My name is ajaj mansuri . I maintain account with bank of india chaksu and account no. is [protected]. I requested to issued atm for this account on 7-9-2016 but they did not issuing atm card and avoid again and again. Also today they avoiding my atm issuing form and say come after 15 jan. 2017.
I need very much atm for cashless transaction.

The 15 HP motor starter installed at the officers'residential complex at Annapurna Tower, Kaushambi, Ghaziabad (U.P.) is not working and its relay range is 20-40 amp. The equipment is not under warranty and to be repaired on payment basis. May kindly get it repaired and confirm by mail or at mob No.[protected] / [protected]

    My orop pension revised and credited in my pension account from march 2016 through system by boi cppc nagpur but orop arrears first and second installments not yet credited through system even after submitting all the information and details by home branch boi saswad many times. Boi cppc nagpur has not replied or taken any action to amend error in system. So boi saswad home branch credited first installment manually in first july2016 against due in mar 2016 as per calculation chart submitted by me. Requested to allow boi saswad home branch to credit second installment which has been due in oct 2016 at earliest and further request to do needful to amend error in system crediting the accounts by cppc nagpur.

        Respected Sir/ Mam,

        I am finding it very difficult to use star token and therefore request you to kindly deactivate star token service. I would be using only Net banking facility of Bank of India.

        Star token service is very very annoying and has no good us. Please get me rid of this issue as soon as possible.

        Even when i try to call at the customer service representatives of bank of India, no one receives the phone calls and we need to wait for more than 15-20 minutes as the back ground music says that all the agents are busy in attending to other customers please stay online our representative will respond you shortly.

        And all we do is just wait and wait only.

          I Withdrw By Atm At INDIAN OIL PETROL pump only 2000/- rs & deduct surcharge amt 56/- rs i am shocked- bcoz 3 % deduct-
          2000/- Rs. Value is Small But Deducted Amount Is High & Big 56 Rs not small amt, compare to 2000/- rs transaction. So Pls Notify This bcoz Rural Area Customer is Very Poor He not capable paid to every 2000 rs transaction by atm. I Request All Debited amt refund to him.

            Today i am going bedag 416421. Branch. To request for net banking.
            But bank manager doesn't speak politely. He strictly warning me to he doesn't get me net banking service. He doesn't told any other cause for suppling sarvice.

            Bank manager doesn't help for cashless transaction. Customer can discourage he to give wrong information. Many peoples have face huge problem. Please solve these problem. There are many farmers in our village. Our valuable time is waste for that worst service.
            Painful sarvice. Please give strict action.

              Sir, on 9th December 2016 I went purchase mobile and I want to pay the bill to Card swape.i swape my card about 3times and after this my 3 times balance deducted from my account.and after few minutes my one time balance was reversed. But 2times balance was not reversed..and bank said me first 5 days it will refund. But now bank told me it will take 3 months.. .nd after few they said I don't know when it reversed..i am belonging to poor family. Pls help me sir.my amounts is total 18800.pls help me sir.

                Me ne (09/12/2016) DAMRT se khari di ki thi 1900 rup. Ka to vaha se three bare svep hu va tha. To damrt va le bolle te hay ke vo card svep nahi hu va hay esa bollete hay or damrt ke vaha ke menegar ne later paid per bhicard no ke sathe likhediya ke hamare aye ha paisa nahi yaya. To vo later paid bank of india me diya or compale bhi ke thi to aje 20 din ho gaya hay vaha se koi javab nahi de te.. So please sir my complen is problem sotayut

                  My account is in Dena bank I went to an ATM of bank of India to withdraw a 10000 rupees but I didn't received any money from that ATM then I tried again for 10000 rupees then also I didn't received any money and from my account 10000 is deducted for 2 times it means 20000 has deducted from my Dena bank account I have complaint in Dena bank in written but till now no action is been taken so please check from cc TV camera that what happened on that day ATM location is in ganj road, shahdol and date is 26 August 2016. It's my humble request to a department that as soon as possible please solve my problem

                    i am just trying to call bank of india customer care number and also write to him by mails but still they can't pick my call and revert me back . i just made a transaction of 14000 rupees to paytm wallet from my debit card/account but after some while i refund this amount in my bank account by last sunday but still i can't receive any amount refunded in my bank account. when i talk to paytm according to him they can transfer my amount in my bank source account and tell me to coordinate with bank with a rrn number 85215226354650912622427. I'm in bangalore and how can i go to my bank home branch to check with rrn number and when i try to call bank toll free number there is no response from bank and why they can't refund my amount in my account.please do the need ful and nice to hear from you soon

                      Hello, Since gov. said 0.75% discount will be given if we use debit/credit card to fill petrol or diesel. But i don't understand why i am still been debited with surcharge. Coz in this month i have been charge around Rs 170 just for a surcharge as I could have get more petrol in that rate. Please help me with this, as I am not able to connect to BOI customer care because of long waiting time.

                          I am a customer of “bank of india” kancharapalem branch. On 14-dec-2016 i went to the bank to swap over the money notes. There was a very big stand in line and all the customers (Around 200-300 people) are waiting from 1pm onwards in the queue for the services. By 4pm bank is closing down and all the customers shouted and asked the employees of the bank that why you are closing the doors without any information, for which the bank employee replied that we are done with our duties and we are closing for today. Customers have asked the employee not to close and requested to extend for some more time because there were continuous holidays for the bank and so there is a big queue too. The bank employee replied that this is what we are supposed to do and if you want to complain to anybody you can.
                          My question to the bank of india “is this type of services that the customer has to expect from the banking industry, which is again a service oriented industry?” and is this the right way how you handle the customers and answer to them?
                          Pathetic situation is that even old people have to suffer by the services of the bank.
                          In the process of the demonetization we the people are suffering a lot, but we are very tolerant enough with the call of our honorable prime minister mr. Modiji.
                          Can’t a bank like boi can extend its timings to cut down the pain of the customer and co-operate with the them.

                            I have a loan to be sanctioned, where cheque is must. I asked bank to pls re-issue new cheque book to me as the old one has used as a whole. From the last 10-15 days bank employees making me fool by saying that it has been dispatched from head office and would be recieved soon. I walked for bank on regular basis, in ordered to ask for the chequebook. After getting stand in que for the long time i got the same reply that - "hum kya kar sakte hain waha se to 10 din pehle nikal chuki hai"... Do anybody suggest what is the solution for sucha a irresponsible response from them? They should co-operate & try to provide service rather giving such a formal response. I m in huge requirement of chequebook this time and hope that this complaint will surely marked as resolved by this mean.

                                Sir, i am HANEEF MOHAMMAD outer delhi district president Of BHARTIYA JANTA PARTY. I want to wirhdraw your attention towards my words. About the budh vihar branch of BANK OF INDIA who instead of providing any cash to the customer of bank. They give useless excuses on cash withdrawal of customer.Because those money is using in unlawful way to converting black money into white money . I personally investigate this fact on 15/12/16 that cashier, assistant manager, and other employees are busy to convert black money into white in unlawful manner. I already complaint to Z.O mr. Ralan and D.Z.O mrs. Sangita khosla. But they are also not taking action on this fact. It mean they are encouraging this matter. Sir kindy investigate immediately and take an action against such employees who are involving in converting black money to white.

                                    after half an hour that transaction was make refunded but the amount of 3600 has not been refunded in the my account...
