    ATM PIN NOT RECEIVED SINCE LAST 2 WEEKS.
    The bank staff will not respond to me.
    I have visited many of the times regarding ATM PIN but I didn't get.
    Every time they are giving me next date or call me again after day.
    When should I get the ATM PIN.
    Please need your support.

    I'm a regular customer of BOI since 1993. Very much disappointed with your ATM at present. Out of 10 times found 9 times ATM Closed in Ramgarh Cantt. Either its main branch ATM or Chatti bazar ATM. Facing lots of problems. You r requested to take necessary action n inform.

    I have taken 1500 from my account through atm. But after I got message that I 2500 is debited from my account. But I have never taken 2000 from my account. Please kindly transfer my amount 2000.

      I have recharge of 199 through boi net banking, and cut from my bank account but recharge is not done. Though the recharge was not done in my reliance mobile. And i have so much try to contact u people but i m unable to reach u.

      And even fraud call is also arrives to me for a credit card no. So pleas do something.

      Please give my reward back...

        I have applied for new atm card since one month.. They are not giving making excuses.. Wrst service ever by bank of india.. I will try to police case in this matter.. My account is [protected]. I wany ny atm card by todaay.. Thid is worst by bank. Whenevwr i go to baank. They say it is coming from mumbai will take time. This is very anappropriate. Pls take actiona

          My acc.[protected] boi main branch mainpuri bank manager denied to print my passbook due to lack of baar code. I asked him to provide baar code he decided and misbehaved. I told him that i will transfer my acc. To other brach he replied as u wish i have no prob. I need apologise from him baar code for book otherwise i'll take my acc. Other brach.

          I changed my transaction password but when I want to pay . It show wrong transaction password. Why .. plz contact me on [protected]

            Sir i am from my account number is [protected] at your branch rashivade... On 8-9-2017 at 11.30 pm i got message that 6000 rs. Debited from my account.. This transaction is not done by me... So kindly look in matter & deposit my cash to my account.. I am also trying to book my complaint to your customer service centre but no one getting my call... So please look in this matter kindly..

              I have a sb a/c no: [protected] in virar east branch since couple of years.
              I have operated the axis bank atm on 8th sept at 1.26 pm at ganpati mandir atm, naringi, virar est aec no: 2317 for withdrawl of rs.10, 000/- amount. The transaction was declined due to electricity failure but the amount of rs.10, 000/- was deducted from my account with out receipt of cash. I get sms through mobile after words. But i wait there to restart atm properly them some other transaction done by other persons was successfully done. But i didn't get my amount.

              Hence it is requested to kindly arrange to correct the above transaction and transfer the amount of rs.10, 000/- to my account.

              18/08/2017 cheque 9400 returned but this time account balance 10309/- so why are returned my cheque.
              and returned a cheqe returned charge 295/-

                I am customer of your bank, when i visit bank for any services there
                Are no one on the table, where as bank opning time is 10.00 but no one can be seat on the table, this is not one day problem. The officer are very irresponsible, arugent and not punchual timing on working. One more major problem is only one counter for deposit and withdrawl. No one can perform their duetys properly.

                  Kindly inform you that today (04 sept. 2017) time -11.00 am i lodge a online complaint for double atm charges. Then one call is coming he saild iam calling from bank of india, consumer department, he said i return your money so please give me your atm card number and pin i said no then he says dont worry i am calling from bank of india, consumer department so give me your atm card number & pin then i give to him (Atm card no - [protected] after that he ask for otp then i give to him after rs 2000/= deducte my account i say rs 2000/= is deducted from my account he says galti say ho gaya dont i give your money return so pls give me another atm card number ([protected]) then i give it then same rs 9999/- deducted from my account. Then i go to meet bank manager sagarpur branch she said ham kuch nahi kar sakte then i give e mail id she says nahi hai mere pass.

                  You tell me jab aap log kuch nahi kar sakte tho ham kaha jaya
                  Please help me

                  They are charges rupees 120/= (Rupees one hundred twenty) two time atm card charges in dated - 11/02/2016 and 30/05/2016.

                  I request you that please solve this issue and refund this amount as soon as possible

                    I did a transaction of Rs.10, 000 on 22nd August, 2017 (Trans.ID :[protected] and another transaction of Rs.6018 on the same date and at the same time (Trans.ID :[protected] and both my amounts haven't been refunded nor been transfered ..so i request you to refund my amount as soon as possible.

                      On 19th aug 2017, i transferred through online transfer (Neft) a sum of rs. 1000/- (One thousand only) to one mr. Silambarasan vide reference number - p[protected]. Till date his account is not credited with this amount though canara bank has deducted the above amount with neft charges. Pl trace the mistake and arrange to refund the amount to me.                         I am a user of boi internet banking facilty. Actually i am facing problem in accessing my star token. When i am entering my user id it is showing me the message 'too many failed additional authentication attempt '.

                            Dear sir/mam,
                            I borrowed education loan from bank of india, mahua branch. As per my submitted documents, my course end date is june 2017, but the bank has done my account npa in june 2016 only due to which i am facing problem from civil which is affecting my career. As told by the bank, i have make repayment after 1 year of completion of course or after 6 month of completion of course if you have a job. But as the account was made npa in june 2016 instead of june 2017, i am facing problem. Bank is solely responsible for this and now they are asking for large amount of money at once.

                              Please refer the transaction no bdipg/jb[protected]/govtofmp worth rs 5059/- dated 21.08.2017 from my account no [protected].

                              I am shocked to see that bank transaction charges deducted are rs 59/-0 for transfer of money to a government agency. An honest citizen of this country, who is in favour of cashless transaction if levied with such a high transaction charge, then the citizen has to be thought hundred times before supporting the cashless economy.
                              I humbly request to kindly refund the transaction amount and oblige.

                                Branch does not respond saying online form has to be filled
                                Customer care executives don't pick up the phone
                                I filled online form also but reply is
                                "contact other portal"
                                Don't know now where exactly to contact for refund.
                                There is no such form for refund on their mentioned portal

                                  My concern is that i had withdraw rs 10000 (Ten thousand only) on) 12/7/2017 at 15:54 hrs from bank of india atm located in sanjauli, shimla having hp transaction no.:-335516, but amount that are withdraw from atm is rs[protected]*4, 500*1) and parallel amount deducted from my account shown rs 10000 debited, i raised the concern with home branch of indian bank" located in mashobra shimla (Hp) on 13th july’17 and asked them for claiming rs 1500 amount which was not withdraw from atm, accordingly indian bank forward my complaint to bank of india, mumbai (Main branch) but as per indian bank employees they have got revert from bank of india that they don’t found are discrepancy in above transaction. They had close the complaint raised.

                                  I am not satisfied with the revert of bank of india and india bank, request you to please consider my request and help in proper inquiry on above mentioned transaction and help in refunding amount.

                                  In case of any query request you to please call me any time in below given number.

                                    I would like to bring to your notice that from may 20017 my bank of india global debit cum atm card got expired, it's no:[protected] but till date the bank has not yet replaced it, nor had they tried in any way to notify me that if they had already dispatched it by post and if it was due to postal delays it has not been delivered, or it maybe that they are still not aware of my card getting expired and due to that i have been facing this problem, please it would be kind of you to look into my problem and find a suitable solution to my dilemma...
