POS[protected] i raised a complaint through. website of boi for pos reversal. but still amount is not credited in my account.. transaction date 3 july. 2018 amount 778 was doing payment. of hp gas booking.

i used my boi rupay platinum card during this failed transaction.when i went to branch for complaint they said that your complaint is already registered by website ref is POS[protected].

kindly do needful.

    Sir, my self ramita devi i have account in bank of india babunia more siwan my a/c no=[protected] .on 28/06/2018 i was paying admission fee of nios through debit card amount was 6060 is debited from my account but payment has not done i also gives the application in bank branch but till today it is about to 20 days but monet has not refud. kindly cheeck my accout and please refund my money in my account.

      I cancelled an order from Myntra on 29 June for which I am supposed to receive an amount of 471.45 rs. I spoke to Myntra helpdesk and they said that the refund has been sent to my bank i.e Bank of India on 30 June 2018 which has not been transferred to my account by the concerned bank department till date.
      Amount- Rs. - 471.45-
      Bank reference number is - "85215228181825769637422

      I even contacted my respective branch on this matter but not much help. Look into the matter and return my money fast.

        With due to respect, my self Govind from Rajrappa project, Ramgarh. Sir I had tried many times to contact in your costomer care number but unfortunately I am not successful.
        Sir I want to say that I had ordered an product from Amazon.in, but due to some reason I had been returned the product to Amazon but as it was on online payment I had already been paid for it and as I have been returned the product I have to refunded, but due to some technical problem I didn't get refund yet as there policy they had provided me an Refund Reference number # 75260828179020991804950

        And had emailed # Please contact your Bank customer care centre and had quote these numbers and I got refund within 4-5 days.

        So kindly provide me some help, Or provide me Charge Dispute Form so that I will submit it and handover to Branch.
        I am always thankful to you.

          A refund of 501 rupees was successfully processed on 26th June 2018 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my bank of india account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

          I have called the Bank of India customer service and also emailed them with all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

          I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

          kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

            Dear BOI Customer Care,

            This is to inform you that, on 8th june 2018 i had used my BOI Debit Card for payment in a shop but the transaction has been void by the shop keeper and the amount of 6666 has been debited from my account i.e [protected] and it's still not refund. I had also filled the form of refund in my home branch i.e Civic Centre branch and i had also taken 2-3 times followup from the branch but no one is there to answer me regarding that and also no one to resolve my problem. So, kindly resolve it as soon as possible.

              This is regarding Refund transactions made on 04 July 2018 with Reference No :[protected] from Amazon to my BOI Account . The Transactions is not reflecting in the bank account Kindly look into the issued and resolve with concerns.
              I am ordered the Samsung On5 Pro (gold) mobile from Amazon.in app on date 30 June 2018 but I have not received due to some error so marketing person return this product (Samsung On5 Pro) to amazon. i am not received the refund till now. Kindly request u to resolve this issue as early as possible.

                refund amount from irctc not received in my account

                I had booked tickets from irctc, and then i recived a mail from irctc saying the amount is refunded to bank, banks may take 7 to 9 days to process the amount in your account but now it has been more than 15 days i have not received my money back in my account.

                I booked 6 tickets at UPSRTC website. Tickets were cancelled so upsrtc refunded the money to bank. But refund is due from bank. An amount of more than 5600 rupees is refundable for my account.
                The refund reference number is[protected]. The refund is pending from your bank level. All customer care numbers are not picking up by bank call center.kindly resolve the issue against refund reference no.[protected]

                  I m Keshav Jha and has taken loan from bank through student credit card.The bank has deducted my 12000 rs from my account.Earlier it has deducted rs 400as well.The huge amount was to be submitted in my college for a needful purpose.Belonging to a middle class family, my family is unable to pay such a huge amount again and if I don't submit it on time, my further studies will be stopped. I will pay my loan interest after my degree is completed.Kindly return my money on an urgent basis.

