    I am kanchan khanna (Senior citizen) having my bank account ([protected]) in bank of india (West patel nagar - n. D. Branch). On 13th nov, 2017, my account was wrongly debited rs 8500 (Master card recovery) by bank.
    I have visited bank and asking them for reimbursement of these charges or give me details but getting no response.

    I have been trying to contact Bank of India customer service number but no one is picking phone also. BOI we are not getting satisfactory service. my account has been wrongly debited of Rs 8500 on 13th Nov and since then I have been struggling to recover my hard earned money.

    By mistake transfer to money wrong person wrong account no [protected] b.o.i branch pusad holder name ankita maske ..please return this amount to my account number
    Bank don't inform me and the block my ATM I called lot of time in bank but they are no responding bank of India this is not called good service i[censored] can't provide good service to costumer than I have to close my account

        Yesterday i have paid loan amount of 10362 to earlysalary. Payment has been deducted from account but transaction has been failed. That's why i want refund. Please resolve this problem. Yesterday i did this payment to earlysalary at 5:15 pm.

          I was put a cheque no 920414 dated on 29/11/17 of sbi bank lalmati at bank of india taljhari (4462) branch dist-sahibganj. But bank till now not clear how to work this type service from bank. I ask manager why not clear my cheque then manager told me when my staff going to remittance then carry and deposit in clearness bank.

          So plz look my problem soon as possible.

            I approached bank of india, sikidiri for an educational loan and constantly my father is running to and fro, to so called a public bank - the bank of india at sikidir (As i am a resident of sikidiri ranchi jharkhand) which was unfortunately meant to serve the rural public and not its laad saab sitting there in ac.
            I am a student of soe cusat kochi kerala india doing my undergraduate course in electronics and communication engineering which has got a very reputed placement track.
            As per rbi regulatory i am eligible for an education loan. But suddenly one day, the so called public servant, the bank manager, sikidiri branch bluntly said no to my education loan without mentioning any concrete reason behind the denial. My loan amount is also very less and as per rbi directive, no security is needed for an amount below 4 lakhs. Even when my amount is less than 4 lakhs, so much arrogance at sikidiri branch manager's side puts him into serious question of misuse of power at a responsible position where he is answerable to the republic

              An amount of rs 87424 was debited from my account instead of credit without any prior intimation on november 30 2017
              Instead that amount had to be credited
              Kindly sort this out right now otherwise i will persue this legally.
              When i asked for clarification no response has come from the bank
              How can you take away my money without taking my permission
              Their customer service numbers are also not attending any calls
              Brach people also is very reluctant to help
              I need my money that will have to be back

                    Bank of india — upi transaction failed

                    I did transaction through tez - google app and it was failed at 20th nov 2017 02:57 pm for rs 5000. Still my money not reversed into account. I have submitted online complaint via bank website
                    First amount got debited and then it was reversed immediately. But after 4 hours again my account got debited for rs 5000 against same upi transaction id.

                      Mera ac aap ki amla branch me hai mai apne khate me scholarshi ki rashi prapt karna chata hu or mere pass pass book nahi is liye mai new pass book lena chahta hu. Lekin har din passbook printing machine ka technical issue bat k wapse kar diya jata hai. Mai student hu or mai bhopal me study kar raha hu. Bhopal se mai keval passbook lene aaya hu mai meri or mujhe passbook nahi di ja rahi hai.

                        For some transaction i swiped my debit card for payment. The amount rs.15, 500 was deducted twice whereas the payment was made only once. The transaction was made on wednesday i. E 22/11/2017 and its been 5 days since, and i've not received my money back. Please look into this as soon as possible. When complained to the bank they asked to wait for 3-4 days. Its more than 5 days.

                            Last 2 month before my bank atm expired. And bank deducted maintenance charge. But sir till date not received my bank atm.. Four five time visit bank but employee said that atm is coming... But sir without atm my lost of time waste.. Bank manager mostly out of bank.. Bank employees work is not proper..                               Dear sir/madam,

                              Myself prafulla p kadam having a nre account ([protected]) with bank of india. Since i oped an account in kalabadevi branch, mumbai, i did not receive any good service from them. I never saw such worst service in my whole life.
                              Then i transferred my account to bhandup, mumbai branch. I requested their for my online service. I received transaction and login password from them but i am still struggling for my user id. I tried to call customer care on[protected] but last 12 mins the bell was ringing and no representative get available. So i tried to send mail on boi. [protected]@bankofindia.com but it also failed.
                              Hence anyone can help me to sort out my problem. How can i get my user id???

                                  1) whenever i try to create new user, every single time, i get some sysyem error. And i am unable to register. Please address my problem as soon as possible. This has already wasted a lot of my time.2) also i am unable to link my account to apps like phonepay or tez. I don't have a joint account and also the right mobile number is linked with the account.

                                    On, dt.[protected], at 03.00 p. M., i have deposited an amount of rs. 7, 500/- (Denomination details :- rs. 500x13nos., rs. 100x10 nos.) at cash deposite machine, bistupur, boi branch. The total cash wash received by the machine, and the machine displayed as link failure. Neither i receive any transaction receipt nor any sms alert. I visited the bank of india, bistupur branch on the same day & checked my account, which revealed no cash debit on the day. I shared the issue with the branch manager. He asked me to lodge complaint. I have submitted a written complaint at the branch. The manager assured me that he would assign the task to the concerned authorities. Since than i made so many visits at the bank but of no use. The bank authorities claims that the issue is not pending with them and advice me to come later. Simply they are killing time,
                                    Please take necessary action regarding the issue and resolve the issue..

                                        I have my operating bank account with bank of india barwaha. The account is in operation from approx 7-8 years as far as i remember.

                                        I have notified the bank regarding my atm expiration. The new atm card has been issued to me approx 18 months back. However the card is not working since then because of wrong pin {as previous pin is not working}. Bank of india barwaha is unable to help me since 18 months.
                                        I am worried is it take more than 18 months to generate and deliver pin to customer.
                                        I have visited the bank multiple times but my request has not been addressed yet.

                                        Could you please help / advice me in this regard

                                        However the only feasible solution i have left with are mentioned below.

                                        1. Withdraw the complete amount from my account.
                                        2. Close my account and switch to some other bank.

                                        Currently, my family have 3-4 bank accounts with boi, please suggest is this the only way out for the same

                                        I am not mentioning my bank account details because of security reasons.

                                        In the past, i faced the issue wrt to issuance of atm card, please refer the below mail thread.

                                        Sorry to say sir, but world is moving over agile and delivering solutions in a day/week but it seems boi is working in the reverse direction.

                                        Please let me know in case the issue is unsolvable so that i can find some other alternative for the same.
