On 18/11/2018, my account was was debited for two times of ₹ 2000/- without my permission.
I have not done those transactions but received sms regarding transactions. Kindly look into the matter and refund my hard earned money as soon as possible otherwise i will file a complaint against boi in rbi and will go to court and demand for compensation.

On 10 october 2018, my account was unwantedly debited by rs. 370 and at that time i have no more money for my expense and i faced too many problems as i am in delhi at that time and when i checked the details it is not determined for what i was charged.