                    I have ordered books but i got defective parcel so i applied for return and refund.
                    Kindly resolve the issue as early as possible...as contacted with amazon team they are saying contact with boi customet care...while customer care is not picking up call...so pls kindly do needful help .

                      Yesterday I went to the bank for loan, I met Mr. Manish Deora the bank manager, he refused me for loan and then I said that my account is in this bank. I need a loan for TW loan,
                      Mr. Manish Deora told about the documents which went through the Surrey Documents 13.07.2018.
                      Today, Bank manager told me to go to the bank and refuse me for loan,
                      At today's date my balance is more than Rs. 40000 and he is saying how you will repay the installment, and with the news about me,
                      I have been feeling bade that I should close my account.

                        Today I opened the Bank of India of Mayur Vihar phase 1 and opened my savings account. I refused the manager to open the account only because of this that I live in trilok puri. The bank's gaurd also talked very wrongly. None of the staff of Bank of India has the right to speak to the customer. Where is it written that the bank of india will not open the accounts of the resident of Trilok puri.

                        I have made a transaction by ATM card.
                        ATM card was issued by Bank of India.
                        When I made the transaction with ATM the beneficiary website not add the money on my Paytm wallet.
                        I made 5000 rupees transaction,
                        the money was debited but not refunded in my Bank of India account

                          I m account holder of bank of India dhapewada Nagpur branch. On 13th may 2018 I used paytm for bank transfer of rs 2060/- . As per paytm the transaction was failed but AMT was debited from bank but not credited to the other person's account. Kindly same I complaint to the bank still not respond.

On 24th of June myntra has credited some money in my account but the money still not reflecting for this I tried calling on boi customer care no and unfortunately nobody responded. Now I become hopeles don't know why every time this thing Happend only with boi Debit card because I already has faced this problem earlier. And the no which are provided in the name of customer help is useless because from last 5 days I am calling on that no but nobody responded . Where we will contact for our problem who will resolve.

                                Sir, I am hrusikesha dash, I have gone for make of a bank draft at 11 AM . I have been waiting since 11AM to 4.27PM But I was misbehaved by the admin. Of BOI, BARIPADA MAIN BRANCH.All procedures have accomplished, only make of a print out, it was taken from 12PM to 4.48PM .so I was unable to apply a government job .this type of cases occurs everyday .so sir kindly solve those problems in the Boi.

                                  Behavour of bank staff is vary bad.providede service is vary poor.Bank staff are not working & They are gossiping each other.Branch name-Thakurmunda bank of india Thakurmunda.The branch manager is not giving mundra loan to st/st coustamor.They demand money for loan saction.Provided service of bank staff is vary poor.New account poening time is vary late.

                                      A cheque No. 066247 dt. 21.06.2018 was drawn from my SB A/c. [protected] at BOI Nabapally branch in favour of my account at Axis bank barasat branch. The said cheque was dishonoured on account of signature mismatch and an amount of Rs.590/- was deducted from SB A/c. [protected] at BOI Nabapally branch .I met with the branch manager of the BOI Nabapally branch with cheque No. 066247 dt. 21.06.2018 and asked the details of my signature mismatch in the said cheque. On verification from the record of branch, It was intimated that there is no mismatch in my signature but as Axis bank, barasat branch has mentioned signature mismatch we have not cleared the cheque and an amount of Rs.590/- has been deducted. How BOI Nabapally branch can act on the advice of a private bank? It is the duty of BOI Nabapally branch to verify my signature and act accordingly. Further, once BOI Nabapally branch confirmed there is no signature mismatch then how the said amount of Rs.590/- has been deducted ? Please credit back the said amount of Rs.590/- immediately to my SB account at BOI Nabapally branch .

                                      From online d2h service I recharge Rs.900 on 30.06.2018. Said amount debited from My Bank of India A/C(Joynagar branch) ...registered Mob no. [protected]. But not credited to my D2 h service a/c...So please co operate to refund it as early as possible.
