We have withdrawal rs. 500/- on[protected] at 19:44 pm rs but we seem our masage box showing 500/- at 19:45 pm 10000 and 19:49 pm 9500/- on[protected] rs. 3500/- on[protected]:07 am also.

I am santosh sude. I had done payment with amazon shopping site payments of rupees 539 on dated 15 nov 2019 by my upi. Amazon shopping site told me that payment have refunded to bank. But bank does not refund to me. So i request to bank to refund my money as soon as possible. Refund refrence no[protected].

I ordered product form amazon.. But it was not delivered to me. Then i complaint to refund. They process on 12 nov it has to be reflected on 19 nov. But it doesn't reflect in my bank account. And i didn't receive my refund but amazon customer care agent said we refunded your money.

I have purchased a product from a shop 23 Nov and used my bom atm card for paying the money, the transaction showed as failed but i have received a message on my cell phone saying money is deducted from my account.i had called the customer care and was told it will get resolved at the earliest but there has been no refund as yet .kindly refund the amount ASAP....

Amazon is done my refund process at 01 nov 2019 they told me after 5 days i will have refund in my account. But i didn't get my refund back. So i contacted customer care of bank of maharashtra they told me to mail them on [protected]@mahabank.co so i mailed them details of l my account and reference number which is given by amazon team from 6 nov but they didn't answer my any mail and everytime they just ignore my complaint on customer care...
