I have an sb a/c [protected] in bank of india and i have transferred rs 8000/- using imps on 26th oct 2018 at around 2.52pm to idbi sb a/c:[protected]. The imps ref no - imps/rrn/stcon/[protected]. Amount debited from a/c but not yet credited to recipient. Either initiate the tranc or refund the money into the account. Please look into this issue and resolve it as soon as possible....

This email would be regarding the status of my pending refund for the failed transaction on the myntra app, dated 13th of October 2018 on which I got debited without my order being placed

Initially I approached the service provider where I was told that the payment was stuck in the gateway and was never received by them and that I had to approach bank for...

Boi debit card was used at pos for an amount of rs. 5, 114/- the transaction was declined / rejected for the first time. The card was used again and it was declined / rejected for the second time. Then i had to use another bank card for the transaction.

Later on the day when the boi a/c statement was checked, i found that the amount was debited to my a/c. At least i should have received a sms for the amount debited.

During a transaction in a store, my money got deducted as the transaction failed. I have not received any message for this transaction on my registered number but when i get a mini statement in that it was mentioned. I am trying to contact the customer support team but none of the number is getting connected. I want to know the updates of my reversal....

I am hpgas distributor at jogeshwari west mumbai and have already submitted aadhaar copy of our consumer no 601251 (Aadhar no.[protected] and bank of india for lpg subsidy eventhough consumer not getting subsidy amout in hisy bank of india account every time error shown aadhaar number not mapped to account number so please resolve my issue as early as possible...

My account no.[protected]. I made a withdrawal from sbi atm on 13 oct 1018 but did not received money trough atm but got message of deduction of 1000rs and i did not received any amount. Still no reversal done for same.
Please resolve the issue on priority.

I had given written request on 09/10/2018 for my atm transaction failed issue (No money in the atm and my 2500 rs debited from my account number [protected]) bank of india account.
And also sending many mail to boi team but not recived any single reply. And also trying to talk but jo responce from boi.

On 9th october evening i went to axis bank atm near taratala auto stand to dispense some cash. I tried to dispense 6500/- twice from my boi card but it showed atm service is unavailable for both the atm machines. After 5 mins or so at 5.44 pm & 5.52 pm cash was deducted twice which became 13000/-.

I contacted immediately to boi bank and registered a complaint on that day but still the amount is not credited. Attached screenshot.br...

Bank of india was offering boi swasthiya bima policy to their account holders in assocation with national insurance. Suddenly they discontinue the scheme and ask to go for national insurance mediclaim or any other insurance company. Their premium was really low in compare to other insurance companies. Now national insurance is asking to pay 3 to 4 times more premium which is very high and unaffordabele. Bank of india can ask national insurance...
