सर मेरा एकाउंट से पैसे कट गया है 27, 10, 2017 को मेरा ac बैंक ऑफ इंडिया में लालबाग़ मुम्बई में है मेरा एक नंबर 0001883 है मैं BC के द्वारा पैसा निकाल रहा था तो लिंक फैल हो गया था तो मेरा पैसा काट गया है और पैसा return मेरे एकाउंट में भी नही आया मैं बैंक जाता हूं तो बैंक वाला बोलते है कि मैं कुछ नही कर सकता हु तो मैं क्या कर सकता हु सर हेल्प me इसकी भी तो कोई समस्या का समाधान होगा ही ओर कितना दिन इन्तजार करना पड़ेगा

      Till 1-11-17 there was 1493 and on 3-11-17 i got msg which says —

      Boi - rs 600.00debited (Trf) in your a/c xx0050 on[protected]. Avl bal 93.68 pls link aadhaar to your a/c by 30-11-17.

      And the earlier msg of 1-11-17 —

      Boi - rs 500 debited to ac-xx0050 from atmid:pa085302 on 01-11-17. Avl. Bal 1493.68. Call [protected] if txn not done. Pl link aadhaar to your ac by 30-11-17

      I don't know where this amount went plz refund

        The money in my bank account got deducted not from my end on asking from bank staff they told that we (Bank) dont know go and do police complain, on passbook it was showing the money was withdrawn from cheque no. 36 & 38 but the i have cheques till no. 25 so where the hell this 36 (Rs4530) & 38 (Rs1384) came from and some of rs 3000 was deducted showing entry as p/s chargers what are they, no repl from bank sum of rs 3300 was decducted as rajkamal cre same answer from bank i want action asap or else i will do social, consumer complaints & if possible police complaint. The bank manager not co operating and not even ready to show cheque 36 & 38 and not even showing cctv camera as i can identify who withdraw the cash by deposting cheque

          मैं पिछले 15 वर्ष से बैंक ऑफ इंडिया में खाताधारक हु
          मोवाड बैंक ऑफ इंडिया की कैशियर श्रीमती चारुशिला चंद्रशेखर सोरते इनका खाताधारकों के साथ हमेशा झगड़ालू स्वभाव से बात करती है और अपमान जनक शब्दो का प्रयोग करती है, बुजुर्गो के साथ भी बात करने का तरीका यही होता है, आज मैंने कुछ पैसे निकालने के लिए चेकदिया तो उन्होंने कहा कि मैं तुझे पैसे नही देती और चेक फेक दिया, मैने कहा कॅश नही है क्या पर उन्होंने कहा कॅश है पर मैं तुझे नही देना है।मैं शाखा प्रबन्धक के कक्ष में गया पर वे वह उपस्थित नही थे।इसके पहले भी मुझे कई बार बिना कॅश के वापिस लौटाया।फिर मैंने अपने पैसे खाते से दोस्त के खाते में ट्रांसफर करवाये और वहासे उसके नाम से निकलवाये ।
          मैं आपसे यहां सख्त कारवाही की अपेक्षा करता हु।

            Beware customers of boi if they want their own deposited term money, prematurely through internet banking. I requested for premature of term deposits on 29.10.2017 through internet banking, as i was in urgent need. I am sorry to say that action of closing term deposits taken after 3 days, out of which 2 were working days. The final amount reflected in sb account on 1.11.17.
            Bank Of India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
            After you have created the start token BOI has become worst. It does not work anywhere, anytime. Are you all planning to shut down shortly? If no you might have to due to such worst services.

              विड्राँल चे पैसे माझ्या खात्यातुन ट्राँन्जेक्शन फ़ेल होऊन सुद्धा कटले आहेत. ट्राँन्जेक्शन फ़ेल

                    I transfered money from my tez account to another tez account user. Money deducted from my bank account but not reached to another user from 5-6 days. On my transaction their shows waiting from bank and i attached a screenshot also. I tried many times to contact my bank but no one respond to me.
                    Please resolve my issue as fast as you can. So that we are thankful to bank of india.

                    Yesterday i had requested to credit amount from fixed deposit before maturity in Jogeshwari west branch and was informed funds will be credited but they have failed to credit the amount .My account no is [protected] can you please look into this mater as funds required urgently.

                      I visited the bank of india, salkia, howrah branch (Wb) number of times for the last few months. As per the instructions of the bank's chief manager, namud alam khan, i completed all the necessary statutory formalities to fill the forms of annexures 2 to 6 to claim the money of my deceased brother goutam ghosal.
                      In each of my visit, the bank manager has some excuses to make to delay the matter. This dilly dally attitude of the bank manager is the harassment to me.
                      However, my brother had account in other banks and they are kind enough to settle the matter. Why not boi?
                      The boi has a good reputation for its services, and i hope they will maintain this at any cost. Thank you

                        I am totally unsatisfied with the behavior and way of services you are giving to your customer. I am not able to contact you from last 1 year. I had done mba from lovely professional university jalandhar, there was a bank in lpu-boi bank but it transferred and changed from that place without anyone information.
                        I left my rs.1800/- in that bank. I want to close my account and refund my total money.

