[Resolved]  Bank Of India — Transaction failed but money deducted(not refunded)

Hi

I made a transaction twice for net bill payment on 16th March 2017. Money was deducted from my account but i got message like authentication failed.

my account no is : [protected]

deducted transaction details are
MEDR/PayU_PayUMon/862026/
INR 1, 724.00

MEDR/PayU_PayUMon/20173/
INR 1, 724.00

So please reslove the problem as soon as possible.

सर प्लीज़ मेरी मदद करो मेरा बैंक ऑफ़ इंडिया शाखा मोहन बड़ोदिया ifsc code BKID0009553 जिला शाजापुर (mp) में अकॉउंट हे ac/no. [protected] हे इस अकॉउंट से मेने SBI के कियोस्क सेंटर से 26 सितम्बर समय 02:11pm पर आधार कार्ड नंबर द्वारा thumb impression से 4000 रूपये निकल वाये थे लैकिन मेरा ट्रांजेक्शन फ़ैल हो गया लेकिन मेरे खाते से 4000 रूपये काट गए जो अभी तक मेरे अकॉउंट में जमा नही हुए
सर प्लीज मुझे इसका कोई हल बताइये मे इतने दिनों से बैंक ऑफ़ इंडिया कस्टमर केअर पर कॉल कर रहा हु पर कॉल नही लग रहा हे न ही शाखा में कोई हल निकल रहा हे सर प्लीज मेरी हेल्प कर दीजिये mo no [protected]

Maine kal Apne debit card se apne Paytm wallet main Rs.620/- add kar raha tha per woh transaction failed ho gaya but mujhe bank se massage aaya ki (Rs.620/- has debited to your account from POS-ONE97 communication) per mera transaction toh failed ho gaya he fir aisa massage kyu aaya? Aur mujhe mera refund chahiye!😓
