When i'm making the payment for gate online form its shows payment failed and i try it again. Fees of gate 2018 is 755 but from my account 2 times 755 amount deducted. I'm from sc category so i need to pay only 755 rupees but this gate website show first payment is failed and deduct 2 times from my account this is cheating i need my amount back please help me...

But disbursement of rs 6500/- has been made from your atm. But debit of rs 8023/- has been made from my iob account [protected], nhpc branch, sector -33, faridabad. Kindly credit the amount of rs 1500/- in my account.

          I want to know that how to know that bank officer actually submit the ipo application through "asba", because when i am given application to any (Dp) depository service then always i am received the sms that your application submitted successfully but i haven't received sms when i am given application to my bank of india branch.
          So kindly please help me how to check that the bank officer actually submit the application or not? Or it show in the statement or not? Because last three ipo my broker said please submit the application to your bank branch and the bank officer only give receipt with stamp & sign but not submit in the bse/nse/sebi.

              Above please may kindly be noted and to request you to recall below five transactions and credit in my account with yourselves:

              So above five transactions was the case of mismatch hence till today it has never been credited in my account with above stated branch details bank of india.
              I have a question here to myself as to how the amount transferred vides my account no. [protected] from your branch to my account with bank of india, remain unresolved since august 2016 and learned personnel at bank of india failed to follow the transactions vide established procedures of banking norms leading to customer’s satisfaction.
              I am here to request you to kindly direct bank of india, ifsc code bkid0004850, (Laheriasarai, darbhanga) ref. Account number [protected] to return the above five transactions to the remitter and amount transferred by bank of india may kindly be credited in my account number [protected] with your branch.
              I have written a similar request and/or complain earlier too and even i got a reply from rtgs &neft reonciliation cell, first floor, pnb house mumbai 400001, who has also directed as under :
              “ you are requested to check at your end, if there is any mismatch in name and account number, please return the transaction to the remitter ……”
              Since amount been debited from my account with your branch (Punjab national bank) and it has not been credited in beneficiary account (Bank of india - self account here) then it should have been return to the remitter, but bank of india has preferred to keep mum over the subject and kept the amount of customer in suspense or other account instead of remitting back, its all a case of non follow up of procedures by bank of india, which need to be highlighted here.
              I am attaching here the copy of the mail from rtgs & neft reconcilition cell for your ready reference and mailing this application even to bank of india for their ready reference.
              Finally i am humbly to request you to kindly consider my this application and expedite the long pending issues ref. My account and my money and send an official request from yourselves to bank of india to remit back the non credited amount instantly so it all been credited to my bank account with your branch (Punjab national bank).

              I will satisfied when i received my money.you are sending me status like bank of india notified about my complain he will shortly replied.But my home branch bank of india service is worst.he never replied my mail.replied is very far thing.They are never seen mail.I request you to take necessary action on my complain and put my believe on you.i have all the required document which i will shows when need.I got a mail through neft there are clearly mention that bank of india settled my money in my account which are in punjab national bank.but bank didn't take action to solve my issue.

              I Attached my account statement below. I complained here due to i belive on consumer forum. NO one help me even bank official harrased me. This is clear case of transaction occured in wrong account through neft by the coustomer from punjab national bank neft to his account bank of india. When i meet branch manager he see my case and after that he locked the account of consumer which received my money due to wrong attempt of some digit in account no. wrong benificiary is also from this branch.But manager not helping me even before he said to me that i refund your money. My lastly hope on you and hopefully i depend completely on your action.

                    Its been pathetic to hear the strategy about payzapp derived from hdfc. Let me give some things any app or bank has to maintain w. R. To customers

                    1. Maintanance of working toll free number
                    2. Reasonable responsive nature of bank/app
                    3. Technical solution within no time

                    I don't think hdfc is not such a bank like local ones who don't care about their customers. They (Hdfc) advertise them self as nationalized one. But have to people maintaining the so stated things. I made transactions into payzapp which is with toll free number in not working condition and support that prompts same auto msg. This shows how hdfc & associates like payzapp care about their customers. Is it your standard!!??. Local banks could give better response compared to you hdfc. Hope the bank technical and other team get well soon to get on the right track where a customer can feel that hdfc is international standard.

                          Hlo sir. Actually i filled my online portfolio to the respect of bihar police gd constable. And i paid the 520.8rs money by debit card. But txn failed and money is also lost. Again i paid the same money but it again failed. Site says that if money is lose then it will be refunded in 48 hours. But i didn't get the money. I have losed the total amount 1041.6rs. I want refund as soon as it possible. Thank you.

                              Retired on 31.08.2016. As per ppo referred above, 10% of gratuity was withhelded, which was to be paid after six months i. E.in the montn. Of march 2017. But after 12 months also did not paid till date. Please look in to the matter and arrange for payment at the earliest, as delay in payment resulting in loss of interest. Pensioners retired with me having account in other banks got their payment in the month of march 2017.

                                    This is with reference to my letter dt 30/08/2017 addressed to the branch manager, bank of india rua de ormuz branch, panaji goa in connection with stopping of esc mode payment from a/c bearing no. [protected] (Shamba anant gaonkar). It was told me that same has been done, still an amount of rs.15, 374, 15 has been debited through esc mode from my account on 01/09/2017 which is rediculas.

                                        ATM PIN NOT RECEIVED SINCE LAST 2 WEEKS.
                                        The bank staff will not respond to me.
                                        I have visited many of the times regarding ATM PIN but I didn't get.
                                        Every time they are giving me next date or call me again after day.
                                        When should I get the ATM PIN.
                                        Please need your support.

                                        Abhi maine jio money se apne ac.me 500 rupess transfer kiya but vo bhi ac.me nhi aya abhi tak

                                        I'm a regular customer of BOI since 1993. Very much disappointed with your ATM at present. Out of 10 times found 9 times ATM Closed in Ramgarh Cantt. Either its main branch ATM or Chatti bazar ATM. Facing lots of problems. You r requested to take necessary action n inform.
