I made fd of rs 20 lakh with account no. [protected] on date 18 03 2016.in bank of maharashtra at tuljapur branch.
After maturity when i got amount bank says you have not submitted pan card. But actually when i deposit this or at time of opening account i have given my pan card. During fd time i submitted 15g/h form. But i noticed that bank has not updated this information in their system due to which i suffered of financial loss of minimum 90 000 (Ninety thousand).
As per rbi circular it is compulsory to submit pan card when transaction made above 50, 000 rs. Then how this happen.

On 28/02/2019 @5.17 P.M, I SHOBHA MYAGERI Bearing SB A/c no [protected] used my bank of maharashtra ATM card for online shopping(AJIO) Amount is debited of Rs.1499/- but not credited to the AJIO.
Amount not even re-credited to my SB A/C.

Kindly solve the issue

    I have made transaction through maha upi app. And transferred money from bank of maharashtra, bambhori, jalgaon to state bank of india, nasik.
    There is successful transaction of rs 3000 but amount didn't received at state bank of india.
    I have made complaint at bank for more than three times. But there reply is dhul mul...
    I am waiting for refund back of rs 3000/-
    From november, 2018.
    Kindly help in this regard.

      We kshirsagar udyog have textile industry unit, manufacturer of towels and napkins,
      We have cc account in bank of maharashtra in solapur ashok chowk branch.
      Due to slag period in market we are facing some financial problem.
      So we asked many times to mr. *anandrao* manager of bank of maharashtra, ashok chowk branch, for increasing cc limit but they refused for that, then we asked for tod for one month but they refused for that also, at last we asked for tod for one and they refused for that also. Due to this many of our issued cheques are bouncing and we get charged with heavy charges of cheque bounce and it's affect badly to our credit in market.
      We are not able understand why the manager is behaving like this? Why they talk angrily with us?
      Why they are always in egho with us?
      We think they expect something from us against our work.
      Please solve our problem.

        I was going in to the bank for getting noc for my personal loan. But the bank manager use abusive work that he has lots of work to pending. Come after 1 hr. I want to check 5 ways your details. There was almost 3 to 5 paper on her table. She have to use polite language in front of other. She was roaring upon me which was quit heard to other customer in the bank.

                In your branch irle vairag[573] officers vijay sir behaviour is very very bad and his not kindly response with customer and thair services. All working staff is not work in official timming.. And they frequently told that about customer transection[debit/credit/transform amount from one account to another/cheque payment/bank loan/any other related banking services]

                  My grandpa are the account holder of nilanga branch and due to less rain fall this year they turned to do some collateral business like dairy project.
                  We have submitted proper proposal and waited for a month.
                  But branch manager was asked not to come in branch further.
                  This was really insulting treatment given by manager.

                    Myself nilesh s nemade, i made the transaction through phonepe app utr[protected]. To transfer the amount inr 25000 from my punjab national bank to bank of maharashtra account. Punjab national bank debited the amount but its not credited to bank of maharashtra account. According to the phonepe they told me that they got the credit confirmation from bank of maharashtra. Kindly request you to please look into this matter.

                      I all ready complaint you but you are not responding my complaint. I am transfer 2000rs mr. Khandve navnath on 7 jan 2019 with the help of phone pay application. This amount are debited by my account but not credited in receivers account. Sir i all ready complaint this transsaction in bank. But in bank not any action are taken.

                              I pay online payment to amzon product by using my debit card on the date of 26/01/2019 and after payment completion. I certinally cancalled my order become of my some personal reason. I got message from amzon is your refund will be transfered to your accont on the date of 31/01/2019 but did get any refund.                                     I payed Rs5662.78 to merchant "CITRUSPAY IGNOU" on 15 july 2017 at 22.20 hr using MasterCard Debit card ending with 7420 from my account with account no [protected] IFSC MAHB0000519. Amount deduced But payment not updated on IGNOU.
                                    I communicated to IGNOU and they send reply that amount not released by bank with detailed email of PayU who was IGNOUs service provider for online payment.
                                    I physically applied to branch with all details and IGNOU email print. I also have copy of receipt. But no action taken by bank.
                                    Then I applied through government consumer helpline with complent no 741583. But bank only replied that transaction is successful. But no any details given.
                                    So where money goes? Bank, IGNOU or PayU?

                                        I did a transaction on 1st dec with yatra site for booking rail tickets. Transaction was reversed as tickets couldn't be booked. I checked regarding the same on 4th of december to which yatra confirmed that they have processed the refund.
                                        The period for transaction to complete was 7 days.
                                        Today its 53rd day and i have not received my refund.

                                        I, as needed, reported to the bank and was assured that amount shall be refunded before 45th day.
                                        I have filled offline application, submitted transaction ids. I have spoken to mahaconnect 3 times and submitted the details of transaction and account, details have been furnished more than 3 times through online mode as well.

                                        As of today, i have mailed mahaconnect, atm claim, atm_is, nodal officer pune several times (Reported it to nodal officer once).

                                        The number of mails has reached 26 now and yet i do not see any initiative from bank side. Every time the response i get from mahaconnect is that the mail is being forwarded to related departments. However, none of the departments have ever responded to forwarded mails.

                                        Its a small amount of 3343 for which a avg customer has to go through so much hassle. I feel helpless as the amount is significant for me as a student.

                                        Due to nature of the data, i can't post the more details of transactions here.

                                        Transaction day - 1st dec.
                                        Mode - debit card
                                        Refund processed update from yatra - 4th dec 2018
                                        My account is with bom pune city division.

                                        The refund was processed within couple of weeks. The atm claims department helped a lot
                                        Bank of Maharashtra customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                        No initiative from the bank. Will the bank pay me interest on the money? What they would if I had stopped their payement of EMI?
                                        I opened my Maharashtra bank account at july 2018 but still not activated my account
                                        Today is 70th day, no reply from the bank. They keep repeating their deadline of 25 days without understanding that its already been 2months.
