my money was still not credited on my account

money debited from my account without my permission

On 18/11/2018, my account was was debited for two times of ₹ 2000/- without my permission.
I have not done those transactions but received sms regarding transactions. Kindly look into the matter and refund my hard earned money as soon as possible otherwise i will file a complaint against boi in rbi and will go to court and demand for compensation.

unwanted charges

On 10 october 2018, my account was unwantedly debited by rs. 370 and at that time i have no more money for my expense and i faced too many problems as i am in delhi at that time and when i checked the details it is not determined for what i was charged. On 5th November i was doing a payment of 12480/- to zoomcar but payment got failed and amount deducted from my account. till now i did not get my money back and no response from BANK OF INDIA also.
Zoomcar also sent the proof that amount is not with them it got failed actually.
