that my payment of chemist bill is not received upon swipping the card. He showed his pos machine also which displayed a message "declined".

                                      Thinking that perhaps i didn't put correct pin i again gave the same card towards payment of rs.2788/- however this second time also the payment was told by chemist as "declined".

                                      As i was urgently in need for medicine for my wife who was in nearby hospital i then gave to the chemist my debit card no.[protected] issued against my sb a/c no. [protected] for making payment of same rs. 2788/-. To my surprise this 3rd attemp also got failed.

                                      After 3 failed pos transactions, and in view o[censored]rgent need for medicines i deposited cash rs. 2788/- to the chemist and got the
                                      Medicines against cash payment.

                                      I may add that during this period of about 15-20 minutes my mobile was not working.

                                      However, when the mobile internet connectivity restored i saw 3 sms from boi showing that :

                                      1. My account no, [protected] was debited for rs. 2788/-.

                                      2. Another 2 sms also showed debit of rs.2788/- twice to my staff pension account [protected] with against debit card.

                                      I showed the 3 smss for debiting my aforesaid acccounts 3 times for rs.2788/- to the chemist "the pharmacy" i was informed that they will be receiving the statement for the day next morning, asked me'
                                      To come next day. However when i visited the said chemist next
                                      Day i was shown their banker's statement and informed that they
                                      Had not received the amount of cards swiped by them on 25-09-18.

                                      I lodged online complaints (3 nos.), thru bank of india website on[protected] requesting reversal of rs. 2788/-plus rs. 2788/- plus rs. 2788/- (Total rs. 8, 364/- for 3 transactions). I was given 3 acknowledgement ref nos. By email dtd.[protected]Same day) as:
                                      1. Pos[protected]
                                      2. Pos[protected]
                                      3. Pos[protected]

                                      On[protected]
                                      1. My a/c no. [protected] was (Finally) credited with rs. 2788/- 2. My account no.[protected] was also credited with
                                      Rs. 2788/- (Which was debited twice in 2 attempts) once only.

                                      However the failed trasaction for rs. 2788/- in account no. [protected], as per following detrails, is still to be reversed:

                                      It is over 45 days after filing of online complaint, my online request for reversal of failed pos transactioh is still not reversed,
