My concern is that i had withdraw rs 10000 (Ten thousand only) on) 12/7/2017 at 15:54 hrs from bank of india atm located in sanjauli, shimla having hp transaction no.:-335516, but amount that are withdraw from atm is rs[protected]*4, 500*1) and parallel amount deducted from my account shown rs 10000 debited, i raised the concern with home branch of indian bank" located in mashobra shimla (Hp) on 13th july’17 and asked them for claiming rs 1500 amount which was not withdraw from atm, accordingly indian bank forward my complaint to bank of india, mumbai (Main branch) but as per indian bank employees they have got revert from bank of india that they don’t found are discrepancy in above transaction. They had close the complaint raised.
I am not satisfied with the revert of bank of india and india bank, request you to please consider my request and help in proper inquiry on above mentioned transaction and help in refunding amount.

Bank Of India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I'm a regular customer of BOI since 1993. Very much disappointed with your ATM at present. Out of 10 times found 9 times ATM Closed in Ramgarh Cantt. Either its main branch ATM or Chatti bazar ATM. Facing lots of problems. You r requested to take necessary action n inform.

I have taken 1500 from my account through atm. But after I got message that I 2500 is debited from my account. But I have never taken 2000 from my account. Please kindly transfer my amount 2000.