Submitted filled up refund form and received complaint no.071017data83188 for the failed transaction being no.873782. The online amazon on-line seller confirmed the non-payment from the bank. The debited amount has not yet been credited to my sb account. Please let me know the status of my complaint and refund the amount for the failed transaction and oblige.

                              Today i tried for net banking user register, but the always me message in response that system error.

                              I am not able to proceed the add user steps.

                              Also i visited the bank of india branch at chandkheda ahmedabad, but that lady is always waste my time, she always told me that this information remains, this information remains. She is waste my 2-3 hrs.

                              Is it a good service for customer?

                              If on my place someone stand you for 2-3 hours is it good service to you?

                              Anyways, hats off to your service. Can you now please take some action for add my user for use internet banking facility?

                              If you not able to solve my problem then also told me, i will switch my account in other bank.

                                I am Arun Mandloi holding savings accounts in your banks mandleshwar branch and Khargone branch. I am facing problem in internet banking since last year but mandleshwar branch persons are not able to solve it and customer care is also not responding or lifting the phone. When I login through internet banking it shows no savings account present, due to this I am unable to do any transactions through internet banking. Please help me in this matter.

                                I am also facing a problem with my debit card online payment. I have done a recharge of Rs 750 through tapzo app but recharge failed but amount was deducted from my account. It was done on 9 Oct 2017. I have not received any refund from your end.

                                Please respond and help me in these matters.

                                  I made a booking through goibibo on 9 july 2017 with booking id - htlkkg89n8, for which i was supposed to pay a sum of rs. 4015/- which was debited twice from my boi bank account. (Boi a/c number - [protected]).

                                  Than on 25 july i contacted my branch regarding the same issue and filled refund form than and there only. After waiting for around a period of 2 months and 15 days, i got to know that bank cannot do anything in this regard and my extra payment of 4015/- is not with bank.

                                  I contacted goibibo also regarding this issue where they also sent me mail with screenshot that they have received only one payment of 4015/- and not two.

                                  I request the authorities to kindly look into this matter and help me get my 4015/- back. I was debited with 8030/- instead of 4015/-.

                                  I am also attaching the screenshots of all the mails and my passbook.

                                      Net banking ki liya bigat 2 years se parsaan ho raha ho branch ke taraf se koi bhi help nahi ho rahi aur har bar ye kah diya jata ha ki 8 -10 din me net banking calu ho jayagi parntu abhi tak 2 saloo se calu nahi ho rahi hai ab muche kya karna chaiya aap hi batya bank ke officers bhi koi help nahi kar raha hai aap logo se nivadan hai ki mari samasya ka samadhan karva deve dhanywad

                                        मेरी कृषि भूमि ग्राम बगुनिया तह आलोट में है.iमेरे द्वारा शाखा प्रबंधक आलोट (म.प्र.) को किसान क्रेडिट कार्ड बनवाने के लिये आधार कार्ड/ पैन कार्ड/जमीन की डायरी / खसरा BI दिया गया परन्तु उनके द्वारा अन्य कागजात राशन कार्ड (परिचय पत्र) / समग्र आई डी कि मांग कि जब हमारे द्वारा कहा गया कि यह राशन कार्ड (परिचय पत्र) / समग्र आई डी तो हमारे पास नहीं तो शाखा प्रबंधक द्वारा यह कहा की हमारे द्वारा आपके परिवार के सदस्यों कि जानकारी के लिये यह कार्ड आवश्यक है तो मेरे द्वारा यह कहा गया कि परिवार कि जानकारी मै शपथपत्र के द्वारा दे देती हु तो तो शाखा प्रबंधक द्वारा कहा गया कि समग्र कार्ड या परिचय पत्र के बिना किसान कार्ड नही बनाया जायेगा चाहे आप जो करले जबकि भारत सरकार/ भारतीय रिजर्व बैंक के अनुसार केवल खसरा B1 एवं कृषि डायरी हि किसान क्रेडिट कार्ड के लिये पर्याप्त है इस प्रकार शाखा प्रबंधक आलोट द्वारा जन बुझ कर एक छोटे किसान को परेशान किया जा रहा है कृपया मामले कि जाँच कर प्रबंधक के विरुद्ध उचित कार्यवाही करे एवं किसान कार्ड बनाने का निर्देश दे अन्यथा मुझे मजबूरन बैंकिंग लोकपाल में जाना पड़ेगा धन्यवाद
