    I have current account in your bank that account number is [protected]. I was making an online imps payment of rs 40, 000/- (Forty thousand) txn number is imps/rrn/stcon/[protected] as on 10/01/2018. But the transaction is rejected by bank rejection txn number imps rej:[protected] as on same date than this amount goes on lien balance. Second transaction of imps payment of rs 30, 000/- (Thirty thousand) txn number is imps/rrn/stcon/[protected] as on 10/01/2018. But this transaction also rejected vide imps raj:[protected] as on same date online statement attached. You are requested that please convert this total rupees 70, 000/- (Seventy thousand) lien balance in my main balance account as soon as possible.

        Sir,
        On 05.12.2017 i had a transaction through poi machine of 24456/- at srijoni healing home, kolkata for hospital charge. The said transaction was declined but still the same amount was deducted from my bank account. On 12.12.2017 i approached to my bank branch (Basirhat branch) & submitted a written application to the bank manager for the reversal of deducted money. I collected a attested copy of the merchant's (Receiver) poi statement for the date which is attached. Also, on 21.12.2017 i claimed for that money online through "poi failure refund" form on the bank's website (www.bankofindia.co.in) & got a reference no which is attached herewith. Nothing was refunded. On 26.12.2017 i e-mailed to the bank's call centre (Copy attached) for the same matter but got no reply till date.

            My name is bhupendra, on 15 jan, monday visited bank of india atm in tumsar branch atm no - ctu 9001. As the withdrawal process was going on, machine started counting the cash. But cash not withdrawal. I wanted to withdraw rs.2000. It was debited from my account but i didn't receive it. So please check & refund my account on urgent basis.

My two transactions detailed below are failed and till date amount is not credited in my account. I have submitted required format in the branch but no response received from branch.

              1) rs.750/- :- pos croma - 21/10/2017
              2) rs.12000/- :- pos sindal tyres sales - 11/12/2017

              Now i request the amount should be reversed in my account with interest.

                  I have an account in your bank at alipirduar branch a/c no.[protected]. When i went to the branch on[protected] at 3:20 for my account updatation, the guard misbehaved & rudely told me to leave the bank for no reason. On the other hand my son named spandan bhowmik has an account on the same branch, he applied for atm card on multiple ocations. But they have never delivered it. They lost it the last time and told him to apply...

                  Mera bank of india me account hai aur mera net banking block hua tha isliye maine unblock ka form bank me submit kiya tha aur muze new net banking password post se mila hai lekin activation code mang raha hai wo muze ab tak mila nahi hai esliye muze bahut problem aa raha hai aur mai pichale 1 month se bank of india ke customer care ko lagatar din me 2 se 3 bar phone karta hu wo bhi 20 se 25 minute tak connect rahata hai aur automatic cut hota hai esase mai bahut pareshan hu to jald se mera problem solve karo..

                    If bank should charges every month or quarterly such hidden charges then i should withdraw my complete services from bank of india and shifted to another reputed bank.
                    Could you please check and confirm me reason for amount deducted.

                        I have a savings bank account with bank of india.
                        I got a debit card and set the pin.
                        However, as i forgot the pin, i tried to set the pin online.
                        Bank of india does not have a online pin reset option.
                        As i'm offshore for last 6 months and shall continue to be offshore for some more time to come, i woould like to reset my debit card pin online.
                        Bank of india insists that i have to go to branch and submit application.
                        Looking forward to bank of india to provide online debit card pin reset option.

                          Hello sir/mam i would like to inform you that i anurag singh coustomer of bank of india, branch of hardoi -241001, acc no: [protected].

                          On 8-1-2018 around 2:15 pm in the evening i had used axis bank atm (atm id-dpcn2462) in greater noida ( near parichowk tugalpur market) fo money withdrawal but the transaction got failed due to power cut but my amount gets deducted . No ups or generator facility available .
                          So kindiy i requested give back my money as soon as possible .

                            I booked one air ticked on 20.11.2017 through my rupay card of bank of inida for ras. 3008. Transaction was failed and i could not book the ticket. When i contacted your customer care, they said that amount is in bank of india gate way. It will be reversed within 3 days. Now morethan 45 days over. I have complainted with bank of india also. Still i have not received the refund. Pl look into the issue and credit the amount immediately.

                              But i got my passbook yesterday from bank.
                              When i opened my a/c, from that time i asked about my passbook from bank many time but they told me only one thing again and again "we hasn't been receiving passbook from upper department"
                              And i am not the single person who didn't recieve passbook there are lots of people who still didn't recieve their passbook.

                              Please please take action.

                                Just few days ago i was opend account in boi. At the time of opening ac i want atm as well as check book services i also submitted all required documents and completed all formalities but boi employee specially in rural area they didn't work promptly so customers should always loss those important time. Bank of india piserve branch employee didn't give me atm password they always told me unsatisfied reasons.
                                Bank Of India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                The toll free no provided in internet is not working. It rings till 15 mintes and then automatically disconnected.. The same process ih happend many times. One of my transaction is still remain pending for this reason.

                                  Boi - rs 47.20 debited (Trf) in your ac xx5625 on[protected].
                                  I want my money back in the account. I am student and i cant afford this to give 47 rs free in trf debit or anywhere. So i want my money back as soon as possible
                                  I am not satisfied with your services at all. Why this happened dont know. This is not the 1st time that i have charged like this. When this happened before i did let it go, but this time i will not do the same..
                                  I want to run resolve my issue at any way.

                                  Today (12.01.2018) I have updated my no. & apply for net banking after 8 hours I have received message i.e Rs 120 debited to ur a/c. Why? You people are sending lots of messages to update aadhar and other information than why you deduct Rs 120... You should pay my money... If you deduct money for transferring money, update mobile no etc then why should I keep your account.

                                  At least I will shut your account one day. Wait...day.

                                      My name is moulishree pandey, on 4 jan thursday i visited bank of india atm in civic center. As the withdrawal process was going on, machine started counting the cash n machine stopped working. I wanted to withdraw rs.2000. It was debited from my account but i didn't receive it. What should i do now. I visited somewhere around 6pm. Because machine stop working n it would take 15 mins i was in a hurry so i moved to another sbi atm and then axis bank atm there i got this information that money has been already debited bt i didn't get the received. I hushed to boi atm so the watchman said that i'll be recovered within 24hrs no one has dispensed it. M not much aware of how to use atm. For me it very important to get the money back as soon as possible. Please solve my problem.
