Dear sir/maam, my name is anupam kumar singh a/c-[protected] boi sonpura brnch sahasra bihar. Rs 2248 (Approx) loan show my account i am not know this transaction in my account plzzz solution my problem when contact branch manager, manager say frst to update passbook when manager see pass book then say given me a application. Me give a application few day again contact brnch manager asked this prblem brnch manager say contact customer care but customer care says contact your brnch plllzzz solve this problem. I am a bank of india customer, i have using net banking since 2 months on the starconnects site but now When i am logging my account I am getting error page which says that you have application setup error, contact your administrator so what should i do to fix it.

      I'm your customers in bhayandar west branch. Your cashier in this branch is very slow in transaction. Hi took 3 min to minmum to complete one transaction which 500 ₹ or 2 lakh ₹. Because of him i am let to my office more then 45 min. I get let mark & fine of₹300. When ask him to do fast then he told me now i'm going to do slower than this, don't argue with me otherwise i am gone to close the only counter which is running. When my turn comes to deposit the cash he refused.

        Hi My name is Lukesh Anand n im having my account in Bank of India i.e. located in Punaura Road .My account no. 46771011***14940 .Without prior information Rs.60 has been deducted from my account .For that i got one message in my registered mobile number.One more thing me n other consumers tell them to update our passbook we always get a same reply that the machine is damage .It's been approx 5 month and they don't do our updation.Sometimes they do updation n sometimes not..We consumers want a assurance regarding all these things.

          Dear sir/ma'am,
          I was doing an online transaction and its information are :
          Transaction date : 25/01/2018
          Transaction amount : 5225/-
          Transaction no as on passbook : medr/paytm/194614
          Account number : [protected]
          The problem is that the amount got deducted from my account, but the transaction was not successful since the page automatically got refreshed after entering the otp (And no money was added to my paytm wallet).

          Sir almost ten days has passed since this incident and i haven't got the refund yet. So, i will be very grateful of you if you look into it and refund the amount as soon as possible.

          Boi vpo chawinda devi branch opening is late almost 10:15AM. please solve this problem.

              Dear sir, link the consumer number adharcard and link the bank account, but not recive the gas subsidy, consumer number 32088051. Account number is [protected]. Bank of india. Gas agency me adhar number link hai, bank me bhi hai, lekin bank bola hai ki apka account npci se link nahi hai, isliye subsidy nahi aa raha hai. Please link the account number in npci.

              Dear sir je, mera gas subsidy nahi aa raha hai, bank me jane per manegar bol raha hai ki apka npci se account link nahi hai, manejar link bhi nahi kar raha hai, please mera account ko npci se link kar dijea, mera account number hai [protected]. Ifse code bkid0005771. Consumer number ko bhi adhar se link kara diya hu, mera adhar number hai[protected]. Please link the npci my account necessary. And taken the gas subsidy.

              IN JAN 29, I WITHDRAW 4000 Rs, BUT due to some problem in atm machine (lado sarai delhi ) didn't provide my amount .

              after that, when I check remaining amount it was deducted .

              so kindly sir give me suggestion about refund of many .

                BOI Customer care,

                I have been receiving debit and credit messages to my mobile number 95*****7132 for account # XX2070. Pls stop sending the messages since, I am not the correct recipient of the sms.

                I have tried calling up customer care support but there is no response. I am going to raise a concern in the online consumer complaint forum as well. Resolve the issue at the earliest.

                  Dear sir,
                  I purchased a retiree employee (Employee #139675) medical policy from bank of india patiala branch s c o 6-7, chhoti baradari, patiala (Punjab) 147001 on 01.11.2015 valid up to 31.10.2016, the policy was auto renewed by the bank for another one year wef 01.11.16 to 31.10.2017. On 3rd oct. 2017, i submitted a written request to the patiala br to discontinue the policy w e f 01.11.2017, following a mail to bank of india zonal office ludhiana on 04.10.2017. But the bank forcibly renewed the policy and deducted rs. 12333/- from my pension account on 30.10.17 which amounted to be a serious negligence on the part of the bank. Now for the last two and 1/2 months i have been requesting the bank to refund the premium. But the bank never bothered to make the refund of the premium amount. Kindly look into the matter and help me to get my money back with an interest of 18% pa wef 30.10.17 till date and a compensation of rs. 10000/- against the harassment caused to me.

                            Hello my debit card is locked, i’m trying to un block it but i can’t, their customer number is not correct, or false number and also i’m trying their landline but nobody is picking, if call connected they are taking long term me to pick up some times 30minutes to 1 hour, and also the debit card is not working for international transaction, although its a international debit card.

                              Respected sir i had booked honda shine through paytm my amt 58000 deducted from account but the transactions failed i had lodged complaint also in bank and paytm also paytm told u did online payment through your card not by paytm wallet bank will solve your problem it getting too much time more than 18 days still amount not credited to acc. Where is my money sir my comp.                                 Yesterday i recieved this message regarding the debit from my account of 120 rupees
                                Boi - rs 120.00 debited (Trf) in your ac xx0944 on[protected]. Avl bal xxxx.

                                But there was no such transaction that i have done. Please refund my money.

                                Deduction was without any cause kindly credit the money.

                                Kindly reverse and credit the money back.

                                      This complaint is in the view of non availability of customer support all the time esp saturday, sundays and on holidays. If we have any problem regarding my a/c from monday to friday, we can go to branch or call but what about about the holidays? This is a very pathetic thing about this bank, i have been calling since yesterday but no one is the to pick up the call and respond, needs to improve it.

                                        We requested your ghatkopar west branch, to close our cd a/c no. [protected], shree vani enterprises on 14/06/2017 and requested to transfer the balance amount to the savings a/c. Of the proprietor with the same branch. Everytime we follow up with the concerned people, they put some new excuses for not taking the action. First, they told us that there is no kyc (For current a/c. -???), we provided documentary proof of the kyc done for the proprietor a/c. Lastly they told us that we did not honour two forward contracts made in f. Y. 2006/2007. With much difficulties, we produced the documents alongwith your bank confirmation letter that we honoured the forward contracts. This was done about two months back, but till today, the a/c. Is not closed and balance is not transferred.
