careless service

I ujwala barwade having current account on name of proprietary firm
Gajanan engineering bearing current account [protected] at rajarampuri branch kolhapur
I taken a mediclaim policy through bank in sept 2018 subject policy expire in sept. 2019. I visited twice in bank for continuation of policy. Concern officer was on leave and nobody was appointed for this work.

My debt was done with one passing officer, and...

difficulty in generating transaction password - how an nri should enter the mobile number - show format

Hello,
This is related to bank of maharashtra account
I am unable to generate the transaction password.
For nri users, the system asks for country code and mobile number to regenerate password. I tried all formats of mobile number country code. Nothing works.
The bank must provide on the format so we can follow.
Too much inconvenience to customers without on-screen example....

amount debited but transaction failed

Dear team,

My account no is [protected] and name is sapna patnaik. I have made a transaction at fr. Angels school (Agnel charities) of rs.6310/- which got debited from my account immediately whereas the transaction was failed saying 'no response from the payment gateway was found'.

Kindly look into the same on priority basis as the the amount is not credited to school account neither i got the reversal and...

about refunded cash money

My complaint is about i can't get refunded money in banak account. I had place order on amazon on 15th march. After it i will will cancel it and the refund is initiated on 15th march on debit card it will take 4-5 working days to get money credited in our account but i will not get money in account till today

bank manager misbehavior

I am somnath. I have a complaint of bank manager behavior. Sir i have applied mahatma phule bij bhandwal yojna loan for 40, 000 rupees loan amount. But the manager is not responding. Then i meeting with manager and i submit my farm document. Manager said come to the next week. I have gon and later he always said next week. I have also gon in next week and he said your proposal is not processed because your village 14 loan...

they reject my project without any reason..

Documents bhi rakh liye h mere but online check kiya to reject by bank ka status aa rha he... Abhi tk o visit ke liye bhi nhi aaye... Uske shed ke construction ke liye bhi muze 100000 ruppees kharch karva diye...

Myself yash salave and i have visa debit card and i was booking the flight from it then during payment my transaction went failed but my bank charged me with 23000 rs then 8 asked airline but they told e that they didn't received any payment now i want my refund money as soon as possible.

I did an imps transaction on 1st march 2020 for rs. 2000 to a beneficiary account (In icici bank). The amount got debited from my account (Bank of maharashtra) but did not get credited into the beneficiary's account.
It has been two days since then and still, the beneficiary account is not credited with the amount. Also, i did not receive the money back to my account. What can i do for this?

I did imps transaction on 2nd march 1pm in which amount of 25100/- got debit from account but still not credited to other bank account. I got sms also of amount getting deducted but not credited in other bank (Hdfc). Imps status showing suspected... How to resolve to get it refunded or credited to other bank account. Already 2 days passed but issue exist....

online banking otp never received or received late

I am trying to transfer my money to someone who is in need. I tried bank of maharashtra online banking. I have used online banking service of many banks including national and international banks. Most of the renowned banks do online banking only with internet browser. However this is only bank i've seen which asks their account holders to install some application on computer for online banking. I did that as well. Height of hopeless attitude...

user has been terminated

I am getting user has been terminated. Nobody can help me. I have been emailing the branch, regional manager, all support email addresses. Nobody responds
I called the call centre and even though i chose english, the lady spoke hindi and told me to put down and call again.
