My staff going to bank and one lady staff see receipts and when my staff asked payment receipts she broke and tell to my staff come tomorrow and take money, my lady staff told to me bank didn’t give her money, in isri bazar bank of india staff do it with many people but here low educated people that’s why not any person complains this issue. Here bank staff rule in bank because here not too much bank. Kindly see this issue and take action why bank employee broke receipts poor people ask there own money not bank money thanks

    I am not be able to recieve any amount which has been deposited to my account.. It happened twice with consecutively from two other banks... The transaction was normal but for the past week i am facing this problem.. I have also contacted the bank but the issue is still unresolved... Kindly look into the matter.

        My access to star token is blocked. It gives me error "too many additional authentication attempts" this error started coming all of sudden on 12th oct. Till 11th oct it was working fine on all my devices.
        I uninstalled and reinstalled this software on all 3 devices, still no use.

        I cant access via browser as it says i m already registered for star token.

          Hi..
          I ordered a product from amazon and then i went on to cancel it, the amazon team refunded my money but it is yet to arrive in my bank..
          I bought the product on 11/10/2018..
          I received the confirmation of refund on 14/10/2018
          Today is 27/10/2018, it has been more than 12 days but i am yet to receive my refund
          My refund reference number = 128258

          Please make the refund fast..
          If in 5 working days i do not get my refund then trust me i'll post thos on facebook and make a video out of it on youtube..!
          Bank of india is the slowest bank i have ever used..!

            I have an sb a/c [protected] in bank of india and i have transferred rs 8000/- using imps on 26th oct 2018 at around 2.52pm to idbi sb a/c:[protected]. The imps ref no - imps/rrn/stcon/[protected]. Amount debited from a/c but not yet credited to recipient. Either initiate the tranc or refund the money into the account. Please look into this issue and resolve it as soon as possible.

                Dear Sir/Madam,

                Greetings of the day !!!

                This email would be regarding the status of my pending refund for the failed transaction on the myntra app, dated 13th of October 2018 on which I got debited without my order being placed

                Initially I approached the service provider where I was told that the payment was stuck in the gateway and was never received by them and that I had to approach bank for the refund.
                Later, after approaching bank of India, I receive a mail from the bank stating that the payment was released to service provider and now it was their responsibility to initiate the refund(The screenshot of which I have attached along with this mail).
                And lastly when I spoke to the representative from myntra they informed me about refund already being processed and also provided me with the transaction IDs for better clarification.

                  Boi debit card was used at pos for an amount of rs. 5, 114/- the transaction was declined / rejected for the first time. The card was used again and it was declined / rejected for the second time. Then i had to use another bank card for the transaction.

                  Later on the day when the boi a/c statement was checked, i found that the amount was debited to my a/c. At least i should have received a sms for the amount debited.

                  Now, after submitting the reversal form at the branch, just crossing my fingers for the reversal to happen. Today is the 4th working day since i had filed the complaint.

                  They should rename the bank as looting bank of india.

                      During a transaction in a store, my money got deducted as the transaction failed. I have not received any message for this transaction on my registered number but when i get a mini statement in that it was mentioned. I am trying to contact the customer support team but none of the number is getting connected. I want to know the updates of my reversal.

                                  I had given written request on 09/10/2018 for my atm transaction failed issue (No money in the atm and my 2500 rs debited from my account number [protected]) bank of india account.
                                  And also sending many mail to boi team but not recived any single reply. And also trying to talk but jo responce from boi.

                                  Also trying to call lodge on boi website for atm failure transaction refund process.
                                  All boi team said you money will come after 5 or 6 days but today 15 days gone still no activity from boi.

                                      My name is dr juhi gupta. I had an sb account with the bank vide ac no: [protected] at the indirapuram branch. The customer id is[protected].

                                      I also had a locker facility at the bank with locker number 27. The locker was started on 16/4/2008 along with an fd for an amount of 10, 000. I had not operated the account for sometime. The fd sl no: is a0007563 dated 16/4/2008.

                                      A few days back i went to the bank to close the locker and my fd. To my utter shock i found that my locker had been handed over to someone else on 28/11/2017 without any communication to me or seeking my concurrence. I had absolutely no intimation about the same. The keys of the locker are also still with me.

                                      The bank personnel were not able to give me any satisfactory answers on how this could have happened. I could not meet the branch manager as he was not available.

                                      I submitted a letter on september 10th, 2018 to close my fd and transfer the amount to my sbi account number [protected]

                                      It has been more than a month now and i have not received the amount.

                                      There are two very serious issues here:
                                      1. Closure of my locker without any intimation to me
                                      2. Failure to credit the matured fd amount to my bank account basis the letter the submitted, even after 40 days of submission of the letter

                                      Please look into this and do the needful at the earliest. I am adding photographic evidence of my account, locker, and passbook.
