I am Arun Mandloi holding savings accounts in your banks mandleshwar branch and Khargone branch. I am facing problem in internet banking since last year but mandleshwar branch persons are not able to solve it and customer care is also not responding or lifting the phone. When I login through internet banking it shows no savings account present, due to this I am unable to do any transactions through internet banking. Please help me in this matter.

I am also facing a problem with my debit card online payment. I have done a recharge of Rs 750 through tapzo app but recharge failed but amount was deducted from my account. It was done on 9 Oct 2017. I have not received any refund from your end.

Please respond and help me in these matters.

I made a booking through goibibo on 9 july 2017 with booking id - htlkkg89n8, for which i was supposed to pay a sum of rs. 4015/- which was debited twice from my boi bank account. (Boi a/c number - [protected]).

Than on 25 july i contacted my branch regarding the same issue and filled refund form than and there only. After waiting for around a period of 2 months and 15 days, i got to know that bank cannot do anything in this regard and my extra payment of 4015/- is not with bank.

I contacted goibibo also regarding this issue where they also sent me mail with screenshot that they have received only one payment of 4015/- and not two.

I request the authorities to kindly look into this matter and help me get my 4015/- back. I was debited with 8030/- instead of 4015/-.

I am also attaching the screenshots of all the mails and my passbook.

When enter the user id then show everytime too many authentication failed so i request to you pls. Deactivate my star token i am facing many problem to use internet banking plz. Solve my problem as much as possible and plz. Inform me by sms to my registered mobile number i want to use only net banking

मेरी कृषि भूमि ग्राम बगुनिया तह आलोट में है.iमेरे द्वारा शाखा प्रबंधक आलोट (म.प्र.) को किसान क्रेडिट कार्ड बनवाने के लिये आधार कार्ड/ पैन कार्ड/जमीन की डायरी / खसरा BI दिया गया परन्तु उनके द्वारा अन्य कागजात राशन कार्ड (परिचय पत्र) / समग्र आई डी कि मांग कि जब हमारे द्वारा कहा गया कि यह राशन कार्ड (परिचय पत्र) / समग्र आई डी तो हमारे पास नहीं तो शाखा प्रबंधक द्वारा यह कहा की हमारे द्वारा आपके परिवार के सदस्यों कि जानकारी के लिये यह कार्ड आवश्यक है तो मेरे द्वारा यह कहा गया कि परिवार कि जानकारी मै शपथपत्र के द्वारा दे देती हु तो तो शाखा प्रबंधक द्वारा कहा गया कि समग्र कार्ड या परिचय पत्र के बिना किसान कार्ड नही बनाया जायेगा चाहे आप जो करले जबकि भारत सरकार/ भारतीय रिजर्व बैंक के अनुसार केवल खसरा B1 एवं कृषि डायरी हि किसान क्रेडिट कार्ड के लिये पर्याप्त है इस प्रकार शाखा प्रबंधक आलोट द्वारा जन बुझ कर एक छोटे किसान को परेशान किया जा रहा है कृपया मामले कि जाँच कर प्रबंधक के विरुद्ध उचित कार्यवाही करे एवं किसान कार्ड बनाने का निर्देश दे अन्यथा मुझे मजबूरन बैंकिंग लोकपाल में जाना पड़ेगा धन्यवाद

On october 13th i made a transaction of rs 5000 from phonepe upi app. I tried to transfer rs 5000 from my bank of india account [protected] to state bank of india account [protected].
The money was debited from my account and the transaction status was kept pending for 5 days and they told me the money is safe we will process the transaction in few days you need not worry.
After 5 days i got a message from phonepe which is written below
Hi, we are sorry about the trouble. The transaction p1710132231584446497538 has failed and the amount has been refunded to the source account with the utr[protected]. We request you to check.
When i checked my account the money was not there. Phonepe is claiming that they have refunded the money then why the bank is not reflecting money.
Kindly do the needful. I am in urgent need of money.

While an atm transaction with your bank, after i entered the details it got cancelled. After second successful transaction the message which i got dr the same amount twice. A/c - [protected] name - ayushi gupta 10 magar muha ujjain. Mob [protected]. Please check the matter urgently as i have to pay my bills urgently please otherwise i have to shift the account to another bank as this issues are so common with the bank of india atm's and it affects our working badly.

My old bank of india debit card has been expired. So i taken new renewed card but it properly not working. What i do?
I tried call to boi customer no. [protected] more times but they do not receive my call please help me. And resolve my queries. I appreciate about it. Please kindly resolve my problem. It seems problem in atm also. Sometimes it shows invalid card details on other merchants websites like mobile.com

Today i removedrs15000 from atm but after so much time i received a message only for rs5000 n not for the first transaction of 10000 i hope my problem will be solved as this has happened 2nd or 3rd time so i want to bring this to ur notice so that my problem is solved message service should be proper as we totally rely on it as working class like us don't have time to come to the bank every now and then.

A refund of rs 24999/- rupees was successfully processed on 30th sept 2017 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my boi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

I have called the bank of india customer service and also emailed the bank of india customer care all the details many times but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund and refund reference number is 74332747273727201915558

Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

I hav never seen such a persons handling a branch. They don't know to calculate the loan eligibility during discussions. After 3 to 4 days they are saying as sorry.
It is mid corporate branch located in coimbatore. I have provided documents on friday for car loan to get delivered on diwali. On monday night they are saying that your income is low. If i ask what where you doing for the past 3days means, they are saying sorry. Very worst experience with them. His name is bharath. If on friday they have asked and rejected means, i would have gone for another bank and i would have got the vehicle delivered. I have transferred the amount of rs 20000 in paytm wallet from bank of india (Wife) bank account, but did not get any amount in wallet and deduct the balance from boi account. I have mailed to paytm but paytm replied me, your bank is responsible for this transaction. I have already attached the order id. What has to be done on this case. Please let me know the solution. Bank of india, kottara branch, mangalore is unwilling to provide collateral loan without guarantor for msme loan earlier bank didn't provide loan for pmegp scheme, your website clearly states security for msme loan as below. Why do u treat obc category customers with neglect? Aren't we equal indian citizen i have visited bank more than 100 times, in spite of long waits am been tuned down. When asked for housing loan, for that too i have been asked for guarantor. Is this how a bank manager of a reputed bank behave with its customer. Give us one reason why we need to continue with your bank? isn't it atrocity towards minority
