My friend transferred rs. 3000 through upi (Tez app), firstly it was credited to my account but within the same minute, the amount rs 3000 got auto-debited from my account and i don't even know that where is the money gone. The transaction date was[protected] and time is 16:32
The upi transaction id is[protected].
I request you to please tell me that the rs 3000 is debited in which pool account as well as request you to credit the deducted amount in my account.

    I took rs.3000 from boi atm, dehradun branch using my axis bank atm on 01.10.2017 (Sunday). I received only 30*100rs notes. I was shocked to see almost 90% were old notes and more than 6 notes were torn and stick with cello tape in middle. No where no one is receiving those notes. So i tried sbi bank to replace the notes, they refused and asked me to visit main boi branch. I am from tamil nadu and staying in chandigarh since july 2017. I am not ready to visit main branch to change these 6*100rs notes. Banks are supposed to provide support to customers and not to let customers in trouble. I need them to give a solution as soon as possible.

    Amazon transferred refund money in my account on september 27 but my bank account didn't recieved any money..I have been trying to contact boi customer care but they are not responding my calls.
    I didn't get my 100 rs refunded back to my account after a unsuccessful payment through UPI of the merchant side TEZ on 25th sept .please slove my issue as soon as possible.

      I am availing boi net banking facility for my a/c no.[protected] with mithapur branch jalandhar city. When i try to pay some online payment, the amount is debited from my account but i can not get its receipt because its system show some time application security error, application set up error and some time show your transaction has been aborted while it is already debited to my account. I tried to submit online grievance, but the system of bank show your account is not correct. So i sent email to the bank zonal off, amritsar on dated[protected] but no response. Then i contacted to the it cell amritsar on dated[protected]. But till now, nobody try to solve my problem and contact to me that is why, i am facing a biggest problem which effect to my business

        But in last month (10 september 2017, time - 10:36 pm) wrongly (Fraud) withdrawal amount of rs.10, 000 in my account through atm id - sn000209.
        I had requested to pimpri branch in last month and as per as banker guidelines filled reversal form also. But as on today amount is not reversal in my account. I requested to you please give me details of this fraud transactions. (Atm location & cctv footage).

          Dear sir,
          I have opened a suk any a saving account (Ssa) in boi branch chatani. [protected]@bankofindia.co.in. If school code bkid0005476.
          Now i am not able to deposit monthly amount from other boi branch, online transfer from other bank account, not by check. Bank staff saying these option are not available for ssa account. If it's true then what are the option to deposit money on ssa.

          Received a call from +[protected] and saying need to register the another saving account from where you want to transfer the money. And asked card number valid through cvv number and otp . I have not shared otp . I think it's fraud. This bank is totally fraud. No service to customers. I am very much frustrated.

            I am a user of boi internet banking facilty. Actually i am facing problem in accessing my star token. When i am entering my user id it is showing me the message 'too many failed additional authentication attempt '.

                Dear sir,

                I am maintaining account with bank of india, vijapur road branch, solapur, maharashtra with account no. [protected] in this a/c totransfer bank of maharashtra a/c no.[protected] i have transferred an amount of rs.50000/- to my own boi account. However amount has been debited from my boi account no.[protected] and not credited to bank of maharashtra account no.[protected]

                Date and time of transfer:[protected]:40 am.

                My transaction number is : imps/rrn/stcon/[protected]

                I have made calls to customer care numbers several times but they are not responding in a proper way. They are not lifting the landline numbers at all.

                You may please forward my issue to concerned authorities and resolve as early as possible

                  I have a ppf account with boi branch hanumangarh town. After online complaints written requests phone calls my account is still not transfered to obc bank. My complaint 1-[protected] was closed with remarks :the complaint pertains to hanumangarh branch. The branch has been intimidated about the same through mail.
                  I also know that my account is in hmo branch and also selected branch hanumangarh in complaint.
                  I want to know why is branch not transferring my account. Or in how many days my account has been transferred???

