On, dt.[protected], at 03.00 p. M., i have deposited an amount of rs. 7, 500/- (Denomination details :- rs. 500x13nos., rs. 100x10 nos.) at cash deposite machine, bistupur, boi branch. The total cash wash received by the machine, and the machine displayed as link failure. Neither i receive any transaction receipt nor any sms alert. I visited the bank of india, bistupur branch on the same day & checked my account, which revealed no cash debit on the day. I shared the issue with the branch manager. He asked me to lodge complaint. I have submitted a written complaint at the branch. The manager assured me that he would assign the task to the concerned authorities. Since than i made so many visits at the bank but of no use. The bank authorities claims that the issue is not pending with them and advice me to come later. Simply they are killing time,
Please take necessary action regarding the issue and resolve the issue..
