Dear sir/madam,

This is to inform you that i had purchased bigbazaar profit club membership card of rs 10100/- using boi debit card. When we first time swap the card the generated charge slip showed the transaction failed but amount of rs.10100 debited from my account. I also lodged complaint in bank with ref. No. 031117data95608 but no action was taken.
All details are enclosed in picture.

        I have an account with bank of india, ghuma ahmedabad branch and my account is [protected], i have transferred an amount of rs.30100/- to my own state bank of india account on 18 nov 2017. Amount has been debited from my boi account and not credited to my sbi account.

        My transaction number is : imps/rrn/stcon/[protected]

        I have attempted so many time at their customer care number but no one is responding.

        You may please forward my issue to concerned authorities and resolve as early as possible

            Dear sir/madam,
            I have deposit a cheque for clearing on 26.10.2017 but till date my cheque is not cleared and payment is not received in this reference i want to know answer of following question:
            1. What is the timeline for realization of local and outstation cheques?
            As per rbi following guidelines has been issued for timeline for realization of local and outstation cheques.
            Local cheques
            Local cheques are payable within the jurisdiction of the clearing house and will be presented through the clearing system prevailing at the centre. Credit arising out of local cheques shall be given to the customer’s account as indicated in the cheque collection policy (Ccp) of the concerned collecting bank.
            Notwithstanding to the ccp of concerned collecting bank, ideally, in respect of local clearing, banks shall permit usage of the shadow credit afforded to the customers’ accounts immediately after closure of the relative return clearing on the next working day or maximum within an hour of commencement of business on the third working day from the day of presentation in clearing, subject to usual safeguards.
            Under grid-based cheque truncation system clearing, all cheques drawn on bank branches falling within in the grid jurisdiction are treated and cleared as local cheques. The grid clearing allows banks to present/ receive cheques to/ from multiple cities to a single clearing house through their service branches in the grid location.
            If there is any delay in credit, beyond the period specified above, customer is entitled to receive compensation at the rate specified in the ccp of the concerned collecting bank.in case, no rate is specified in the ccp for delay in realisation of local cheques, compensation at savings bank interest rate has to be paid for the corresponding period of delay.
            Outstation cheques
            Maximum timeframe for collection of cheques drawn on state capitals/major cities/other locations are 7/10/14 days respectively.
            If there is any delay in collection beyond this period, customer is entitled to receive compensation at the rate specified in the cheque collection policy (Ccp) of the concerned bank.in case the rate is not specified in the ccp, interest rate on fixed deposits for the corresponding maturity to be paid. Banks' cheque collection policy also indicates the limit up to which outstation cheques are given immediate/instant credit.
            2. As per rbi guidelines delay in collection beyond the specified period compensation why should not be claimed?
            It is kindly requested you to please take immediately action and realize my payment as early as possible.

              I have boi star home loan sanctioned in 08/2007 of 20, 000, 00 rupees, with interest rate 0f 10.50 p, a. At monthly rates[floating].
              But inspite of decreasing home loan rate my rate of interest is same before.
              Ask 2-3 times to the branch manager & also given complaint but there was no respnse,
              What to do for that?

                  In our kamlapur dis. Dewas m. P. Branch there is so rush but only one cash counter is available in which both work is done cradit and deposit.in our branch we need at least 2 cash counter. Pls do some thing. And i have five account in your bank but no facility provided to me manager is not making limit of my current account. That was not the metter my only request that pls increase the no. Of cash counter by which we can survey better

I hereby inform you that i was fill up petrol at parimal garden krupa petrol pump of rupees 400/- in my vehicle, and my vehicle no is gj-27-af-4384, as on date 07/11/2017, time: 19:58:38, and i go through cashless and digital banking as per said our pm modiji, i pay my petrol expense through my debit card and my card no is [protected] as on date 07/11/2017, time: 19:58:38,

                        In this regard i requested to you that first i pay rs. 400/- and i received message of rs. 400/- deducted from my account no: [protected], branch maninagar, but a sales man / service man of krupa petroleum services denied of that he not received a payment and pressure to me for payment, because them client account not received same amount in same debit card, he shows me statement that please see our statement for whole day those who pay through swipe card, and he has expedite to me it is credit in your bank account rs. 400/- with in 72 hours, after 72 hours i reach said petrol pump and to said petrol pump owner and requested to him for rs. 400/- still not credit in my bank account, so he has given statement of digital banking those who pay through debit and credit card,

                        So please find attache herewith attachment (Which pass word is k27505), and give credit rs. 400/- in my account it is wrongly deducted in my bank account.

                          On 20-09-17 a transactions was made by hdfc bank debit card at the above said atm boi. This transaction was of rs.5, 000 made by my nephew chhaya bhati. The rs.5, 000 didn't came out from the atm but the money was debited from my hdfc s/a. The complaint was made to hdfc costumer care hdfc bank told me that it was told by boi that the transaction was positive and i m not satisfy to the response of boi. Now i request the bank to show me the cctv cameras recording of the above said transaction. It is necessary in the need of justice.

                            I am having a rd a/c no: [protected] in lakshmipuram branch, guntur, which was opened on 3-7-2014. At the time of opening i have submitted my pan no: abapv7142f. Unfortunately the bank authorities deducted the tds 20%.
                            [protected]/- interest - tds - 1581 deducted - as per it rules upto 10, 000/- no tds.
                            [protected] /- interest - tds - 2018 deducted - (Those who are having pan number tds will be deducted 10%on interest amount)

                              Bank of india, chandipur brunch (Code-4377) service is very slow and not given properly, stuffs behavior is very rudely. I applied for atm 30 days earlier. After 25 days, i go to the bank to find out that my atm was coming or not, one worker said that it did not come yet, then i asked for a request for atm and gave it to me. Then i was given a pin which was supposed to be started in 2 days, but after 7 days it did not. Go back to the bank due to it, but they say 7 days later to come back to this bank.
                              There is so many delay. Stuffs are very e-regular. The bank is not working before 11am. Please solved the problem. All villagers are very upset about that.

                                    Hellow, i'm boi customer with all due respect whenever i've tried to contact boi services, not even onnlce dis guys have connected myvcalll to the regarding officer i've atleast tried 10 times & i've been kept on hold for almost 15- 20 minutes but call was never transferred to the officer extremely unhappy with the services boi provide to the customer due to this type of services u guys provoke customers like us to change d bank

                                      Home loan a/c no.[protected] sir, with due ragards i beg to say that i have taken rs.11, 22, 990 home loan from bank of india main branch nagpur on dated 20/09/2011. For this loan they provide 12, 764/- rs per month for 180 emi decided, apart from this i m paying all the installments regularly till now. But the bank a/c shows increases in emi's i. E 228 which more than sanctioned emi's i. E.180. I verbally n orally complaining in the branch but bank is not taken any necessary action. So.                                         I am suffering from hypertension and chronic austeoartharitis. I. I cannot walk properly, specially through staircase. My doctor suggest me not to go outside do not give stress on my knees. So how can i submit my life certificate by appearing physically in front of the official. This is very unethical and non sense, cruel rule for an senior citizen in this country. Please consider my problem and give me a proper suggestion
