Dear sir/mem, i have given user id and then enter pin in the menu. But i forget my pin so enter wrong pin no more then three time. After system given following error message - "user/device status check failed-your account is suspended on this computer. You can activate it from your other active computers." so plz give me soluation for solved this problem on my laptop....

Its been pathetic to hear the strategy about payzapp derived from hdfc. Let me give some things any app or bank has to maintain w. R. To customers

1. Maintanance of working toll free number
2. Reasonable responsive nature of bank/app
3. Technical solution within no time

I don't think hdfc is not such a bank like local ones who don't care about their customers. They (Hdfc)...

Hlo sir. Actually i filled my online portfolio to the respect of bihar police gd constable. And i paid the 520.8rs money by debit card. But txn failed and money is also lost. Again i paid the same money but it again failed. Site says that if money is lose then it will be refunded in 48 hours. But i didn't get the money. I have losed the total amount 1041.6rs. My air ticket booking amount ₹8528 deducted from my idib account on 12 Sep 17, but these amount did not deposit in paytm wallet travel order No. #[protected]. Hi sir/madam,
I have taken rs.1500 from my account through atm using my debit card. After that i got message that rs. 2500 is debited from my account. But i have never taken rs. 2000 from my account. I don't know how this transaction was taken place. Please kindly refund my rs.2000 as soon as possible in my account.

The bank staff will not respond to me.
I have visited many of the times regarding ATM PIN but I didn't get.
Every time they are giving me next date or call me again after day.

I have recharge of 199 through boi net banking, and cut from my bank account but recharge is not done. Though the recharge was not done in my reliance mobile. And i have so much try to contact u people but i m unable to reach u.

And even fraud call is also arrives to me for a credit card no. So pleas do something.

I have applied for new atm card since one month.. They are not giving making excuses.. Wrst service ever by bank of india.. I will try to police case in this matter.. My account is [protected]. I have operated the axis bank atm on 8th sept at 1.26 pm at ganpati mandir atm, naringi, virar est aec no: 2317 for withdrawl of rs.10, 000/- amount. I am customer of your bank, when i visit bank for any services there
Are no one on the table, where as bank opning time is 10.00 but no one can be seat on the table, this is not one day problem. The officer are very irresponsible, arugent and not punchual timing on working. One more major problem is only one counter for deposit and withdrawl. No one can perform their duetys properly.