                    It is very regretful for me that again i failed to get trustworthiness of bank of india. Since i have taken the credit card bearing no.[protected] several problems again and again occurs. If you don't have any dedicated service department for credit card account then why are you issuing credit card to the customers and get them harassed??

                    Inspite of several reminders almost all of my valuable personal details which was entered wrong till those are wrong and i am communicating for verification with those wrong data's to your toll free customer care executives who don't have any power but auto debit has been ticked over with linking to my savings accounts.

                    However, i have deposited a cheque of rs.22000/- directly to my credit card account no.[protected] by cheque no 846006 dt.26/09/2017 on sbi in lieu of my credit card bill upto 15/09/2017 of rs.25540.65 and keep rs.3540.65 in my savings account no.[protected] with boi andul br. I personally went to boi andul branch in between and received the assurance from branch manager that only the balance due amount will be debited from my said savings account.

                    It is very pain full for me that today i have noticed the balance stating in my savings account is rs.22407.90 (Dr) as on 06/10/2017

                    I even also don't know that whether any body of the above will look into the matter in priority basis and give a suitable reply to me or not. My kind request before you that either you will adjust my credit card and savings account asap or i have close both of my accounts by surrendering the credit card.

                      Today i complaint said andheri east branch manager but he say that you complain against me.
                      Please look after said my dorment a/c.

                        I was done a transaction of rs.4000 on 27/07/2017 through bhim app from sbi account. Money debited and showing the status is success... But amount doesn't credited to my boi account.. I was contacted to bhim and sbi also. They both are saying is "we dont have a problem, contact to boi. So please help me sir..

                              Branch head denied opening of accounts of laborers citing bengaluru address not available in aadhar card. Is it mandatory for the same.
                              Also staff & customers are being treated based on their region of origin. Seen difference showed with customers but here the same exists between staff also. Felt bad that still these type of people exist in society.

                                  I paid amount to redbus from bank of india, but my ticket was not booked and amount was deducted from bank. After that i mailed and contact bank person too many time. But they never give me any type of response. I have all details and mail that i sent to the main head office of bank of india and bhim app that was payment gateway for my transaction.. But still date never get any response. I want justice.

                                  I am unable to accurately follow the star token procedures because of my old age which is 70.                                       1. A/c no.45000scss000038 having deposit of
                                      Rs.10lakh on 21/12/2016 and quartly interest earned rs.21250/- @8.4%
                                      But in this quarter, interest given rs 19125/- a less amount of rs.2125/-.

                                      2. A/c no.45000scss000060 having deposit of rs.3lakh on 07/04/2017 and quarterly interest earned rs 5868/- @8.4% but in this quarter, interest given rs.5670/- a less amount of rs 198/-

                                      The two a/c together, a less payment of interest paid rs.2346/- to my s/b a/c no.[protected] in the july to sept.2017 quarter.

                                      You must appreciate that i being a sr. Citizen totally depend on the interest earned from deposits having no other source of income.

                                      In this context please, look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest of your convenience.

                                        Sir/madam,
                                        I would like to draw your attention towards the misbehavior of ms seetha (Manager boi nayarambalam...
                                        I nithin francis, have been holding an account with bank of india for last 5 years and never have faced such an empathetic behavior
                                        Sir i have taken the educational loan from the above mentioned bank on 5:12:2011. On 27th september 2017, myself and father recieved a call from the manager regarding the repayment of the loan and she was about to visit my home directly to inform this matter... As my mother is suffering from hypertension and post surgical illness (Cancer), because of these reasons my father humbly requested her to avoid visiting home, instead he informed her, that he and myself will meet her in the bank directly the very next day. But she went to my home and started shouting towards my mother in an illmannered and obnoxious way infront of my house. Thus my mom went ill very badly with a shooted blood pressure of 190/130mmhg, which is more than enough ton met an life threatening level as her health is not all good.
                                        Sir i have a special request that, please do train your bank officials not only in banking, but also to deliver good behavior, politeness, and humanityto the customers, otherwise this kind of illmannerd personals will spoil the credibility of the entire boi branches... And please do recruite well mannered and respectfull personals
                                        So i kindly request you to do the needfull for the same
