I've purchased a clothes in raymond in on 03/01/2018 time 1:30pm, and swiped my boi debit card 2 time but my transitions is showing declined then my account is debited 2 time 1044+1044=2088 deducted from my account till now not refunded.

Hello my debit card is locked, i’m trying to un block it but i can’t, their customer number is not correct, or false number and also i’m trying their landline but nobody is picking, if call connected they are taking long term me to pick up some times 30minutes to 1 hour, and also the debit card is not working for international transaction, although its a international debit card....

Yesterday i recieved this message regarding the debit from my account of 120 rupees

But there was no such transaction that i have done. Please refund my money.

Deduction was without any cause kindly credit the money.

Kindly reverse and credit the money back.

This complaint is in the view of non availability of customer support all the time esp saturday, sundays and on holidays. If we have any problem regarding my a/c from monday to friday, we can go to branch or call but what about about the holidays?
