    Dear sir, link the consumer number adharcard and link the bank account, but not recive the gas subsidy, consumer number 32088051. Account number is [protected]. Bank of india. Gas agency me adhar number link hai, bank me bhi hai, lekin bank bola hai ki apka account npci se link nahi hai, isliye subsidy nahi aa raha hai. Please link the account number in npci.

    Dear sir je, mera gas subsidy nahi aa raha hai, bank me jane per manegar bol raha hai ki apka npci se account link nahi hai, manejar link bhi nahi kar raha hai, please mera account ko npci se link kar dijea, mera account number hai [protected]. Ifse code bkid0005771. Consumer number ko bhi adhar se link kara diya hu, mera adhar number hai[protected]. Please link the npci my account necessary. And taken the gas subsidy.

    after that, when I check remaining amount it was deducted .

      BOI Customer care,

      I have been receiving debit and credit messages to my mobile number 95*****7132 for account # XX2070. Pls stop sending the messages since, I am not the correct recipient of the sms.

      I have tried calling up customer care support but there is no response. I am going to raise a concern in the online consumer complaint forum as well. Resolve the issue at the earliest.

        Dear sir,
        I purchased a retiree employee (Employee #139675) medical policy from bank of india patiala branch s c o 6-7, chhoti baradari, patiala (Punjab) 147001 on 01.11.2015 valid up to 31.10.2016, the policy was auto renewed by the bank for another one year wef 01.11.16 to 31.10.2017. On 3rd oct. 2017, i submitted a written request to the patiala br to discontinue the policy w e f 01.11.2017, following a mail to bank of india zonal office ludhiana on 04.10.2017. But the bank forcibly renewed the policy and deducted rs. 12333/- from my pension account on 30.10.17 which amounted to be a serious negligence on the part of the bank. Now for the last two and 1/2 months i have been requesting the bank to refund the premium. But the bank never bothered to make the refund of the premium amount. Kindly look into the matter and help me to get my money back with an interest of 18% pa wef 30.10.17 till date and a compensation of rs. 10000/- against the harassment caused to me.

                  Hello my debit card is locked, i’m trying to un block it but i can’t, their customer number is not correct, or false number and also i’m trying their landline but nobody is picking, if call connected they are taking long term me to pick up some times 30minutes to 1 hour, and also the debit card is not working for international transaction, although its a international debit card.

                    Respected sir i had booked honda shine through paytm my amt 58000 deducted from account but the transactions failed i had lodged complaint also in bank and paytm also paytm told u did online payment through your card not by paytm wallet bank will solve your problem it getting too much time more than 18 days still amount not credited to acc.                       Yesterday i recieved this message regarding the debit from my account of 120 rupees
                      Boi - rs 120.00 debited (Trf) in your ac xx0944 on[protected]. Avl bal xxxx.

                      But there was no such transaction that i have done. Please refund my money.

                      Deduction was without any cause kindly credit the money.

                      Kindly reverse and credit the money back.

                            This complaint is in the view of non availability of customer support all the time esp saturday, sundays and on holidays. If we have any problem regarding my a/c from monday to friday, we can go to branch or call but what about about the holidays? This is a very pathetic thing about this bank, i have been calling since yesterday but no one is the to pick up the call and respond, needs to improve it.

                              We requested your ghatkopar west branch, to close our cd a/c no. [protected], shree vani enterprises on 14/06/2017 and requested to transfer the balance amount to the savings a/c. Of the proprietor with the same branch. Everytime we follow up with the concerned people, they put some new excuses for not taking the action. First, they told us that there is no kyc (For current a/c. -???), we provided documentary proof of the kyc done for the proprietor a/c. Lastly they told us that we did not honour two forward contracts made in f. Y. 2006/2007. With much difficulties, we produced the documents alongwith your bank confirmation letter that we honoured the forward contracts. This was done about two months back, but till today, the a/c. Is not closed and balance is not transferred.

                                Dear sir/madam
                                I am "manish bangari" staying in koper khairne, and having my pan card, aadhar card and electricity bill of my residencial address want to open an a/c in boi apmc branch which is near to my office location. But the managers of apmc branch (Navi mumbai) have rejected my a/c opening form and said to open the a/c in koper khairne branch which is to long from my residence. As our pm shree narendra modi said if you are having aadhar card and pan card then you can open an a/c in any branch of any bank all over in india. If apmc branch is near to my working location (Office location) then why they are rejected my application just for location issue.
                                I request you to please look in to matter and provide me the reason behind this ir-responsible behavior with me.

                                  I have activated my star token in 2011 once i just forgetten my password that's why i have regenerated my both the passwords but still now i am having problems and bank executives bothering me and regenerating my all the passwords only they are just fulls who don't know how to operate their star token they are just always suggesting to regenerate my both passwords only, whether i have facing problems with star token blocked, this is my fourth time password generation step still now i am unsatisfied with this bank and failed with bank support. And some more comments about boi, this bank has developed the internet banking which is more critical to operate for a user its not user friendly

                                    सर, मी आपल्या बँेकेचा खातेदार आहे. मंगळवारी (दि. २३) रोजी बँकेत पासबुक भरण्यासाठी उभा होता. त्या वेळी तुमच्या कर्मचाºयाने पासबुक माझ्या अंगावर फेकून दिले. यावर फोटो नाही. त्यामुळे मी बारकोड देणार नाही, तसेच प्रिटींग करणार नाही, असे म्हणून मला अपमानित केले. त्यानंतर मला पासबुक भरून देऊन त्यावर कृपया फोटो चिटकवा, असे लिहून दिले. तुम्ही कुणाकडे तक्रार करा, मी घाबरत नाही, असे उत्तर दिले. माझे सेलरी अंकाऊट आपल्या बँकेमध्ये आहे, ग्राहकाला अशा प्रकारे अपामानित करणे चुकीचे आहे. पासबुकावर फोटो असल्याशिवाय फोटो चिटकवू नये, असे नियम असल्यास तसे सांगावे. तसे मला कळवावे. संबधित कर्मचाºयांवर शिस्तभंगाची कारवाई न केल्यास मी आपल्याबँकेविरुद्ध अब्रुूनुकसानीचा दावा दाखल करेल, तसेच संबधित कर्मचारी रांग सोडून अनेकाचे पासबुक भरून देत होता, याची चौकशी करावी.

                                      Hello, i've made a transaction on (21/12/17) on paytm of (5900) due to server issues transaction failed and my account was deducted i've also raised a complaint in the bank for the same they told it will be done with in 10 working days and yet i havent received the amount looking which i againg went to the bank and asked about it they are saying it will be taking 45 days of time plz any ine help me out... I have my exam fees to be paid last date is 23/01/18

                                        I can used csp center for withdrawl process but transation can be failed and amout 2000 will be de debited from my a/c.
                                        But report show to failed the transation in that case so what are doing me please solve the my problem as possible as
